The food was delicious, the seating was very comfortable, and there were plenty of drinks available at such a good price.

I'm here for a "Go To Go" order... I was greeted very rudely and turned away. Now I'm standing outside with six other people, and we're not allowed in. We arrived right at the specified time. If the staff had been friendly, I wouldn't be writing this, but right now I feel like a complete idiot. When we were finally let in, the six of us were still treated very rudely. I won't be going back here!

Noise, crowds at the buffet, and mediocre food quality. If you just want to shovel food in and enjoy the company, then this is the place for you. Definitely not something you need to experience. :)

So, you have to like it. The playroom is impossible. It's completely neglected and desperately needs renovations. I've even found hair in the food before. Otherwise, the food selection is adequate, and the drinks selection is fantastic. And never go on a Saturday night; it's just not enjoyable to eat there. Way too crowded.

We went to the restaurant today. The atmosphere is pleasant. The selection leaves much to be desired. The wok dish was poorly prepared. The quality of the food was often unsatisfactory. The drinks selection was very good. A waiter who only speaks English is unacceptable. It's a shame, but this was our first and last visit.

The website lists two different email addresses for table reservations, but unfortunately neither works. I then called and pointed out the email problem, but due to language difficulties, this wasn't understood. I made a reservation, the reservation was accepted, and then I was rudely dismissed. She only counts their money. There's no cash register. No receipt. I don't want to know what's going on with the tax authorities. The food really isn't good. Rock-hard pork and duck. Tasteless. Very meager selection for €21. The only good thing is the drink selection. Communication between the waitstaff, guests, and other employees is in English. A clear recommendation: avoid this restaurant. Please don't go there!!!!!

The man who paid me at the end was really strange. We were two adults and one child (8 years old). The other child was one year old, and the little one only ate a little bit from my plate, so very little. At the end, he said they also charge €10 for children under four? I think he was trying to pocket that money, but why would anyone do that? And the same guy repeatedly told me my children were well-fed and that one plate was enough. Seriously, what's the point of that?

Hey. So, we've been there 1-2 times a year so far. The fact that it was never a culinary delight wasn't so bad. It was always OK. But yesterday, the dryness of the food, combined with a lack of flavor, pervaded all the containers. There was no crispy duck. Only dry meat without skin. Shrimp, chicken. Everything was dry, and even the squid rings, which you can buy ready-made, tasted like a slap on the wrist. Unfortunately, there aren't any really good Chinese restaurants in the area anymore. For us, that's it. You're better off munching on a currywurst.

All in all it was fine, but maybe tonight wasn't the right time as it was very crowded and loud.

Unfortunately, my experience there was bad, especially the owner! Something that won't happen again.

We went to Gourmet Tempel with friends yesterday and were very disappointed. We were immediately told that you could only stay at your table for two hours – clearly too little time for a relaxed meal in a restaurant. Sometimes we had to wait in line for up to 10 minutes for our meal; there were far too many customers, it was very loud, and there was no music. In the end, I didn't even get to try the desserts because the time had already run out. It's a shame, we had hoped for a pleasant evening. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back and can't recommend this restaurant.

At first, the unfriendliness was beyond compare, with snippy answers to polite questions and constant negative looks. It always spoils your mood, but today it's the last time. The benches are run-down and dirty. There are much better alternatives.

We were warmly welcomed and escorted to our tables, and the service was generally very friendly.

The food in the restaurant is excellent, and the staff are always friendly. The ambiance is pleasant, and the food is fresh. The only minor drawback: despite having a reservation, we once had to wait almost an hour, which was a bit annoying. Still, highly recommended!

You weren't allowed to choose a table, even though everything was free. When I asked for a lemon, I was told the manager had forbidden it. The food is mediocre at best. The latte from the coffee machines is undrinkable. And the lady who takes the cashier's order looks like she's just been punched in the stomach. I can't imagine we'll ever go back there again...

It is what it is. You're not going there to enjoy Far Eastern delicacies, but to stuff yourself to the brim. Humans need MSG in their systems every now and then; that's what we're here for. If you have less than 5 drinks, 3-5 grilled meats, and at least 2 desserts, you only have yourself to blame.

If a nice restaurant were under different management, it wouldn't have that elderly woman at the reception desk who regularly pulls a face like it's been raining for seven days and is simply unfriendly to the guests. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for long sitting, as with the advertised "all you can eat" option, you're asked to leave after two hours, and that's €30 per person! I find that pretty outrageous and a complete rip-off!

