A family get together food and ambience was great.

Food is good, selection is also okay, but could be a little more. The waitresses are nice, but sometimes a little too quick when clearing up. Non-alcoholic cocktails are delicious.

Our experience at this restaurant with the children yesterday was extremely disappointing! The condition of the children's room was appalling. The carpet was dirty and dusty, the toys were old and broken, and the walls showed obvious signs of wear. It's hard to imagine that a place intended for children could be in such a state. A pigsty would probably be cleaner! If you cannot keep the children's room in an appropriate condition, then it is better to close it. An urgent improvement is essential here!

Yesterday I was here with a friend for the first time in the evening to have fish, cuttlefish, scampi etc and lamb grilled. We were very disappointed, cuttlefish (squid) were so chewy like rubber. We even used a pocket knife to cut it. Lamb chop slices too thin, on the grill for too long, resulting in dry and tough. Likewise the chicken skewers. Roasting for far too long makes it dry and inedible. As always, duck and crispy chicken were edible and tasty. Buffet otherwise ok and tasty in appearance. Vegetables were equally good. Tasty and crunchy. Service responds quickly, but is sometimes inconsistent, to put it mildly. Meat should always be left at room temperature for a while before preparation and not directly from the refrigerator on the grill so that it is tender.

Spent my birthday there yesterday. I'm looking forward to getting together with the family. The restaurant was underground dirty. Dust, leftover food on the table and floor. Selection at the buffet was OK. Price-performance ratio is still a disaster. At night there was also the bill. Vomiting and diarrhea. The whole family affected. We left 82 euros there for 3 people. Still lying flat with stomach cramps and nausea. The incident will definitely be reported to the health department. In the reviews, several people had problems after visiting the restaurant. If you care about your health, you should definitely avoid this restaurant! Worst birthday of my life.

Addition: We have been in bed since this morning with stomach cramps, vomiting and diarrhea. My husband still has it at night. Sour is no longer an expression and the health department is informed. Unfortunately that was nothing! I had reserved a table in advance on the phone, we were shown around the store for what seemed like an eternity until we finally got a table that was absolutely dirty. There were leftover food everywhere on the table. Unfortunately, the food was also a disappointment. The fish was still half raw, the potatoes weren't cooked properly and overall it had an absolutely bad hotel food feeling. For 2 adults and 1 child over 80 euros for 3 drinks and a child who couldn't even eat the fries because they were inedible. It's a shame about the money.

We had lunch there, unfortunately all the sauces taste almost the same, few fresh vegetables and a lot of fried foods, cool hotel atmosphere, but very pleasant in the warm weather. The selection of fish and meat was very large, great for guests with a big appetite, service at the table was friendly and courteous, unfortunately you could hear the employees behind the counter debating loudly... I think a large bottle of water for 7.30 is a lot too much, unfortunately I hadn't done any research beforehand.

I haven't experienced something like this in a long time, something like this from an unfriendly woman who accompanies the customers. The first sushi had a hair in it, the glass was dirty and all the fun wasn't in vain. I will never eat there again. Chocolate was diluted with water. I would have preferred to give - stars. No wonder it was empty there...

Well, it was better years ago. The selection of sushi is very sparse, the sauces almost all taste the same and you notice how heavily sugared everything is.

We were there for dinner in the early evening. First of all, you have to say that the staff was very friendly and quickly fulfilled your drink requests. The food (buffet) was ok, but seemed as if it had been kept warm there for a long time. Even though it was early evening, the counters around the buffet/sushi looked as if a lot of guests had already eaten there...leftover food spread everywhere. The plate for the soy sauce bottles was completely smeared. The tables were wiped down regularly. Why not also around the buffet/sushi counter etc? And the (women's) toilet was a real disgrace. Toilet paper everywhere on the floor, toilet seat splattered with urine. Mirror smeared. Handwasher smeared. And lots of dead insects on counters/window sills. Very unappetizing!!....this entire cleanliness aspect doesn't invite you to come back!!!!

I've seen worse food stamps. The ambience and food was good. Unfortunately, the service was very bad, the service person was in a bad mood and you could tell that he had absolutely no interest in his job.

Unfortunately the quality of the food fluctuates. The often tender beef was tough and very firm to the bite. The taste was inadequate, as was the case with the chicken dishes. Only the salad buffet, the soup and the dessert were convincing. Were there at lunchtime.

We had dinner at Gourmt Wold Herford today, there is a very nice atmosphere there. The staff is very friendly and willing to provide information. The food is very plentiful, with fish, meat and also a large selection of side dishes. For dessert, ice cream, fruit and cake - just about anything you could wish for. Everything is simply delicious and the price is just good. Once again a big thank you to the nice staff. THANKS. On April 23rd, 24th, I was able to observe how the Chinese people behaved as customers in a large group [at least 40 people] in the restaurant, and I lost my appetite and will never order anything from them again or even enter their shops.

The restaurant is lovely! The decoration is wonderful! Food - the sea. Take whatever you want. Both meat and fish. Ice cream, dessert. Drinks and alcohol are paid. We visited on Saturday evening, price for food - 25.90 Black beer - 500 g - 5⁶⁰. But the atmosphere itself is great. There are a lot of people and it is constantly changing. Some leave, others come. I recommend visiting!

