My goodness, the pho soup was delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant. Delicious food, clean restrooms. Payment by card. A proper bill, no need to beg for it. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely stop by again.

It used to be better. It's very popular, probably because prices haven't yet skyrocketed like they often do elsewhere. But when it's busy, the service is overwhelmed and a bit uncaring. (Almost?) all dishes now contain gluten, which suggests that the sauces are being diluted with wheat flour (or something similar) – something that shouldn't happen in an Asian restaurant. Parking is difficult. Reservations in the evenings are strongly recommended.

Unfortunately, parking in the area is a bit difficult to find.

Culinary diamond in Krefeld! Excellent, authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Starting with the mango salad with duck, squid with rice, a glass noodle soup with tofu and the fried noodles with chicken. Everything we tried enchanted us with its freshness, presentation and variety. The atmosphere is nice, we look forward to our next visit to Green Chilli :-)

We were there again today after about 4 years and I have to say that this is still one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Krefeld and the surrounding area. I also noticed that the prices were adjusted very subtly to inflation, if at all. Very tasty starters were available from €4.50 and a main course, which was also very tasty and of very good quality, was available from €14.90. At some takeaways you pay more and don't have the quality. The atmosphere was also cozy and appealing. The service was always friendly and very accommodating. If you visit, I can definitely recommend you try the ginger ice tea, it's really good. We'd love to come back!

Ich bin so gut wie jedes Jahr bei diesem Restaurant, manchmal mehrfach und wurde bis jetzt nicht enttäuscht. Das Essen schmeckt super, die Teller sehen toll aus, das Personal ist freundlich und die Küche ist schnell. Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besucht, der ist nämlich in 2 Wochen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

You can safely rate the restaurant with 5 stars. The food may not be 100% authentic, but the ingredients are fresh, the service is good overall and the prices are totally reasonable. Rare these days.

Previously I would have given this restaurant 5 stars without a doubt, but over the last 2 years it has lost a lot of love. Some of the starters are served on plastic plates, the soup spoon has changed from a beautifully decorated porcelain spoon to a conventional metal spoon, and I had to specifically ask for chopsticks. So unfortunately the taste and ambience have also become worse.

Wirklich sehr gute Küche mit feinen, natürlichen Aromen, wobei das Motto Klasse statt Masse zählt, was uns gut gefällt. Der Service ist außerordentlich gut und sehr flexibel im Umgang mit Änderungswünschen. Das Ambiente ist angenehm und landestypisch aber nicht überladen. Wer allerdings schnell friert, sollte eine Strickjacke dabei haben, da wir es zumindest anfänglich etwas frisch empfunden haben. Es ist aber auch schwierig in einem Restaurant in allen Bereichen, die richtige Temperatur zu finden, um jedermann zufrieden zu stellen.😉

Nur zu empfehlen, es schmeckt wirklich gut zu einem sehr angemessenen Preis. Vor allem der Mangosalat mit Ente ist mein Highlight, aber auch die hausgemachten Tees sind super. Auch für Veganer übrigens problemlos möglich hier zu essen. Ich komm immer gerne hier her.

It's all just about okay. The food isn't all bad, but it lacks authenticity, the real Vietnamese flavour seemed missing. It was clean and tidy and the service was reasonable, though they seemed to forget us after bringing the main course, so we skipped dessert. The tableware and decorations are cheap trinkets and though they have some charm they just feel out of place for a restaurant of this calibre.

Ein traditionelles vietnamesisches Restaurant, mit gutem Service und einem gemütlichem Ambiente. Wir mögen die Vorspeisen, leckere Suppen (Hühnersuppe mit Kokosmilch) oder „Fingerfood“ wie Gemüserolle , dazu leckere Getränke, z.B. Limettensaft oder Mango. Die Hauptspeisen sind sehr lecker und traditionell zubereitet. Die Gemüse sind frisch und werden bissfest zubereitet. Salate sind auch verfügbar, eine kleine Salatgarnitur ist bei den meisten Gerichten mit dabei. Spezielle vietnamesische Spezialitäten wie Reisnudeln lauwarm serviert vervollständigen die allgemeinen Gerichte mit Fisch, Huhn etc. Der Service ist sehr freundlich und schnell. Eine klare Empfehlung. Da es kein Geheimtipp mehr ist und gut besucht wird ist eine Reservierung klar zu empfehlen.

Das Lokal bietet gute und frisch zubereitete Speisen an, Änderungswünsche werden prompt und ohne Aufpreis gerne entgegen genommen. Innerhalb der Woche gibt es eine feststehende Mittagskarte. Am Wochenende ist Reservierung empfehlenswert. Leider keine gute Möglichkeit, draußen zu essen. Es gibt zwar eine kleine Terrasse, die ich selbst allerdings aufgrund der Lage nicht nehmen würde.

Super! Essen war top, Service auch! Das Lokal ist sehr schön eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr viele Tische. Allerdings empfiehlt es sich zu reservieren. Wir kommen sicher wieder. update vom 07.12.2023 Jetzt ist diese Bewertung schon 5 Jahre her, Zeit für ein kleines Resümee. In der Zwischenzeit waren wir mehrfach dort Essen, gestern nach eine längeren Pause war es mal wieder soweit. Die Einrichtung hat sich geändert, es ist moderner geworden. Das Personal ist nach wie vor sehr freundlich und es empfiehlt sich auch immer noch vorher zu reservieren, wobei gestern auch ohne Reservierung sicher noch ein Tisch für 2-4 Personen frei gewesen wäre. Getränke und Vorspeise kamen sehr zügig, auch die Hauptspeisen kamen im Anschluss sehr zeitig. Das Essen war lecker, die Portionen (tatsächlich wie von anderen Kunden auch erwähnt) etwas klein, dafür sind die Preise auch recht niedrig. Wir hatten beide ein Entengericht, die Menge Ente war schon ok, aber es war etwas wenig Gemüse und eine Schale Reis dieser Größe für zwei Personen ist auch eher an der Grenze. Aber ich bin auch ein guter Esser und für viele andere passt es wahrscheinlich sehr gut. Leider muss ich aber auch ein bisschen meckern. Die Karte wurde verändert, jetzt gibt es Ente auch kantonesich. Was auch immer das mit Vietnam zu tun hat. Dafür fehlen meiner Meinung nach Curry Gerichte fast vollständig. Es gibt auch kaum noch scharfe Gerichte auf der Karte. Meine Suppe mit Kokosmilch und Zirtronengras war leider gestern auch nicht annähernd so toll wie sonst immer. Irgendwie alles etwas angepasster und damit so wie in vielen anderen asiatischen Restaurants auch. Leider geht die Authentizität etwas verloren.

Wir waren heute das erste mal hier essen - aber nicht das letzte Mal!!! Sehr gute Qualität der Speisen, tolles Preis Leistung Verhältnis und sehr guter Service .

Das Lokal gefiel uns sofort. Der Kellner kam schnell und das Bier anschließend auch . Das Essen war gut und frisch. Die Bedienung war auch freundlich. Die Portionen waren etwas klein, aber verständlich zu dem Preis. Wir kommen wieder keine Frage.

Heute waren wir das erste Mal dort. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, sauber und ansprechend, das Personal sehr höflich und aufmerksam und die Speisen: Vorspeisen - exquisit, alles haussgemacht inklusive der Soßen Hauptspeisen - wir hatten beide Ente in verschiedener Variation, wir haben noch nie bessere Ente gegessen...!!! Nachspeise - absolut zu empfehlen sind das Panna Cotta und die gebackene Banane (ein Gedicht für den Gaumen) Die Preise sind absolut vertretbar. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
