Really nice, thoughtful people seem to be bustling around here! However, something else moved us: "Green" first gave us an idea of a handful of responsible earth-loving - but then: there was hardly a vegetarian dish and not a single one made from purely plant-based ingredients. The footprints differ astronomically and, especially these days, I miss that this is somehow reflected in the food on offer. For me, transparency regarding the origin of especially more decadent ingredients creates a healthy minimum level of relatability. In fact, not many places in Dreieich can offer that at the moment - so should we boldly lead the way? PS: Our assessment is not set in stone, we will be happy to come back if there is a change and tell your story! :)

My visit to this restaurant was an unforgettable experience. The staff was extremely attentive and courteous, which made the service perfect. The location of the restaurant is excellent and offers a pleasant atmosphere that invites you to linger. The ambience is stylish and cozy, perfect for a relaxed evening. The highlight of the evening, however, was the food. Each dish was excellently prepared and offered a taste experience that was second to none. The ingredients were fresh and the compositions were creative and well thought out. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. It offers a perfect combination of excellent service, wonderful ambience and outstanding food. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

As non-golfers, we had the feeling several times that we were not welcome, even though there were (almost) no guests in the restaurant. Today the terrace was empty and the waitress wanted to send us away. We were only allowed to stay because we just wanted to drink coffee. But he couldn't offer us any cake, so we decided not to. In addition, the smell of frying fat could also be smelled on the terrace and the stains on some tablecloths made us give up. In addition, the terrace is not very inviting because you sit between thick walls. It would be advisable to replace these walls with railings adapted to the architecture of the building so that visitors could enjoy the very beautiful surrounding landscape. As a consolation, there are two very good alternatives right next to it: the Wiesenstube and the Gutsschänke. Both have the delicious streusel cake!

We visited the inn on September 19th, 2024 because it was recommended to us. The first impression was rather mixed. But you can be surprised. However, the first impression was correct. Ordering the drinks was ok, but the fact that the waitress served the drinks so that they had to be passed over a guest wasn't so good. Especially since there would have been enough space from the other side of the table. Ordered the three kinds of Handkäs as a starter. That was the highlight of the evening because it was really delicious, well prepared and tasted very good too. But then came the main course. We had Offenbacher Cordon Bleu twice, ribs with cabbage once and a champion cream schnitzel. Well, the good mood after the starter was over. The food was lukewarm at best, the sauerkraut had very little taste, and the schnitzel and sauce were barely edible. The two cordon bleu (breaded ribs stuffed with hand cheese) were very modest. Subterranean in taste. I have to say that the meat on the ribs was really good, but the way it was prepared was very bad. Bland taste. I don't know if it was because the food was too cold. No idea. The landlady tried to save a little of our mood by having two desserts served on the house. But that didn't save the evening. I was really looking forward to the cordon bleu because I like to eat ribs and also hand cheese and I found the way it was prepared interesting. Unfortunately a shot in the oven. Oh yes, even when serving the food, the waitress said she had to serve over the eating guest. If I hire an assistant, I should give her at least some minimal knowledge. This will probably have been the first and last visit to the Sprendlinger Bahnhof inn.

We ordered for the first time today and are absolutely thrilled. My husband's burgers were really great, and my pizza was also very tasty. Everything arrived warm and we are happy

Hello dear Leopolt's team, We are always happy to be your guests again and again. Ambiance, food, service, everything was great. (Even if the owner grumbles from time to time 😀) Nevertheless, I have to complain today: The menu on your site is in dire need of an overhaul. The prices for 2021/22 are still listed here. ☹️ LG Chris