We've been going to the restaurant for some time now. It was once very salty and bad. But this lunchtime it was under the weather. The duck was basically just fat, the breaded scampis were covered in too much garlic and tasted old, my husband immediately spat these long breaded scampis or fish sticks into the napkin. Thank God our stomach and intestines are fine. We will definitely look for another restaurant. That's enough for now.

A very delicious meal and everything is great

I bought 3 surprise bags there for 16.90 and the surprise was that not even a 10 year old child could get enough of all three bags. The atmosphere in the industrial area was very run down, the employees were unfriendly and clean was different.

Yesterday evening (03/22/24) I wanted to enjoy a nice evening with my girlfriend. All well and good at the beginning, then started with the buffet. After the first round I felt unwell and drank some tea. I thought I had eaten too quickly, leaned back and looked at the lamps above me (very dirty, greasy, cobwebs). Shortly after I finished eating, I paid, drove home, still feeling unwell, and fell asleep. During the night I felt cramping pain in my stomach, ran to the toilet, you can imagine more when I say I couldn't keep anything in me, at intervals until the early hours of the morning. Today I'm lying flat, I'm miserable, I have to constantly go to the toilet. I will forward this to the health department because cleanliness speaks for itself, I'm sorry.

Unfriendly staff sometimes don't even understand you.

Unfortunately the food was cold and some dishes tasted as if they had been warmed up again. Unfortunately the duck was very dry and the prawns had a strange aftertaste, which was a lot better.

We go there for lunch every two months and take advantage of the reduced buffet. So far the price and performance have been OK. However, in recent years prices have risen more than the quality of the food. Yesterday we only got lukewarm, chewy, soggy canteen food for €15.90. The sushi was the only thing edible. We are now looking for another lunch spot in Herford.

The food was cold from the buffet, no sushi was refilled at 8:45 p.m., the bottom was sticky. Some plates and bowls were not clean. Not recommended for the price. Never had such a bad buffet!!!!!!!!!

Worst restaurant we have visited in recent years. Zero service. You can't even order drinks at the table because there are no staff. 3 plates from the Mongolian buffet put together. The first plate was cold, the 2nd didn't show up, the 3rd came back with the wrong food. Sushi Buffett looked like a battlefield at the start of our visit. And it wasn't even fixed or replenished the entire time. Price 26 euros per person? This is a disgrace for the food. Price-performance is definitely inadequate here. Every Chinese takeaway delivers better food for 8 to 9 euros. And at least you have drinks too. The cleanliness is also more than borderline. The floor is already sticking. And empty plates are not cleared away.

Actually good ambience but cleanliness still needs to be worked on, plates with leftover food and the guests should perhaps either all receive gifts or none of them. The place is very noisy and you notice that some guests get a gift, I ended up paying almost €100... once and never again

In my opinion, the restaurant has declined significantly. I particularly noticed that the tables and floor were greasy and sticky. I was also surprised at several waitresses who neither spoke a word nor had a friendly smile. Only the lady who took our drink request spoke three sentences to us. Two napkins were “laid” flat in front of us and cutlery in the middle. The drinks arrived when I already had dessert on my plate and were brought by a waiter wearing blue jeans with frayed holes in the knees and headphones. He put the glasses down at the front of the table and disappeared without a friendly word. I found the food to be average, a bit too cold and 25.90 is definitely very expensive here!

The restaurant offers an extensive selection of delicious Asian dishes to satisfy every palate. From sushi to traditional wok dishes, there is something for everyone. The ambience is simply breathtaking. The decor is modern and stylish, and the pleasant atmosphere invites you to relax and enjoy the food. We felt very comfortable from the start and were warmly welcomed by the attentive and friendly staff. The integration of a robot waiter, which gave the restaurant an innovative touch, was particularly impressive. It was fascinating to see how he served efficiently and precisely, without neglecting the personal touch of the service. We highly recommend booking a table in advance as this restaurant is undoubtedly very popular and we understand why! Our visit to Gourmetworld was an unforgettable culinary experience that we can highly recommend to everyone. We look forward to coming back soon and trying more delicious dishes.

Food was poorly seasoned! Rice, for example, was spicy. Many dishes were too spicy even though it wasn't labeled. It was overcrowded. You had to wait 40 minutes at the buffet. Price/performance didn't fit. Quality really dropped. Now after eating your stomach is turning. Never again. Mass instead of class

Ein großes Lokal zum Essen in Herford. Freundliche Angestellte und sonst recht groß. Mittagstisch hat ein ausreichendes Angebot und es ist für jeden was dabei.

Die Roboter waren mal was besonderes. Wegen dem Essen würde ich nicht wiederkommen. Sehr große Auswahl aber geschmacklich unterdurchschnittlich.

Große Essensauswahl! Am Wochenende einfach viel zu wuselig und zu laut. Daher 1 Stern Abzug.... Wir kommen nur noch in der Woche.

