Geniessbar in Fürstenwalde/Spree

On the first day, I picked up a sandwich 🥪 including fries 🍟, everything was great. On the second day, there were no fries, and neither were the other items listed on the board. The explanation was that the delivery person hadn't arrived yet... OK, I can understand all that, but since the fries weren't homemade anyway, just go to the grocery store next door (it's 2 meters away, so it's actually in the same building as your store) and get fries there and throw them in the fryer!! Then you want to pay, and you don't have any change, so as a customer, I had to go to the next store and exchange money. Honestly, that's not possible. Then the salesperson has to go to the store themselves and exchange the money, not tell the customer to go and change some money. Card payments aren't accepted either, and this is in 2023 👎 The price for the food was really great, and I thought it tasted good, too. Don't be fooled by the pictures, it was really tasty. Unfortunately the sandwiches were a bit crumpled but that wasn't a problem as they were a takeaway.

We discovered it by chance today and were absolutely thrilled. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and outstanding food. We highly recommend it. Many thanks to the team; we really enjoyed ourselves. All the best, and we'll definitely be back.
