One of the last quaint pubs in Aschaffenburg, this is where young and old meet. All walks of life are welcome here. Beer culture is a top priority here, and the quality on tap is top-notch.

The food was really very good, no complaints there. Unfortunately, the service was a complete disaster. At times, we felt like we were on a hidden camera show because so many bizarre things happened. First, we were supposed to move to another table after the appetizer, but there was only room for four people, so we had to go back. Appetizers and main courses were mixed up, some drinks weren't served at all or were served incorrectly (for example, red wine was served instead of cola), and instead of the pasta we ordered, we were brought a filet. In addition, a waiter repeatedly dropped drinks, and the spills weren't cleaned up – causing another waiter to slip later. Overall, everything seemed very uncoordinated and chaotic. One thing we'd like to mention is that we find it very unpleasant to see these piles of trash (broken refrigerators, empty containers, glass bottles, etc.) in the parking garage after parking. It simply doesn't look good and could be handled better. After seeing that, I don't want to think about the conditions in the kitchen, but I also don't want it to spoil my enjoyment of the food. We will definitely order the food again, but in the future we'd prefer to enjoy it at home.