Recht teuer gerade die Getränke. Kann man machen. Aber die Qualität hat sehr nachgelassen. Schmeckt alles gleich und nicht besonders gut.

Waren zum ersten Mal am 31.12. dort.Es gab Buffett. Das Essen war sehr lecker nur manche Gerichte waren nicht mehr richtig warm. Ansonsten gute und große Auswahl auch vom Preis her okay. Als negativ haben wir nur die Lautstärke empfunden.

Wir saßen noch nichtmal am Tisch und zogen uns noch die Jacken aus,da kam es von irgendwo direkt: "Getränke?" Ich habe mich demonstrativ erstmal gemütlich hingesetzt,ehe ich bestellt habe. Wir sind doch hier nicht bei der Mastabfertigung!? Das Essen: ein paar Sachen waren einfach nicht heiß,sondern eher lauwarm. Die Ente zb war lauwarm,zwar knusprig,aber mit sehr viel Fett und schmeckte auch nach Nichts... Rindfleisch war dagegen heiß,schmeckte aber auch irgendwie uninteressant. Insgesamt war das Essen für mich einfach nicht wirklich lecker. Da holt es der tolle Roboter dann auch nicht wieder raus,obwohl das schon ein feines Feature ist. Götterspeise mit Kokos-Flocken... Tolle Idee! Beim Essen aber die Ernüchterung: es schmeckt nach nichts! Von Gourmet kann man hier wirklich nicht sprechen und daher bleibe ich eher ein Fan der Wilhelmsburg in Lage oder ähnlichen Lokalen,die weitaus besser waren. Schade!

Silvester war grosse Klasse !! Eine Auswahl vom feinsten. Nochmals ein grosses Dankeschön an alle Mitarbeiter, die uns so ein Flair in allem geboten haben.

Das Essen war sehr durchschnittlich, die Spaghetti waren salzig und der frische Fisch, den ich wählte, war verbrannt und hatte nicht die Soße, die ich gewählt hatte, damit mein Essen gut schmeckte. Sehr gut, ich fand nur die Hähnchenschnitzel (Häppchen) und das Souvlaki mit Curry. Was Süßigkeiten betrifft, ist das Eis nur gut. und am Ende bekamen wir nicht einmal ein Dankeschön vom Kellner dann kein Lächeln.

An und für sich , ist das Restaurant super vielfältig, reichhaltig und lecker, allerdings war es diesmal so voll, dass mein Essen kalt war als ich an den Tisch zurückkehrte, dennoch lohnt es sich dorthin zu fahren und Buffet zu genießen

Lecker Lecker Viel zu essen. Mit Stühlen und Tischen. Wer kann darf sich an Stäbchen versuchen. Wer viel schafft wird satt. Wer wenig schafft wird vorher satt. Man beachte, dass der Nachtisch reichlich ist. Ich möchte auch gerne einen Tablet-Roboter für daheim. Müsst ihr wissen 🤓👍

Zum ersten Mal im Gourmet Tempel gewesen , im Rahmen einer Firmen Feier ! Ich bin vollstens zufrieden . Der Abend und das Essen ,auch der Service vor Ort war top ! Nur im Vorfeld gab es Probleme bei der Reservierung, sonst kann ich nur positiv berichten , Bedienung top,essens Auswahl top , Ambiente top ,Preis Leistung top

Essen ist sehr lecker und es wird immer frisches Essen gebracht. Benutztes Geschirr wird immer nach kurzer Zeit mitgenommen. Das Ambiente an sich ist sehr schön aber es ist besonders am Wochenende sehr laut. Wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag ist das nicht der richtige Ort.

Ordentlicher Service, leckere Gerichte, saubere Arbeitsplatten.

Waren an einem Sonntag früh Abends dort essen, obwohl der Laden noch gar nicht ganz voll war, war es eine Geräuschkulisse wie im Freibad! Unfassbar laut, was vermutlich durch die Größe des Lokals und die vielen schreienden Kinder kommt. Wer also gemütlich und in Ruhe sein Essen genießen möchte, der ist hier leider Fehl am Platz. Leider sind auch viele Eltern ignorant und/oder gleichgültig und lassen ihre Kinder einfach überall im Restaurant herumtoben - was bei den engen Gängen, zwei Servierrobottern Plus herumlaufenden Menschen (Personal und Gäste, die vom Buffet kommen) mehr als nur störend ist! Es gibt zwar extra eine Spielecke/Raum für Kinder … die ist aber natürlich nicht so interessant, wie dem Roboter hinterher zu laufen oder zwischen den Tischen herumzutoben 🙄 Das Essen war soweit okay - so wie man es eben kennt und erwartet von einem solchen Restaurant, was Buffet anbietet. Der Service war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich. 👍 Daher gab es entsprechendes Trinkgeld. Für mich aber leider keine Erfahrung, die ich wiederholen möchte - das ist nur etwas für Menschen mit höherer Stress- und Lärmtoleranz.

Obwohl eine Reisegruppe zur gleichen Zeit da war, schafften es die Köche, dass immer frisches Essen am Buffet da war. Die Bedienung war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Auch für Rollstuhl super geeignet.
