I ordered seats there for a birthday party. Everything was explained and discussed in a very friendly manner. We were well served and the food was also good. The bill can only be paid in cash, so no card payment is possible, so I had to go back the following day to pay the bill.

The Italian restaurant Crete offers a great and cozy atmosphere. You can get in via the underground car park and also from outside. The dishes are varied and tasty. However, you should plan for waiting times of up to half an hour for service, as this restaurant is usually full and often nothing works without a table reservation. The upper floor is more suitable for guests who are still able to walk well, as there are a number of steps to climb from the underground car park to the top, which wasn't easy for me given my disability. There are no toilets in the upper area, so you have to go down the stairs and up again. This was planned somewhat unfortunately. But a visit is still worth it and the ambience, the nice waiters and the tasty and very plentiful food make up for it. Oh yes, if you have your parking ticket validated or stamped in the restaurant, you don't pay anything when you drive out.

Very nice staff and a nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The food could be a little more refined. The meat was quite tough. Baked potato served in a foil with tzaziki on top. You had to be very careful not to eat the foil 😉. A big plus is that the restaurant is dog and child friendly. The price also included a salad, dessert and ouzo.

Great restaurant with excellent food and service! The visit to “Kreta” was a complete pleasure. The atmosphere is stylish and cozy, the staff very attentive, friendly and open to requests for changes. The taste of the dishes was of the highest level, especially the so-called chef's grill plate, the lamb shank and the bread served with the dishes. The portions left nothing to be desired, so the price/performance ratio is particularly noteworthy. All in all: highly recommended – we would love to come back!

Sorry, but there's a sign in the entrance saying "Card payment not possible." The tax office sends its regards. We had reserved but I'm sorry, that's not possible.

I would put 6 points if I could. The Bifteki was excellent. There were quite a few appetizers along with Ouzo, and even the dish from the "small portions" section was quite large.

The meal, two beef fillets for €22.90 with white wine sauce and croquettes, was very clear, 2 slices of beef fillet with 4 mini croquettes and a 1/8 lettuce leaf. The fillet was okay, the sauce had no trace of white wine, the consistency was more like pudding. The service is slow to not very fast. The atmosphere is a bit dated and could be more modern.

We always enjoy coming to “Kreta”, the food is very good and at fair prices. There is usually an ouzo before and after the meal and, as a highlight for dessert, the delicious balls on the house.

Today we had dinner there in a larger group. After three quarters of an hour we had something to drink... after an hour and a half we only had our food... we all found it very strange because it was never like that before. It was also a bit dark when paying...a little more light would be nicer. Otherwise, the food was, as always, very tasty.

We ordered a lot of starters instead of a main course and they were all just bad. Cheapest oil, for the most part olive oil wasn't even used or mixed with other oil!! Everything was very “un-Greek” and carelessly prepared. Now you also know why you are offered an ouzo BEFORE your meal... The service was very quick, but not overly friendly or accommodating. The ambience is nice when you sit outside, but here too everything could have been made a little more attractive if you already have such a large garden at your disposal.

Quick food, inexpensive and very tasty

We dined there with a large group of 16 people. We got an outside space at short notice. Since we had wheelchair users with us, it was great that there were barrier-free toilets. The service was friendly and everything went quickly. Price-performance ratio was also very good. Large portions. We thank you for the great evening.

Despite the rain, we stayed dry outside under the umbrella. As always, the food was plentiful and very tasty. Unfortunately the service left a lot to be desired. In the end someone had to go in and ask for the bill. The Ozou offered was no longer available and a printout of the invoice was no longer even offered. Too bad.

It was another great evening with very good food!!!! We are already looking forward to the next time.

We were there on a Saturday. The restaurant was very well filled. Nevertheless, the service was timely and drinks and food were at the table in a reasonable time for the number of guests. Food was really delicious, there is something for lovers of all kinds. The first ouzo took a while to arrive ;-) Prices across the entire menu are really very fair. Due to the rain it was only possible to sit inside. Unfortunately it was extremely warm on the upper floor. Hopefully there will be a place outside next time. Still a very positive conclusion. We will be back.

