The delivery arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes, even though 45 minutes had been agreed upon. Furthermore, the delivery was incorrect. The food arrived cold. After complaining by phone, I was told they were busy and that I should be glad I got something to eat. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to clarify the problem objectively. This was definitely the last order I'd order there. Terrible service. Very poor.

Pure disappointment. At first, everything went perfectly and as it should. We selected our pizza (it went smoothly), then went to the shopping cart and paid. We waited patiently on the benches, and just before the pizza was about to be dispensed, everything went out. The vending machine's screen went black, the lights went out, and the drinks machine also lost all light and activity. We were completely confused and hungry, but there was nothing we could do. We searched in vain for numbers and buttons to press, but the search remained hopeless. We never saw the pizza and therefore cannot rate it. We had to give up on our pizza and didn't get our €6 back.
