Gaststätte Zeitzer Bogen in Weißenfels

We hosted a family celebration with over 80 guests at the Zeitzer Bogen. Everything was perfectly organized, and the food was top-notch.

Great home cooking and very nice and committed operators. Keep it up!

Yesterday, six of us spontaneously went out to eat. We were surprised by the huge portions that were incredibly delicious. The service was great, friendly, and even joking around. All in all, we had a fantastic spontaneous dinner. The prices were right, too. This won't be the last time we're there. They even offer catering for parties. It's definitely worth a visit!

The family gathered here for a birthday. The restaurant was opened especially for this occasion, by prior arrangement, and they also conjured up a special pork knuckle upon request. The classic version with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes was a dream. It was tender as butter and of a size that was truly impressive. The selection of schnitzels, from beef roulade to boiled beef, also offers a good selection for vegetarians. Any changes to side dishes? No problem at all. Almost all of us had special requests. In addition to the truly excellent food, the service was truly delightful. Friendly, welcoming, and on the ball. A fantastic and idyllic outdoor area with ample seating invites you to linger. 5 stars for a thoroughly enjoyable evening.

The food is delicious, plentiful, and served quickly. Excellent value for money. The selection of food and drinks is quite decent for a garden restaurant. Many dishes are homemade and freshly prepared. A small appetizer is included. Highly recommended. We will be back.

The garden pub was absolutely fantastic again! My grandma invites us there for her birthday every year, and the food was fantastic again. Besides a little special from the kitchen, the portions were huge – even the biggest eaters will be stuffed. And all this at an unbeatable price! The only downside is the lack of card payments.

We just celebrated my 50th birthday and my father's 70th birthday there and were thrilled. Everything was clean, the service was first-class and friendly, and the food was absolutely fantastic. A million thanks to the chef and the waiters. Highly recommended. We'll be back.

We were on vacation and attending a wedding. We then had lunch here. The restaurant is located in a garden. You can park on the street in front and it's a nice walk, about 800m. Beautiful gardens along the restaurant We would be warmly welcomed. Fast good service The food was very good, warm and plentiful And thank you again for making it possible for the bride and groom to have lunch with you. Despite being closed, you are open. I had the pleasure of hosting an event at these venues on January 11, 2025. Very nice team. The atmosphere was just what you'd expect from a former allotment association. We celebrated a family celebration at the Zeitzer Bogen today (lunch, coffee, and cake) and were delighted with the excellent service and delicious food. The small hall was beautifully set up and lovingly decorated for us. We've always been very satisfied with our previous visits, too. Many thanks to the team at the Zeitzer Bogen! Highly recommended! Great service and food was great

On September 20th, 2024 we booked the hall in the Zeitzer Bogen restaurant. We had the impression beforehand that everything was being done very professionally. The advice was very good. On the day of the celebration everything was already prepared and we added a little decoration.  We hardly took any time to prepare for the meal. The meal was at the agreed time ready so the evening could begin. We had booked a menu so everyone could find something. The young woman in service was very professional. You never had the feeling that one of us didn't have anything to drink. Even though she was doing her job at the counter while she was being served. So we and our guests were able to spend a wonderful time together. Should it happen again that we would like to host a larger celebration, we would always do so at the Zeitzer Bogen garden restaurant. The price/performance ratio was great.

This was our second time in the restaurant and we were very satisfied with the food and service. Everyone is very friendly, I can only recommend it and it won't be the last time. Keep it up. 👍😋

We were there on Sunday for a family celebration at lunchtime and were very satisfied. The service was very friendly and quick. Before the meal there was a delicious spread with baguette as a greeting from the kitchen. The range of food was very good. There was something for every taste. The dishes were super tasty and appetizingly presented on the plate and tasted excellent. The vegetable side dishes with the Tafelspitz were cooked extremely well. The meat was wonderfully tender and the horseradish sauce was very tasty. The burgers with the fries in the basket were also very tasty and pleasing to the eye. Schnitzel with mushrooms and schnitzel with Letscho and the robber pan were also a delight. All in all, we will definitely visit the restaurant again at the next family celebration with its delicious food and friendly service and will simply be the destination to eat without any major reason. Thank you for everything

This is the second or third time I've been here. It's always nice, the food is delicious and the service is always friendly. I recommend everyone to eat here, you won't be disappointed.

Best food for a small dollar. Given the quality and size of the portions, Zeitzer Bogen is my first stop when it comes to good food. The service was warm and very accommodating. We definitely enjoy coming back again and again.

Real catastrophe.. was with family a few days ago.. bad food, condition tragedy.. the kitchen aunt doesn't have her behavior under control.. no idea where these positive reviews come from...grandchildren and his friends? Plus a whole bunch of naughty teenagers who don't know how men should behave - my opinion from any relatives... Never again!

I was invited there with my family for the start of school. When I went to get my first beer there was no sparkling water so I went to the landlady and asked her if she could make me a new one. Nothing had changed with the second new one. SHE said I was the one First, but there were more people in our group who said the same thing. So I went back to her and asked if we might have to turn the CO2 up or down a little... She screamed at me over the counter and in the dining room, unbelievable!!!! I am then went over to the wheat beer that was expired!!! Nobody sees us anymore, the madness...

We got married on June 1st, 2024 and had dinner from Have Zeitzer bows delivered. Our guests were very enthusiastic, everyone said it was super tasty, there was hardly any left over and that says it all. Keep up the good work, highly recommended

Yesterday for Mother's Day I had dinner at Zeitzer Bogen with my family of 6 people. I found it very nice in all areas, The food was very good, especially good German home cooking. The roulades and the schnitzel were simply great, everything was hot and very tasty and, above all, there were no long waiting times and the restaurant was very well attended. The service was also great, you don't have to wait long for the drinks and the guests are looked after very well. The outside terrace is also very nice but unfortunately it was completely full yesterday, a shame!!!! I would definitely come back and see it 100%. I can only highly recommend the Zeitzer Bogen garden restaurant, definitely worth a visit in all areas!!!!! Die besten Schnitzel in ganz Weißenfels. Zumindest für mich. Es ist frisch, mit viel Liebe zubereitet und zudem noch mega mega lecker. Kann ich nir empfehlen. Also auch nicht nur die Schnitzel alle Speisen sowie der Service ist einfach nur toll. Also mehr als ein Besuch wert. Macht weiter so.