We stopped here for dinner the evening before our Berlin Wall Cycle Path bike tour! We reserved a table by phone in the afternoon for 6 p.m. without any problem and then showed up an hour early, which wasn't a problem! The food is super tasty but also plentiful and I say that as a good eater! We had a feta and a tzatziki plate with bread in advance! I had chicken breast fillet stuffed with spinach and cheese, with fries and everything covered with Bernaise sauce! When the food came there were no less than 4 slices of chicken breast fillet on my plate! My wife had a special gyro gratinated plate, which was also huge and super tasty! There was also a water, an Alster 0.5l and 2 0.3l Pils and all for just an incredible €52.90! There's also a free ouzo for everyone before and after the meal, as well as a free dessert after the already hearty meal! Nevertheless, you should try this one, we found it so tasty! If we ever find ourselves in Oranienburg again, this will definitely be our first stop for a delicious meal!

Food, as always, top. However, the service was a catastrophe:-( From rolling your eyes to panting in annoyance, everything was there... unfortunately it wasn't the first time this happened to us :-( It's a shame.....

The best Greek restaurant in Berin and Brandenburg! Everything tastes very good from the cocktail to the free dessert. The lamb is just super tender and full of flavor. But everything else is also of high quality. We even come from Berlin to visit. The price-performance ratio cannot be beaten. Please keep it up!

Food ok, nothing special. Very loud, the waitresses were also very loud among themselves. We found it strange that the bread was simply taken from the table even though people were still eating?! Well, we won't go there a second time, there are better and cozy restaurants with better food.

Personally, I go there regularly because the food simply tastes good. Today I was there with a resident with disabilities because it was his birthday. I said this too when we arrived. The drinks and food came quickly and again it tasted good. Then the quark balls and these are also great. I know it so that a birthday child receives an ice cream with a sparkler and the resident was looking forward to it. Although I pointed this out again when paying, there was no music or ice cream. Ouzo instead, even though I said he wasn't allowed to drink it. It's a shame the service wasn't good.

I haven't eaten so well in a nice atmosphere for a long time. The staff is friendly and quick. You didn't have to wait long, even when the restaurant was almost full. What you need to know - cash only. Of course we didn't ☺️but we were on our bikes and there is a Commerzbank and a Sparkasse 250m away. I don't know if this is on the internet, but we didn't ask in the afternoon when we reserved a table. In any case, Crete is worth a visit

Very, very tasty and cheap food. We particularly recommend the lunch menu between 12:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Here you can get a wonderful meal for little money.

The Crete restaurant is simply fantastic! The cozy Greek architecture is simply beautiful and is cleverly illuminated by daylight. There are boat models and sea-themed decorative elements everywhere that make the ambience even cozier. The food is simply incredible, both in terms of quality and price and meets local standards. I went there with my wife for lunch on her birthday and we had absolutely no regrets. It's great that most dishes are served with a delicious starter salad, fresh bread and generous portions so they're easy to share and enjoy even more. My wife and I loved the appetizers so much that we had to take most of the main course home with us. But that's fantastic because it meant we still had something for the next day! Please note that the restaurant only accepts cash. But don't worry, it's definitely worth it as the cost is around 20-30 euros per person!

A really good restaurant, the food was delicious, very good portions and at the end there were free dough balls with cinnamon and our son got ice cream.

Das Restaurant macht schon von außen etwas her. Sehr modern und doch gemütlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Preise sind angemessen. Die Portionen sind ordentlich. Dazu gibt es regelmäßig eine Runde Ouzo - das habe ich noch bei keinem anderen Griechen erlebt! Einziger "Negativ-Punkt": die Standard-Beilage ist Reis. Praktisch jeder Gast ändert das in Pommes. Ich würde den Standard umdrehen. Oder einfach beides zusammen anbieten.

