I honestly had the best fish I've had in a long time here! Everything was incredibly fresh and prepared with great flavor. Their homemade sauce is truly a marvel and makes it all complete. The service was also top-notch: fast, friendly, and attentive to the guests. The staff is incredibly kind and makes you feel welcome right away. Absolutely recommended; I'll definitely be back!

The sea bream, in particular, is highly recommended. Everything is very lovingly decorated and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately, no alcoholic drinks are served, but Fritz Cola is available.

Truly delicious! We had fried fish twice and salmon once. The plates were very attractively presented and well-portioned. The fried fish was excellent! It wasn't swimming in grease, the crust was crispy, and it tasted very good, not like rancid frying oil. All the products were of very good quality and perfectly cooked. The side dishes were also good. I personally really like the potato salad. The service was also very friendly, courteous, and not intrusive. Only the preparation took a little longer. From ordering to serving, it took about 40 minutes. I think that for very good quality, you can sometimes wait a little longer. All in all, we were very satisfied and would gladly come back.

The absolute highlight: fish with a freshness and presentation that leaves nothing to be desired. The chef and wait staff here are passionate about fish and their guests! The drawback: The location isn't the best, but the trip to this side of Bergisch Gladbach's city center is worth it!

Super fresh fish and truly delicious! We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were pleasantly surprised. Besides the fish, I highly recommend the homemade lemonade. There's outdoor seating in a quieter corner of the pedestrian zone. The staff was friendly and professional.

We stopped in spontaneously today. My husband loves fried fish, and we'd heard good things about this restaurant. We ordered a fried fish sandwich and a shrimp sandwich to satisfy our hunger. The tables outside were occupied, but it was pleasantly cool inside (30°C outside). The Indian curry sauce with the shrimp was amazing. Absolutely delicious 😋. The fried fish is also available with potato salad...the menu has a great selection. We'd love to come back and enjoy delicious fish again.

This was the first time I've used takeaway since moving. Unfortunately, the quality has declined significantly. The price-performance ratio isn't right here. Kibbeling was very greasy, almost entirely breaded and hardly any fish. The portion of fries was tasty, but a handful for just under €5 was way overpriced. I probably won't go back. The staff is very friendly, and the interior has also been improved.

Really nothing to complain about. Nice atmosphere, you sit comfortably. Friendly service and fresh food, everything was excellent. The tagliatelle were tagliorini but that's actually better... spaghetti or tagliorini are better with seafood. Hats off !

Incredibly good! I've certainly eaten hundreds of different kinds of fried fish on the North Sea, so I thought you couldn't top it, so far away from the sea... quite the opposite! The quality is beyond doubt, the breading is spot on and the taste is the best I've had so far!!

Unfortunately rather uncomfortable, has a snack bar atmosphere, very loud when it is full. For me, a drink made from mineral water and ready-made syrup is not “homemade” lemonade! The fish soup tastes good, but 2 very small pieces of fish do not make fish soup, especially since there are likely to be quite a few leftover pieces. In terms of price it was okay.

The quality of two dishes we ordered (one was fab cod with veggies and potatos, the other was salmon with risotto) was absolutely exceeding expectations. Fabulous dish, beautifully set (fairly priced) + very professional crew. It really felt like this care for cooking and taste we keep looking for - everything we ordered tasted amazing and we really enjoyed our time spent there. Top game!

Best fish ever!!! The Fischhaus is an enrichment in the Gladbach gastronomic scene! Everything fresh from the counter to choose from and the side dishes made in-house - delicious! Friendly service and everything was very clean on the tables. You're happy to accept the less appealing ambience, but the fresh fish puts that into the background. Always happy, keep it up!

We've been there several times now and haven't been disappointed so far. Food is freshly prepared and you can simply taste the quality. Of course, this has its price, but if you like cheap and inexpensive fast food, you're in the wrong place. Mr. Baker is just on the corner. We'll definitely go there again when we get the chance.

You have to eat fish here! I have eaten many a fresh herring roll from our Dutch neighbors. But the best herring roll was available as a starter here in Bergisch Gladbach. We have rarely eaten such fresh, delicious fish meals as we did here. Plus a homemade lemonade. Because it was very hot, the fresh fish we bought for the next day was packed in ice. Totally nice attentive service. We will come back here more often.

The best fish soup I've had in a long time. The small restaurant is somewhat hidden in the "Green Shop Street", which creates a really cozy atmosphere. The service is very friendly and accommodating and the food is really outstanding. This was certainly not the last visit.

Very, very friendly and courteous staff!! It's surprisingly nice inside, cozy and newly and brightly furnished and everything is very clean. The greeting from the kitchen alone enchanted us. Everything is prepared super fresh and with dedication and the two gentlemen work very conscientiously and passionately. It's very pleasant to have to wait a bit here when you see how much love the employees (or is it the owners?) work here. We will definitely come back and can recommend it 100%. Small but super tasty fish dishes, prepared with love, very friendly service

Some time ago we bought a fish sandwich there to take away from home and ate it on hand. While I was waiting (fresh preparation) I was able to admire the small but nice fish counter with fresh fish. The homemade sauce in the fish sandwich was absolutely great and very tasty. From there it wasn't far to visit the small restaurant (six tables). We ate there today and were thrilled. Everything was prepared in the open kitchen for everyone to see. It was a real pleasure, surrounded by friendly and helpful service. We really liked it there. It was very quiet in the restaurant and we were able to chat without being disturbed. The only downer was that unfortunately no white wine was allowed to be served. The homemade lemonades (raspberry and lemon) made up for it - fresh and not too sweet. We will definitely recommend the restaurant and come back ourselves. I warmly congratulate the entire team on the ambience that they have created and that remains as you are. We would like to come again

Full 5 stars from our side. Yes...It's not a fancy place and there's no alcohol either, which is definitely for reasons. But there is: - a committed team - a chef who knows how to prepare fish - friendly service... and above all extremely tasty fish. The owners are very concerned about the well-being of their guests, special requests are implemented and alternatives are offered. We are always very surprised by the quality of the food! The service specialist was very friendly and always had a smile on her face. Unfortunately, alcohol is not allowed to be served. But here too the restaurant scores points with alternatives such as: B. homemade lemonades. The price/performance ratio is good to very good. Sehr gute Küche. Der Fisch war auf den Punkt gegart und die Beilagen lecker, nicht 0815. Das Ambiente ist gemütlich, mit netter mediteraner Deko und Teelichtern. Zwei Monitore zeigen Unterwassrraufnahmen von Delfinen und bunten Fischen. Im Hintergrund atmosphärische leise Musik. Alles sehr entspannend. Auch die Bedienungen sind gelassen und gehen ruhig und freundlich mit den Gästen um.
