What are the correct opening hours? I was there today at 3:30 p.m., according to the notice, it should be open, but everything was closed... :(

We liked it very much. Good food, especially the smaller snacks like nachos or the steak roll. Plus Irish draft beer and a matching ambience. The Whiskey of the Week is also a good idea 💡.

Great Irish pub in a historic building. Good selection of whiskeys. Good draft Guinness. Very tasty chili con carne. Even if that's neither local nor Irish.

It's really great here. When the old woman at home is stressing me out again because I'm sitting on the couch in my undershirt and underwear with a beer in my hand watching the Bundesliga game, I like to get away and go drinking here with Uwe, Manfred, Günther, and Ronny. I like it on the weekends, but I also like to go during the week, even though I have to be at work the next day.

Nice little pub with inside and outside areas. It's really authentic. Unfortunately the music selection wasn't the best, but it was okay. I tried fish and chips... Well the fries were absolutely amazing. Definitely worth a visit.

Had a drink with my girlfriend last night... very cozy, rustic atmosphere. Our waitress was super nice and also responded to our special requests. There are even movie nights. So we will definitely come back soon.

We celebrated our 30th class reunion here. It was great! Very cozy atmosphere, delicious food at moderate prices. Really great service that always kept us in a good mood. When opening time was over, we weren't simply swept out of the restaurant, quite the opposite. Thank you again for this! It was really fun celebrating with you! A jacket that I left lying in the pub in my exuberant exuberance was brought to the hotel the next day. Here too I would like to say “thank you” again.

Gemütlich, urig und echt. Spontan besuchten wir das Pub. Satt und glücklich verließen wir es wieder. Gutes Essen, freundliche Bedienung und eine unkomplizierte Atmosphäre rundeten den Abend ab. Dringender Wiederholungsbedarf.

Ich bin während meiner Woche in Weißenfels drei mal da gewesen! Wenn es gut ist kommt man halt wieder! Das Essen ist immer einwandfrei gewesen und das Guinness reichlich vorhanden. Wer mit mehr Personen als nur zu zweit kommt täte gut daran zu reservieren.

The Battlefield in Weißenfels stands for expertise in whiskey like no other location. This is closely linked to the owner of the pub, Uwe Brückner. A whiskey tasting on February 23, 2024 impressively confirmed this competence. With detailed knowledge, many nice episodes on the subject of whiskey, impressions of his travels to Scotland and explanations of the sensory properties of different types of whiskey, he literally made the cult drink tasty for us. Cheers!

Unfortunately, service has decreased somewhat, you now wait half an hour to an hour to get something to drink. It's probably because the controls are new. Nice little pub! The atmosphere seems quite quaint and cozy. Unfortunately the waiting time was a bit long. Probably because the friendly service was quite new. Nevertheless, the food we had was delicious and the beer went well.

Pub mit gutem Service und authentischen Ambiente. Essen lecker. Es gibt auch viele kleinere Gerichte die gut zu Guinness, Kilkenny oder Cider vom Faß passen. "Whisky of the Week" ist eine schöne Idee 👍 Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draußen. Wir kommen wieder.

Schlicht und einfach: 5 Sterne Tolle Location, tolles Essen, ein himmlisches Angebot an Whisky und dann das super Team! Danke an Andreas für deinen super Service. Wenn wir nicht so weit weg wohnen würden, wären wir jetzt Stammgäste!

Ein Schmuckstück und ein tolles Team Am Wochenende war ich zu einer Geburtstagsfeier in Weißenfels, die glücklicherweise im Geleitshaus Battlefield stattfand. Wunderbare Location, super Bedienung und der Chef stand selber am Grill. Unvergesslich.

Schönes Ambiente und immer sehr gutes Bier/Essen. Am besten ist aber die große Auswahl an Whisky-sorten!

Wie immer hervorragend. Gutes Essen, guter Service, gute Getränke.....

Uriges Pub, gemütliches Ambiente, freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen, tolle Getränkeauswahl - nicht nur für Whiskyliebhaber. Aber Whiskyliebhaber kommen definitiv auf ihre Kosten!! Wir gehen immer wieder gern hin!!

Das Geleitshaus bietet für alle Sinne etwas. Während wir (kurz) auf unser Essen warteten, waren wir damit beschäftigt, die tolle Dekoration anzuschauen. Der junge Mann, der uns bediente war wirklich sehr nett und aufmerksam. Auch die Musik ist von der Lautstärke her sehr angepasst, so dass wir uns in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten konnten. Die Gäste wirkten alle sehr entspannt. Wir haben uns auch sehr gefreut, dass sich Uwe (der Besitzer) die Zeit nahm und sich mit seiner sehr netten Begleitung zu uns an den Tisch setzte, um uns ein wenig von Weißenfels zu erzählen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Gemütlich. Immer wieder einen Besuch wert... Bester Pub in der Umgebung. Die Starter - für jeden was dabei. Lädt zum verweilen ein.

Wie immer ein Highlight... Gemütlich und tolle Atmosphäre... Man denkt man ist wirklich in Irland... Immer wieder gerne 😃
