Wir waren enttäuscht über die Größe und die fehlende Zutatenvielfalt für die dafür viel zu teuren Burger. Sie wurden frisch zubereitet, waren lecker aber 9 Euro definitiv übertrieben, Portion Pommes für 4 Euro ebenfalls nicht den Preis wert. Zu loben ist aber die nette freundliche Bedienung.

Burger waren gut aber nichts besonderes. Gut für einen schnelles Essen.

Das Essen war stark überfrittiert, wodurch der Geschmack deutlich gelitten hat. Außerdem war ein unangenehmer Geruch nach altem Öl wahrnehmbar.

Toller burgerladen Schmeckt ist sauber man wird satt. Bedienung ist gut. Preise ganz normal für die Qualität die man bekommt. Ist halt nicht Fastfood.

Wollte gerne euch einmal Testen da ich von Social Media von euch gehört habe,doch leider war der Laden geschlossen war sehr enttäuscht da bei googel der Laden eigentlich geöffnet werden sollte .

Service freundlich und nett, da gibt es nichts auszusetzen - die Bürger an sich sind allerdings nicht sonderlich auffallend oder besonders. Für den Preis kann man natürlich nicht meckern, aber es ist nichts weltbewegendes. Das Ganze sieht eher aus wie ein Imbiss und ein Schnellrestaurant. Wenn man kurz für zwischendurch mal Hunger hat, sicher keine schlechte Idee.

Immer wieder eine Freude. Qualität ist Super. Das Ambiente in dem Laden ist etwas lieblos. Daran sollte man arbeiten 😉

Glückspilz in Herford ist ein Glück🙏🏻 eines der wenigen Highlights, worauf wir Herforder stolz sein können. Normalerweise sind solche bekannten Namen nur in größeren Städten zu finden. Gemütlich, klein und fein, leckeres Essen. Ich finds gut😁👍🏻

Bei jeden Verkaufsoffenen, Event oder Anlass (wenn man in Herford ist) -> Lohnt es, denn der Glückspilz Store ist direkt neben der Kirmes und mitten in der City. Barrierefrei, da freut sich meine Mutti auch und gönnt sich Kartoffelstangen mit Chicken bites und lecka Sauce. Die Einrichtung und Look and feel ist auch sehr cool, etwas rocky, nerdy und alles ist clean.

Die besten Burger. Durch Zufall damals auf Glückspilz gestoßen und schockverliebt. Das Ambiente ist modern und ansprechend. Die Burger sind super saftig, frisch und mit reichlich Soße. Noch nie trocken gewesen oder in irgendeiner Form nicht lecker. Diese eine die dort immer arbeitet ist eine richtig liebe und freundliche. Hab mich auch mega gefreut als die dann angefangen haben zu liefern. Einfach rund um perfekt 🙏😍😍😍

The portions were far too small for the price—it definitely won't fill you up. The new sauce was absolutely tasteless and definitely doesn't justify the high price. The fries were tiny and disappointing. The burger tasted okay, but for the price, you really have to consider whether it's worth it. After eating, we all smelled like we'd been in the deep fryer ourselves. Overall, a disaster—I wouldn't eat there again.

Unfortunately, the food wasn't worth the money at all. The portions were much smaller than advertised – the box was tiny, and the fries were maybe a handful. Also, my box didn't include chicken tenders, even though they were advertised. Charging around €6 for two mini tenders is simply too expensive. Overall, disappointing – the price-performance ratio is completely out of sync.

So we were guided by the reviews. Upon closer inspection, the store may have been good at one point, but more recent experiences are rather mediocre. Four of us were there today (two adults, two (small) children). Our order consisted mainly of fries, two burgers, and a homemade currywurst. One burger was served with just a slice of cheese and a piece of meat between two buns, yet we still charged €8. In total, we paid over €60 (!) for it. The portions were very small, and the sauces were bottled burger sauce and mayo. Nothing homemade, just poured over. The curry sauce tasted like ketchup with curry spice. About the ambiance: dirty! Tables were sticky, the floor dirty. No one cleaned up after the guests left. About the service: you order at the screen. Cash is not accepted. You have to get everything yourself and clear it away, including the trash. You can expect that from a fast-food chain when the burgers cost between €1.50 and €4, but definitely not for these prices. A real flop...

Veggie burger was good, Crazy Chick was good too. The regular burger was unfortunately completely burnt.

The population has become smaller, service worse, but most importantly, more expensive! Whether in Herford or Bielefeld!

I ordered at 7:57 PM and was delivered at 10:15 PM. My food was cold and they just hung up on me.

