Gaststätte "Zum Langen Arm" in Jena

This is the fourth time I've ordered food that was missing Coke. Very often, the orders are delivered cold, so the food itself is of very average quality. I was a regular customer and used to order something almost every week, but I don't do that anymore.

Friendly staff. Delicious and filling food at reasonable prices. Open early in the morning, a great place for breakfast. Of course, more suited to meat eaters.

Unfortunately, the burgers and fish patties were very oily and the fries were not crispy.

How can you take reservations and then have them closed??? Never again.