All-you-can-eat with a wide selection. Not everything is Chinese (e.g., fries), but the taste is okay. Ice cream is cheap, so don't bother with it. The playroom for kids is also a nice gimmick.

The price may seem expensive, but you definitely get your money's worth. It's a delicious, authentic place. The open buffet is very rich; you can eat as much as you want. The dessert section is also very rich. I definitely recommend it.

So, for me as a vegetarian, the buffet isn't worth it...there are far too few meatless dishes and no tofu or anything similar. The staff was only partially polite...the lady at the reception was simply abysmal. She's really rude and incredibly unfriendly. We were there with a large group, about 25 people, and we didn't feel very welcome. We were also split up at different tables, which wasn't the point. So, spending the 31 euros on food here was definitely not worth it for me...I just drank a lot of rhubarb spritzer!

The buffet was great. All you can eat and drink, all for one price. That's why there's no real service. It's very spacious, so the ambiance isn't that great. Unfortunately, the more people there are, the louder it gets.

We were there last Sunday. Apart from the fact that it was very crowded and loud, everything was fine. The food is quite good (it's just a shame that they don't serve typical Asian vegetables and there's hardly any sauce selection). The hygiene measures were actually a bit low considering the large crowd. The price is actually quite reasonable at €31 per person for the buffet. Keep in mind that unlimited drinks (a huge selection, including alcoholic ones) and all drinks from the hot drinks machine are included. The waiters were friendly, too. We hadn't done anything wrong; we arrived at 6:30 p.m., and the buffet officially runs until 10:30 p.m.! But the lady at the reception/cash desk had been looking so unfriendly the entire time. After we'd finished eating at 9:30 p.m., we just admired the decor for a bit. The lady then interrupted us and rushed us to the cash register. After paying, we thought we could at least "finish checking out the decor"; there were still a few people sitting at the table, and it was still an hour before closing time. But the lady interrupted again and asked us what we were still doing there. After that, we got fed up and left, without even seeing the entire restaurant. We had a bad taste in our mouths for the whole evening.

We were there with a group of about 25 people. Despite having a reservation, we were seated at several tables; it seemed as if everyone was seated spontaneously. When one person wanted to leave and pay after a short while, the owner said that everyone at the table should pay or someone should collect everyone's money. I've never experienced that before and found it really rude. Many people were still eating and had to queue at the payment counter to pay. This interruption really spoiled the meal. Later, the owner called me rude. That was truly next level rude. Customer service looks different. The food was just typical Chinese. Some dishes were cold, but the quality was the same as any other Chinese buffet.

There could be a bit more selection! Or more variety! Otherwise, super nice and great food!

The all-you-can-eat buffet was okay, but I skipped some of the "fresh" fish that looked quite old. The drinks package was quite nice, especially if you want to stay longer. The children's playroom and the restrooms both look neglected and run-down. They're just showing their age and not well maintained...

If you like Asian food, this is the place for you. Getting there is no problem, and there's plenty of parking. Large seating areas inside and, of course, a huge selection of Asian dishes. Most of it is ready-made, but there's also fresh meat, fish, and seafood of all kinds. If that's not enough for you, you can help yourself to the dessert buffet. We were very satisfied.

We went there for dinner at the weekend and simply wanted to have a quiet, relaxed evening, but what I experienced was incredibly rude. A waiter came to our table to take the plates. Suddenly, he said, "Please finish your food" and started a very rude argument. I told him that the shrimp shells were all that was left, and you couldn't eat the shells. He became increasingly rude and said I should go to the manager and that it wouldn't be his fault if I didn't finish my food. He was so arrogant and unfriendly that the evening was ruined for us and we were no longer hungry. I'm all for finishing the plates to avoid wasting food, but in my case, it was just shrimp shells. The waiter came back to us after 15 minutes and wanted to start another argument. We felt harassed until my husband told him to please leave us alone. The waiter was truly unbearable, and as he himself said, he had only started working there a month ago. He ruined our entire evening, thanks again for that.

No idea what the food was like; we left because we were treated rudely! It actually started off well. A gentleman showed us the way to where we could choose a seat and immediately brought a high chair behind us. We wanted to order a meal, but we were rudely urged to use the buffet, saying it was cheaper... The chosen meal cost about €12, and the buffet €19. Then there was some back and forth; we weren't that hungry to even consider the buffet worthwhile, etc. Until we just got fed up. Since they didn't want to bring us what we wanted, we just left. On top of that, there was tofu.

