To eat: After a long time I had steak in the Stollen again and it was as good as ever, medium rare, my companions all also ate steak and judging by the plates, everyone enjoyed it. I then ordered a schnitzel for my son to take away. He wanted a dark sauce on his schnitzel, but that's not usually available. The chef then conjured something up and my son was thrilled. I also found the sauce very tasty, so Dear chef, compliments from my son and that means something, he is very snobbish but he picked up the schnitzel in no time. Prices are pleasant! About the service: The boss (landlord) is a nice, very pleasant man, sometimes he talks more, sometimes less, the cook knows his craft and on top of that there is always a funny saying, that's exactly how I like it! About the ambience: The Bieberer Stollen is a beautiful, old, rustic restaurant that you would often find in the past, but unfortunately it is no longer the case these days. I hope that the Stollen will last for a long time, I feel very comfortable there. Anyone who likes watching football is in good hands there.

The ambience clearly gets 5 stars, but you would expect a home-style restaurant with traditional German dishes. Unfortunately, the menu essentially only consists of schnitzel and Indian dishes. The schnitzels were clearly refrigerated animal products. Even though it tasted good and wasn't expensive, we prefer eating something fresh and there are plenty of alternatives. The furnishings of the tables and chairs and the terrible radio music absolutely do not match the building!

It took over 2 hours for the ordered food to be delivered. The food tastes good even after a 2-hour drive. These problems did not exist in the past! Order somewhere else or eat locally.
