The food is very tasty - everything is fresh and with soul. The staff is incredibly friendly, as if you came to visit good friends, and not to an establishment😌🥰 The atmosphere is cozy and warm, you just don't want to leave. From now on, my favorite place in Munich!!!🙈

I’ve been coming here with my friends many times, and it’s always a wonderful experience. The food is absolutely delicious, and I especially recommend trying the khinkali — they are outstanding! The staff is very charismatic, welcoming, and they also have a great sense of humor, which makes every visit even more enjoyable. Every time we come, it feels warm, fun, and full of amazing flavors. Definitely a place I always recommend to others!

I always order something new here to try out different dishes – and it always tastes great. I find it particularly useful that the menu includes pictures.

The food is good, but overpriced. Ajarian hachapuri for 21 euro? Seriously?! It's usual price in Tbilisi or Kyiv is always 3-5 Euro.

Can only pay with „EC“ card — it‘s 2025 and unfortunately in this restaurant they don‘t accept Visa/any credit cards, very shady business and the food was also very dry — confused by the ratings. We ended up having to pay by Paypal and paid the Paypal fee.

Everything was perfect as it always is. The service and recommendations were super nice. You should at least give the Khachapuri (Acharuli) a chance once.

We visited IVERIA yesterday (for the umpteenth time) and were as always more than satisfied, the service staff (all without exception) are top notch, a special big thank you to the kitchen - everything was prepared exceptionally. Be careful, you'll be discriminated against here because of your appearance! And the food is pretty mediocre. I wanted to eat delicious Georgian food in Munich. Instead, it felt like I'd landed somewhere in Russia. The waitress repeatedly addressed me in Russian without asking, even though I was communicating clearly in German. Just because I look Eastern European doesn't mean I speak or understand Russian. I really wouldn't have expected such behavior from a Greek restaurant, given the historical tensions between Greece and Russia. Simply disappointing.

First of all – the photos are from the restaurant's website and are exactly the same in real life. You should definitely make a reservation here, and it's definitely worth it. This relatively small restaurant has an almost family-like atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Here, we experienced perhaps the best Georgian cuisine. For starters, we had Sulguni, followed by Adjaruli (sensational), the filling super juicy and perfectly seasoned. Then came Chanakhi (super-soft lamb with vegetables). To finish, we had Khinkali, which was a dream. There were two of us and we definitely ate too much, but it tasted soooo good. Bring a big appetite. An absolute must-visit when you're in Munich. See you next time.

The food was standard. Nothing extraordinary. The waiters only speak Russian, and the customers are mostly Russian-speaking. The tables are very close together, so you can overhear other people's conversations. I found the waiters intrusive and stressful. We were still eating and they kept wanting to clear our plates. Payment is only possible with debit cards. No other cards are accepted.

We were only in Munich for a few days and had dinner here twice. If you plan to visit, book a table in advance. The first time we didn't know about the need for a reservation, but we were lucky and we were allocated a table for an hour and a half. The service is excellent, they welcomed us as guests in their home, quickly brought food and drinks, and kept asking if there was enough. Everything we ordered was very tasty, we haven't had such tender kebabs in a long time. This place will definitely be the next reason to visit Munich

The food at Iveria is good but the overall review is penalised by the service and the ambience which I didn’t find really pleasant. Our waiter was a bit harsh at first, making us feel pretty unease in the process of ordering food. He then became more enjoyable in the course of the evening and we got to understand it’s a matter of personality and different culture - still the experience was not nice. The place was very crowded and noisy. But the food is yummy, we especially liked the kachapuri and Kinkhali. The wine list is also very nice, not extensive but with a good choice of Georgian wine (our was very good!). There’s surely potential for improvement, and I would recommend the food, but not the overall experience.

One of the best Georgian restaurants I've ever been to. Always a warm, friendly atmosphere, fast and quality service. And of course, the most delicious food - khachapuri, khinkali and shashlik! I recommend booking a table in advance, there are few seats, but there are always a lot of people who want to go!

We were seated near the entrance, even though many other tables were available. The seating was very uncomfortable—right in the middle of a draft and with constant foot traffic. This significantly spoiled the dining experience. The dish (lamb with vegetables) was okay, but completely overpriced considering the portion size and quality. Overall, unfortunately, it wasn't a visit we would repeat.

