Delicious food, friendly staff. What more could you want?

Unfortunately, the food was too fatty and the meat was cooked too long (dry)

A very nice restaurant with delicious food. This has now become one of my favorite restaurants.

The service was excellent, but the food was unfortunately mediocre. Others described the meat as dry, the plaice from the deep fryer was generally good but tasted significantly better pan-fried, the broccoli was very firm, and the fried potatoes were excellent.

We were here on a city tour, but unfortunately, the hospitality is not to be recommended. We didn't even get to eat. The waitresses were very snippy. When we asked for the drinks menu, she brought us two, but only put one on the table and left. The surrounding tables were also spoken to strangely. Unfortunately, only a small excerpt from the menu was offered. Prices were rather high, with the spiced meat being €7.00. Ultimately, we left.

German cuisine, very old-fashioned, lots of sloppy hollandaise from a tetra pack, fried potatoes just greasy and mushy, broccoli just steamed, no salt or butter, not for me.

Very tasty food and very cool service. Next time we're in Prenzlau, we know where to find a good place to eat.

They're open until 10 p.m. We spontaneously wanted to grab something to eat at 7:30, but the kitchen was already closing. They were supposed to call outside. It wasn't a very friendly thing to say. We left right away.

Today we visited the Zum Schwan restaurant with three people. The staff is very friendly. We were served quickly. The food was freshly prepared and tasted very tasty. We can only recommend the restaurant.

A week ago we were at the Schwan restaurant around 4 p.m. There was a so-called small menu with a few dishes. However, I had picked something that was on the dinner menu, so I picked something else. Shortly afterwards the waitress, a very friendly young woman, came back and said I could have the other meal. The chef makes an exception. It was really great and tasted good too. Our dog got water and treats. We were satisfied and will come back if the path takes us in this direction again.

We were there on 25032025. Although it was very full inside, we were served friendly and quickly. Price/performance very good. Can only be recommended. 👍👍👍

On the way back from our short vacation on Rügen, we got off the motorway and went to the Schwan restaurant. Everything we ordered was tasty. The menu is extensive. Price-performance ratio is completely okay. There is a good parking lot (free of charge) right near the restaurant. When we are in the area again we will eat at this restaurant again.

we just wanted to have a quick meal! There is a reserved sign on every table! Yes, we don't have a reservation! Statement from the lady there! No, you can't eat here without a reservation!!!! HHHÄÄÄ, they didn't check when the tables were allocated or anything like that! We had the nerve to ask if there was anything to reserve tomorrow! No!!! Everything fully booked! Ok, without looking at the books or anything like that…. Respect! There is no free space all day!!!! Without words, service…. Take a look at the dictionary, maybe some light will dawn on you!!! Swan 🦢….. never again in my life Thank you for the reaction!!! 85% of the tables were unoccupied! In addition, it is not clear in which time slot reservations are implemented, 60 minutes, 75 minutes, 90 minutes! Even for this Sunday, it is more than unbelievable that tables are fully booked! Everything is ok, you have to react here, You stand in front of your team! Swan 🦢 Eating out , No thanks! If we are not wanted as guests, there are and were alternatives

Very nice waitress, she even spoke Polish to us. She offered us a meal that wasn't on the menu - it tasted very good and came quickly.

Friendly welcome and good food. We discovered this attractive restaurant on our way through. We were warmly welcomed and, after a short wait, we were offered a free table. Unfortunately, after ordering we had to wait a little longer for the food, but when it finally came it was really very good. Thank you for the hospitality!

Seating in the restaurant is by reservation only. Outside you can eat in a swarm of wasps. Pike perch fillet frozen. Were not well cooked, cold inside. Broccoli served cold. The food is not worth the money. Maybe this restaurant used to be good, but it certainly isn't anymore.

Supper selection with very tasty food. The service was very friendly and organized, everything was clean and there are even senior plates for grandparents, for example.

The food was very good and the price/performance ratio is really unbeatable. It is correspondingly well attended. Seasoned rump steak Soljanka schnitzel with egg...all very good.

Very friendly conditions, but unfortunately the food was totally uncreative. The vegetables and the cordon bleu tasted like frozen food. I expect from a restaurant that it tastes at least a little homemade and that a little love is put into it. There were no vegan dishes at all and only two vegetarian ones, not really contemporary.

Super fast, uncomplicated operation. We didn't make a reservation, but our order was already taken. (a table wasn't free yet!) That was service. The food came quickly and was so delicious!!! Kudos to the waitress and chef. The prices and great selection are first class. We come from Lusatia, we haven't found that there yet!

People who love German cuisine have come to the right place. We were here for the second time and are very satisfied. The service is very polite and on the ball, the food comes on time and tastes great. Not too much and not too little on the plate. It's also very nice that the sauce is next to the schnitzel and not on top of it, so that the breading tastes like cardboard. The ambience is a bit more rustic, but cozy. Gladly again ;)

There is good German home cooking here. The prices are outstanding for today's times and the portion sizes are reasonable. You really don't find that often. If you want to be on the safe side, you should make a reservation early, as it can sometimes be difficult to get a spot.

A surprise and two times good craftsmanship. Also very good service. You really surprised us with the pike soup. It was exceptional in terms of taste and consistency. And exceptionally well. The main courses were solid cooking. And the service is quick, unobtrusive, exactly as it should be.
