The burgers were wonderful, the meat was fresh, the coleslaw was delicious, and the fries were really crispy! The server was really nice too! We'll definitely be back!

The ambiance and service are okay. Parmesan fries and burger patties are a disaster. Grated Parmesan is much better, and that way you get a bit of flavor on every fries. The meat has a very strong frozen flavor, which is a definite no-go. It's like selling frozen pizza at an Italian restaurant. The buns were good. Children playing in the bathroom, which is very annoying. We won't be coming back.

Absolutely not recommended. I don't understand the good reviews. It has a bad rating on TripAdvisor, but I only saw it afterwards. I'm shocked; we used to love coming here. Our last visit after a long time: The truffle fries were a really small portion, with three mushrooms on them, and the sauce was anything but tasty. The chili burger: disgusting, overcooked frozen patty. Never again and an absolute disgrace.

I didn't take this review lightly, and I want to be as fair as ever. Due to the many good to very good reviews, I went to Germar's Best Burger in Süselsheim last Saturday. You can practically park on the street and be inside the restaurant in a minute. The restaurant was busy, which resulted in a slightly higher noise level, so I was quite happy about the table in the annex. But the annex also filled up quickly, and it got correspondingly loud. The restaurant feels quite cozy. Large screens are part of a burger joint, but here, self-promotion or the menu is constantly running. I was recently at a comparable restaurant in Rüsselsheim, and they received 5 (absolutely deserved) stars from me. And I regularly travel to the US for both personal and professional reasons. The burgers were unfortunately only second-rate – the patty unfortunately seems to be frozen, and my burger (jalapeno~) was only moderately topping. There's still plenty of room for improvement. Or simply lower the price. I had a glass of (house-made) rum beforehand, which was quite tasty but a bit too expensive for the quality. Conclusion: Much better than McDonald's and the like, but much worse than, for example, in Rüsselsheim and the US. I probably won't eat there again.

The best burger place! Really delicious burgers. A huge selection of different options. They also had desserts, salads, and fries. Even sweet potato fries. We always went there in the early afternoon, so it wasn't that busy. But the closer you get to the evening, the more we recommend making a reservation.

The overall positive experience, the great service, and the appealing atmosphere outweigh the slight negative for the meat. I'm optimistic that things will be fine next time. Da meine ursprüngliche Google-Review zusammen mit allen anderen "schlechten" Reviews gelöscht wurde. Habe ich mich entschieden das Ganze nochmal hier zu Posten, wo Meinungsfreiheit noch akzeptiert wird. Kann mich auch anschließen, dass niemand von meinen Kollegen mehr diese Lokalität betritt, hier wird der Kunde VERARSCHT!! Anbei noch meine von damals 3 Sterne Review. "Es scheint mir fast, als seinen die Glanztage dieser Lokalität gegessen. Früher war ich gern hier, das Establishment und der Service sowie das Essen waren fünf Sterne wert. Heute sieht das anders aus. Am Establishment hat sich nichts getan, noch immer strahlt ein nettes, warmes Blockhütten feeling durch das ulkig eingerichtete Lokal. Die Bedingungen sind heute jedoch unterbesetzt, weshalb leichte überforderungs Erscheinungen aufkommen und die ein oder andere Essens bzw Beilagensverwechslung zustande kommt. Hier wurde schlecht rationalisiert. Nun geht's ans Essen. Die Snacks sowie Beilagen sind klasse, aber darum geht es ja eigentlich nicht wenn man essen geht. Mein größter Kritikpunkt widmet sich den Burgerpatties, diese sind einfach fertig Patties die ich genau so bei Metro kaufen könnte, nichts besonderes nur Massenware. Da ein Bürger meiner Meinung nach aus Rinder bzw Gemischten Hack sein sollte (am besten Handgeformt) und der Aufwand hierfür nicht all zu groß ist, bin ich schwerst enttäuscht von der Konsistenz, Geschmack und Optik der Patties. Wenn man sich auf Bürger spezialisiert hat und dann auf fertig Petties zurück greift, hat man meiner Meinung nach den Leitfaden eines authentischen und einmaligen Bürgerladens verloren. Zudem bin ich schwerst enttäuscht über den 'Käsespätzle Burger'. Wenn ein Ekelpattie auf alte Käsespätzle trifft kann man sich denken was dabei für ein Genusserlebins in einem aufkommt. Mein Fazit: Früher war es definitiv besser als heute man hat wohl oder übel an den falschen Ecken angefangen zu sparen und es wäre dringend an der Zeit, sich von den fertig Patties zu distanzieren und an vollen Abenden eine Servicekraft mehr einzusetzen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich jemals wieder diese Lokalität betreten werde, da mein letzter Besuch doch mehr einer starken Enttäuschung galt, als einem schönen Abendessen mit meinem Team."

Leider lässt das Germars inzwischen Bewertungen löschen, darum sind Bewertungen unter 4 Sternen in Google kaum mehr im Ranking enthalten, der mögliche Kunde wird hier also aus unserer Sicht getäuscht. Hier unsere Kritik erneut: Wir haben als eine Gruppe, die über viele Jahre regelmäßig zum Germars gekommen ist, den Verfall der Qualität deutlich mitbekommen - zum Ende unserer Besuche hin (knapp nach Corona) waren die Burger allenfalls noch im Durchschnitt, die Patties sind geschmacklich langweilig und wirken wie zu fein gewolfte Tiefkühlpatties, die Zusammenstellung ist lieblos, Brot und Soucen sind relativ belanglos. Die Burger waren natürlich genießbar, aber von "Best Burger" weit entfernt. Der Kidsburger allerdings ließ sich für uns qualitativ fast nicht vom Niveau der zwei bekanntesten Fastfoodketten unterscheiden. Der Service hingegen war absolute Spitze. Die Tatsache, dass Bewertungen gelöscht werden und auch nicht mehr vom gleichen Account neu erstellt werden können, wirft außerdem nicht nur ein schlechtes Licht auf das Restaurant, sondern auch auf die bekannteste Suchmaschine der Welt.