Der Service ist sehr gut, wenn man den Stress bedenkt aber.... Das Essen war lauwarm. Bei der gesamten Gruppe die gemeinsam anwesend war. Meiner Meinung nach gehört Cappuccino nicht in eine kleine Tasse zumal für meine Begriffe der Preis stattlich war. Hätte ich gerne gezahlt, wenn die Kaffemenge ausreichend gewesen wäre(200mlwären meiner Meinung nach fair gewesen?) Die Essensmenge war überschaubar, aber meiner Meinung nach lauwarmen Pommes Frittes verlor sich die Freude. Ich bat also darum,mir das Restessen einzupacken. Da einige von uns das ihrer Meinung nicht geschmackvolle Lammkotlet zusagten ,legten sie es auf mein Teller ,das ich gerne mitnahm. Leider kontrollierte ich nicht gleich. Daheim war es nur noch 1 Lammkotlet von dreien. Der unangerührte Salat(naja fast) den meine Freundin mitnahm (bezahlt ) sollte ebenfalls eingepackt werden. Auf die Kontrolle noch im Gastraum stellten wir fest ,das es nicht der zurückgegangene Salat war. Die Servicekräfte waren ratlos, und wir nicht glücklich.

Super lecker Essen für einen super Preis. Sehr, sehr nettes und aufmerksames Personal. An meinem Essen war Paprika, was nicht in der Karte stand. Ich vertrage keinen Paprika. Überhaupt kein Problem, Essen wurde ohne großes Palaver getauscht und das ohne Aufpreis. Das ist mal sehr kulant und Kundenfreundlich. Essen ist reichlich und sehr schmackhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Tolles Ambiente, freundliche und schnelle Bedienung. Ich habe noch nie in einem griechischen Lokal so gut gegessen. Grosse Portionen zu einem super Preis. Es hat rundherum alles gestimmt. Ich hatte einen Lammteller und war über die Qualität und Menge überrascht. Es hat ganz überragend geschmeckt. Tolle Knoblauchkartoffeln, Lammfleisch und Lammkottelets wie ich sie besser nicht erwartet hatte und das für Preis von knapp 21 €. Ausserdem Ouso satt, was will man mehr. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Vorspeisenplatte war komplett ohne die sonst üblichen verdächtigen Bekannten. Das Bifteki war recht groß. Leider waren die Knoblauchkartoffeln zu blass. Wir hatten Klassentreffen geplant und es wurde organisiert...sehr gut, auch mit der Tiefgarage. Ergo Stellplatz gesichert..Kosten entstanden nicht..fein fein.. Wir waren zufrieden..Bedienung hatte echt zu tun, da zeitgleich noch Geburtstagsfeier im Lokal war..haben sie gut gemeistert..mit Essen waren alle zufrieden...bissl viel auf dem Teller..ein gelungener Abend..wir kommen gern wieder. Ein Restauranterlebniss, welches wirklich nicht hätte besser sein können! Nach einer langen Autofahrt am Freitagabend, habe meine Freundin und ich uns entschieden in diesem tollen Restaurant zu essen. Als wir in das Restaurant rein gekommen sind ist uns direkt das nette Ambiente aufgefallen. Es war sehr einladend. Wir sind dann zu einem Kellner und fragten nach einem Tisch für zwei. Tatsächlich haben wir dann glücklicherweise den letzten freien Tisch bekommen. Bestellung dann aufgenommen und keine 10 Minuten später kam schon unsere Vorspeise zusammen mit einem Salat den es zu jedem Gericht dazu gibt. Das Knoblauchbrot und der Saganaki waren sehr lecker. Portionsmäßig auch sehr viel auf dem Teller und das zu einem sehr günstigen und damit mehr als fairen Preis. So auch beim Hauptgang, der dann nach einer weiteren kurzen Wartezeit auf dem Tisch stand. Es waren Portionen auf dem Teller bei denen man auf jeden Fall satt wird. Und auch hier ein super fairer und günstiger Preis. Geschmacklich überragend. Selten habe ich ein so leckeres Gyros gegessen und die Metaxasauce war sehr nahe an der Perfektion dran. Dieses Restaurant ist immer ein Besuch wert und würden wir nicht so weit weg wohnen, dann wären wir definitiv öfters dort. Deshalb, liebe Oranienburger, unterstützt dieses Restaurant und besucht es. Es ist es definitiv wert!