The positive thing is that it's an all-you-can-drink concept. There's a wide selection of soft drinks, juices, and beers, and you can even help yourself to a fully automatic coffee machine. This meant I had a total of five drinks instead of the usual one or two. It's noticeable that the lady at the reception (who ushered us and cashier/possibly also the owner) was extremely rude, next-level rude. No smile, no please, no thank you, no have a nice day. We were both perplexed when I left a 50-cent tip. There was no thank you, just a perplexed look. The bad behavior dampened the mood; I don't know if I'll come back...

It's okay for €20, but you shouldn't expect too much. You get full. Most of the meat is overcooked. The duck I put on my plate (it had just been put in the container) at the buffet dried out on the plate within minutes. That's just an example. I'm giving it so many stars because you can drink as much as you want.

Four of us happened to be there because we were nearby. The meat dishes were ok (although very expensive). My vegetarian dish was the only one on the menu, so I had no choice. I was given a large plate of raw, dry vegetables. The “sauce” was extremely little and simply tasted like salty water and there was also a portion of rice. For €14.90 this is a disgrace. If money is no object you can go here...otherwise avoid this restaurant! It tastes like any Asian snack at the train station, only for 5 times the price...

Eat deliciously until you drop! There's something for everyone at the buffet and everything was delicious. I've eaten here several times and it won't be the last time. It could be a bit full for spontaneous visits, so I would call and reserve a table just to be on the safe side. LG

In my opinion, this Chinese restaurant isn't particularly recommendable. The food selection is very limited and seems cheaply made. I think the restaurant should emulate the food selection at the China Star in Minden, as it's significantly better and would enhance the restaurant overall. A big plus, however, is that drinks are included in the price. You can drink as much as you like, and there's an entire row of refrigerators with high-quality drinks and a huge selection for all ages. The staff could have been much friendlier, too.

Saturday evening it was packed, long lines at the buffet. It took almost 3 hours for 2x Mongolian and a normal plate from the buffet as well as dessert. At the entrance you were informed that you were allowed to stay for a maximum of 2 hours, which was difficult to achieve that evening.

I would like to highlight the positive things first: - The food, which can be prepared freshly and individually on site, is very tasty and we really liked that - There was a huge selection of drinks - The desserts were also impressive with a white and dark chocolate fountain and lots of small treats - The restaurant itself is very large and impressive I would now like to get to the points why I no longer leave my money there - Some of the buffet food itself no longer tasted fresh, and unfortunately I've had the worst meal there so far compared to similar restaurants - The tables for 6 (there were 6 of us sitting at one of these) were unfortunately too small and the seating was very cramped - Now we come to an absolute no-go and I'll try to keep it short...if you call them, regardless of whether it's a woman or a man on the phone...you'll be attacked and you'll feel like you should be a little ashamed. Honest? Apparently asking questions is generally forbidden, as you will be shouted at over the phone. Nobody really nobody should put up with something like that!!! What right do the operators/employees there have to treat people like that?! Already too out of touch? The customer is king... doesn't apply here. Eat quickly, pay, go!!! No thanks, I also work hard for my money and if I'm going to pay for an overpriced buffet meal, I would AT LEAST be treated politely!

The boss is by far the unfriendly person there. We have been there several times now and each time she has noticed her negatively, even towards children, so we left the shop. Even the reservation on the phone was a disaster, they hung up in the middle of a sentence and when you call again and ask whether everything can be confirmed. Or if the reservation is noted, you will still be talked to stupidly. On Sunday we had dinner there again after a long time and I've been suffering from massive vomiting diarrhea since Sunday night, coincidence? By the way, you shouldn't take a break while eating, the plates will literally be snatched from under your nose. -> I went to the doctor in the meantime because the symptoms didn't go away. It's food poisoning!

Wir waren zu meinem Geburtstag im Gourmet Tempel. Ich hatte einen Tisch bestellt. Nach 2 Stunden sollte man das Restaurant verlassen. Das wurde uns nicht gesagt. Somit wurde ich beim bezahlen von der unfreundlichen Empfangsdame,angemeckert. Das geht gar nicht. Wir Gäste bringen denen das Geld. Aber die haben es nicht mehr nötig. Das Essen selber hat auch sehr nach gelassen. Alles Tod gebraten. An den Champignons jede Menge Erde noch dran. Qualität nicht Grad berauschend Aber am schlimmsten fand ich die Art und Weise wie man als Gast behandelt wird. Ich weiß,diesen Laden betreten wir nie wieder. Wir sind richtig verärgert