Visit it today with my family this place for the first time. Ordered shashlik with chicken, lumb and pork. And also hinkali. All tasted very very good. Great service. And at the end we've got shots of Cha-cha as a gift. Highly recommend!

If I could give zero I would have , we walked in rain for 30 minutes to eat there and they said they don’t accept any card but German cards or cash , couldn’t eat there , got uber paid another 20 euros and went to another place to eat. Super disappointed on such limitation in this century.

Unfortunately, the meat was a bit overcooked, but the food still tasted good. Cons: The soup, starter, and main course were brought to the table within 10 minutes. The wine tasted good.

We came to the restaurant without a reservation and were warmly welcomed. A friendly young lady quickly found a free table for us. The food was simply great – the shish kebab in particular was a real highlight. So tender and juicy that I can't forget the taste to this day. A wonderful experience with excellent service and delicious cuisine. We'd love to come back!

The food was really good! Each dish had its own special mix of spices, and all of them tasted amazing. The atmosphere was nice too, with lots of cultural paintings and decorative items. Just a quick tip: they only take cash or EC card, so make sure to bring one of those with you.

Unfathomably poor experience. I was with a large group for a birthday celebration. The waiter had no interest in being there and didn’t bother to ask if we wanted drinks or desserts. When we asked for drinks, it seemed like we were bothering the man. The food was something I could have done better at home. Worst for me was when we split the bill, I specifically requested that I get change for my share. The waiter walked away saying “Schönen Abend”, as if to get us to leave—I had to follow him to the till and demand my change, and I certainly left no tip at all. I only stayed out of politeness to the people in my group. Otherwise I would have left before the food arrived. Awful service and non-existent “experience”. Do not listen to reviewers writing about the “charm” or “ambience”. There is none to be found.

I love this restaurant and visit often. I especially recommend the kharcho soup and all types of khachapuri.

Yesterday I visited this restaurant with my husband and little son. The atmosphere is excellent: pleasant, smiling waiters, beautiful decor, Georgian music. The portions are large - that's a plus. The waiter also offered farm suluguni with their signature bread: it was very tasty. My husband liked the pork shish kebab with potatoes and salad. I ordered trout with rice, salad and pomegranate sauce. The fish and salad were delicious, but the rice was terrible: it tasted raw. I was also disappointed that the stroller could not be left in the hall (possibly due to the lack of space). So, if you have to put your baby to bed, be prepared to hold him in your arms or leave the restaurant. In general, I would recommend this restaurant, but it’s better not to order dishes with rice. (or ask to remove rice from the dish)

Delicious Georgian with authentic food and great hospitality. Colorful audience with many guests from the former Soviet Union. Every birthday guest is celebrated with dimmed lights, table fireworks, music and clapping in the restaurant. An extraterritorial place in the best sense of the word.

My husband and I drove for half an hour to this restaurant because we wanted to taste Kartvelian cuisine. Yes, we came without a table reservation because we had no idea how long the visit to the museum would take before lunch. When we got to the facility, the attitude of the staff was too harsh towards us. We communicated in German, because my level is sufficient for ordering food in a restaurant, and my husband does not speak Ukrainian or Russian. There were other miracles when ordering. We wanted to get a diet coke but were told it was out of stock. Ok. I mentioned that Kartvel lemonades are very famous and considered delicious. But they also ended. I understand that an item may not be available at this time, but you know exactly what is not available, and it's okay to offer your guests an alternative. I also work in a restaurant and always try to help guests in similar situations, instead of giving them a "Guess what drinks we have left" quiz. I understand Ukrainian and Russian, so I heard and saw how they talked with guests at other tables. They talked with Russian speakers, joked, and asked their opinion about food. They never approached us. It's good that at least empty plates were taken away. Silently. At the next table sat a guy of Asian appearance who spoke in English. I noticed that he was also not very gently spoken to. Due to such service, I got the impression that this is a simple dining room with a Kartvelian bent. The food was delicious. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the service as highly. The people of Kartvel are known for their hospitality, but they forgot about it in this establishment. I can advise you to take out food, because it is unpleasant to endure such an attitude