The food was very good, although not cheap. Unfortunately, there are no customer restrooms, which I don't think is acceptable. We had to walk to the ice cream parlor with the kids. I always thought that if there were seats, there must be a restroom. But the employee wasn't interested.

Unfortunately, I had to revise my positive opinion of GLÜCKSPILZ. From a wide selection of delicious dishes, it has become mediocre in terms of taste and selection, and on top of that, it has become very expensive. As if that weren't enough, the food was served lukewarm on several occasions, despite being freshly prepared. All in all, it's no longer what it used to be.

The food arrived an hour late, which is a real shame, as the place is supposed to have a good reputation. It was a small amount of food for a lot of money. The order had already cooled, and one of the fries was forgotten. The food was okay, but nothing more. It's a shame, and I won't order from there again.

The food tasted OK, but way too little for the price! I paid €20 for a small fries with four nuggets on top and a burger that would have cost €3 at McCoy's and was the same size. On top of that, the fries looked carelessly thrown together, as if the box had been thrown across the store five times.

Unfortunately, I discovered that the place and its dishes don't live up to the hype. We had several different burgers, fries, and bites. A portion of fries with cheese sauce. For just under nine euros, it absolutely doesn't do justice to its quality. The smashburgers, unfortunately, taste very bland. And the chicken burgers are simply fried chicken cutlets. The place seems very poorly decorated, but the service was exceptionally friendly. But that's not enough for me to recommend it or come back.

€40 for three small burgers and a tiny fries. The fries alone cost €9! The patties were frozen and tasted awful. Some of the burger buns were cold. The staff wasn't unfriendly, but they weren't friendly either. I won't be back!

We've always been satisfied with the food. In my opinion, one of the best burger joints. Unfortunately, they still don't deliver from Herford to Bad Salzuflen. Which is really annoying, since parking is so difficult at the Herford location. So, you can only get there if you're already in town. A location with no parking and only offering pickup is a really bad choice. Unfortunately, we only buy food there very rarely and prefer other burger joints that either deliver or offer pickup from parking spaces right outside.

My brother and I gave them 50 euros and they said we only gave them 20 and then they gave us one euro as change and they were very disrespectful and we only ordered fries twice and we had to pay very

They stole my money. I gave the cashier 50 euros but she said I only gave 20 euros. She gave me 1 euro, but I bought something for 9 euros, which doesn't make sense and I want my money back or there will be trouble!!

Delicious burgers and good sides. The selection isn't too extensive, so you can keep track of what you're eating. The same applies to the side dishes. There are special menu items during the week (note the time limit).

I was a guest at Glückspilz Herford today, May 18th. The burgers were amazing, the potato sticks were amazing, and the staff was incredibly friendly (give the guy a raise)!

I used to really enjoy ordering from Glückspilz Herford, especially after the reopening, the food was always delicious and beautifully prepared. Unfortunately, the quality has declined somewhat - the food still tastes good, but the preparation and presentation are no longer as appealing as they used to be. Still a solid restaurant with good food!

Atmosphere like a chip shop at the fair. The fries were too salty, the cheese sauce tasted like cucumber, the burger buns were sticky and the King Kong burger only tasted like ketchup, the chicken pieces were too dry and very tough. The prices are unreasonable for the poor quality. 8€ for a burger the size of a standard McDonald's which costs €1.29. Cleanliness is not the top priority for the employees.

Unfortunately delivered cold. Burger very small for the money, potato sticks too salty, a portion of fries was completely missing. When we asked, we were offered the fries to be delivered in 1-2 hours... Unfortunately, no further orders from me. Quality is much better in the branches in Bielefeld near Essen, and I will eat there again.

Brought burger lunch menu there. So paying around 7.50 for a burger that is smaller than the smallest buns in the store but doesn't even taste particularly good is nothing special for me. So I was disappointed.

We had dinner there yesterday with 4 people. We paid €70.30. We thought the burgers were ok. Visually and taste-wise, the burgers didn't look or taste particularly tasty. They were rather small. We're used to something different from burger shops. The portions of fries are small, so my husband wasn't full from a double burger and chili fries with 1 drink. The ambience of the store is cool and spartan. There is no toilet. You have to dispose of your own garbage and get your own food. So I found it really rude to be asked for tips when paying by EC. What should I give this for? I didn't receive any service. For the money, we'd rather go to another burger shop with service and delicious burgers next time. Not recommended.

Burgers aren't what they used to be, absolutely terrible what the store has become. Unfortunately the staff wasn't friendly either. I'm horrified and will avoid the store in the future.

