The quality and price of the dishes are unbeatable. I've rarely eaten so cheaply. The only downside: it's very crowded. But that speaks volumes for the place.

Today we were in Tiefenbach in der Krone for the first time. Service very very friendly. Food was really great. Ambience, where we sat in the back room, very comfortable and quiet. So the food was plenty and good. The staff was nice, friendly and attentive. Further visits were planned. Were there again at Christmas time and we all agreed: good, cozy, nice staff and cheap, So today on March 25th, 2023 we were here again and it was very good, cozy and very entertaining. Thank you We were there as a group on December 8th, 2023...everything was perfect...and we are already looking forward to December 20th. we are there again with others.....so can only be recommended.....

An old restaurant with delicious food and large portions.

A highlight from the past. Every first Saturday of the month there is kettle meat (well meat) with cabbage. It tastes like grandma's and brings back memories. Reservation required!

Luckily there are still such quaint restaurants where the food is great and cheap! But be careful!: You should reserve in advance. It's very well attended!

According to Google, the restaurant was open from 11:30 a.m. on February 17, 2024. Unfortunately the restaurant won't open again until March. No information about this on the homepage or on maps!

I've been trying to call to make a reservation for the second week. No matter when and how often I call, no one answers the phone! What is going on here? Coming from further away and don't want to go there at random. A pity! Addendum: My email was replied to and informed that the Krone was closed until March 20, 2024. It would be nice if this were somehow visible (AB with a corresponding announcement or on the website, ...)

Really nice restaurant in the village, 70s style, old piano, photos, rustically furnished. Audience well mixed Regulars' table with hunters, young families with children and grandparents, older couples, people picking up food, bachelors... as colorful as life, in a good mood and communicative. Great selection thanks to the original North Baden tavern cuisine, something that is rare these days! Fresh, great taste and quality at pleasant prices. The kitchen team has everything on offer, steak between rare and medium desired... simsalabim, served exactly that way! There are even different variations of veal, changing daily specials and rustic cold cuisine and snacks. Alla hop, reserve quickly, this retro dream is already spreading far away...

Very good German cuisine. Price/performance 1A. Quality of the meat is also excellent. The portions will satisfy everyone. A little tight inside, but you get used to it.

Very good German bourgeois cuisine with very good value for money. Here we still cook in a way that is not often found in our homeland. Recommended at any time but only with reservation.

Excellent food. Absolute enthusiasm for the meat quality and value for money. Very nice service. No wonder the locals rave about it. Sat on the street. It was okay. The yard looks much more inviting. Nevertheless, we were happy to get a table late in the evening.

Wir waren da gestern mal wieder Essen nach einer Radtour und ich muss sagen, superklasse wie immer. Die Preise sind wirklich günstig und die Qualität des Essens ist sehr gut. Mein Mann hatte das Tagesessen: Burgunderbraten mit Nudeln, das Rindfleisch war superzart und lecker, genauso wie die Soße. Ich hatte ein Rahmschnitzel mit Spätzlen, auch sehr viel und sehr lecker. Immer wieder gerne.