One star for the fast service! I've been eating burgers since the end of the 70s, but what I got today at Glückspilz Herford was, in my opinion, the worst (freshly prepared) burger I've had in years! Tastes differ, but “I” still think all the positive reviews here are fake! Maybe they were better once (I can't judge), but the current quality of the burgers is not worth the money (at least €7.90)!!!

Drove 70 km especially for my birthday to eat there, well..... Hmm... Burgers were very tasty, the potato sticks were very good 👍, it's great that everything is freshly prepared, so if you take away, you should take some time bring along. One star deducted because there is no customer toilet (I think it's important, especially when drinks are sold). 1 star deducted because it wasn't that tasty there, worth the experience, but I wouldn't drive another 70 kilometers for it again. Oh well, you really have a really great social media presence 👍🙂👍

Triggered by the many advertisements from Glückspilz, the three of us were on a business trip to Herford for dinner. The furniture in the restaurant was a bit cheap and didn't seem particularly stable, there was no toilet, which I find impossible with around 24 seats. The lighting in the room, which also seemed very cheap, kept flickering annoyingly like a strobe. The burgers were average and the prices were not. This is a lot better for the money. Payment is not possible in cash, for whatever reason. When I get the chance I will try it again in Bielefeld. Everyone deserves a second chance

Tested based on the good reviews. Unfortunately our burgers didn't look good and didn't taste good either. The fries with chicken on them were okay, but the sauce had a very artificial taste. It's a shame, we had hoped for much more.

Had ordered food. Less than 15 minutes, the food was there. Great service for the price. The burgers and side dishes were great and fresh too. The young scooter driver did his job very well. A few days later we went to the store to try the food and we were really amazed at the service there. Very cool team. Gladly again and again.

That's fine, nothing special. When I ate the burger I thought I was eating paper or something, but it turned out it was the bacon.

We didn't like the food there at all. It was very fatty and unseasoned. The sauces tasted oily and dull, like you were in a bad kebab shop. Fries without anything was the best part of our meal. We definitely won't be coming back. McDonalds and KFC make their burgers 1000 times better. Unfortunately for me it's an ordinary burger shop without that certain something. On Instagram everything came across as exclusive and different.

I visited this restaurant in early June and tried a burger there. I didn't find anything special about a burger for 9 euros 50. The atmosphere (poor ventilation) didn't last me longer than absolutely necessary. I think many people only try it once.

I really liked the chicken burger. Unfortunately the chicken part was changed, which now tastes very greasy... The pickles and the bread (formerly briochebun now: multigrain bun) were also changed. All in all, unfortunately I didn't like it. There was also an extremely long string in the burger. Very unappetizing…

So I also visited both Glückspilz restaurants in Bielefeld and Herford really hit the spot No proper ventilation so we all smelled like we had been standing behind the deep fryer for 8 hours I specifically asked if the dynamite sauce was spicy Was said mildly The chairs were very wobbly and uncomfortable Was very disappointing So far the food in the eckendorfer was the best but only by lucky standards

Burger was average, But the fries with chicken + sauces were very good. No toilet, so you can't wash your hands for your upcoming finger food. Tables weren't clean either. To avoid harming anyone, I still give it 5 stars.

Menu here is not valid, the same like the information outside of the building. No smash burgers and bowls anymore. Fries were tasty, but the burger was very basic (comes without fries) and overpriced, you will go home hungry if you order only the burger. Interesting wall decor made of musical instruments.

Delicious burger and acceptable prices. At lunchtime the menu is definitely priced right and it looked very good. The burger definitely tasted good, but somehow I still missed the experience. Unfortunately, despite the small shop, self-service is the order of the day and the atmosphere is very uncomfortable (perhaps especially at lunchtime).

It was my first time here and I will probably visit again. I recommend the Top Secret burger. Everything is fresh, the atmosphere of the place and the service are amazing.

Great food - good ideas with the burgers. Friendly chef who tried very hard. But: selling a normal Yoppie sauce with standard fries under other hip terms at highly inflated prices - that's it Zero ambience and not even a customer toilet despite being a restaurant - that's outrageous! It was an experience worth having, but I definitely wouldn't repeat it.

The last time I was at Glücksburg was a year ago and was very disappointed back then. I've tried it again now. Ordered via Lieferando and was very pleasantly surprised. Super fast delivery. The touchdown was really tasty, fluffy bread, delicious sauces, fresh jalapenios and together with the lucky manta platter, which was also very tasty, I was already full after half of it. I found the price of €22 completely justified as the quality and quantity are absolutely right. We order here more often.

Food very tasty and very good quality. Pricewise higher. But way better than Citizen King and MC by light years.
