Gaststätte Wildpark in Villingen-Schwenningen

So far I've only been to the restaurant during ArtNight. The service is excellent and there are always nice conversations. The food is delicious, requests are catered for - you feel comfortable. The only point of criticism is the entrance area - at first glance a bit disorganized and a hint of storage space.

What can I say, just great!!! The play area for the children and the lovely, attentive staff are simply great! In my opinion, the price for the children's plate is just a bit too expensive because the portion isn't that big. As a small suggestion, but still super tasty!! We would love to come back and will definitely be recommended to all families with children 🤗 There is also a changing facility for children in the toilet downstairs, a stool in front of the sink, just great and clean, just like the hygiene items for women are simply not a given but left a lasting impression..!

Very nice restaurant with seasonal specialties. The interior is very attractive. The place is clean and there are plenty of seats. The food selection is very meat-heavy, but there are also vegetarian dishes. Did dessert menu is very good, with many different options. The food comes after a reasonable time. The service is very nice and friendly, the landlady is very accommodating. Unfortunately no card payment is possible, but Paypal or instant transfer is possible.

I just had a meal here for the first time with my wife 😊 we both had Schlachtplatte 👌🏻 it was very tasty and plentiful. All the other dishes we saw looked very tasty and plentiful...Prices are ok too 👌🏻...staff very much friendly, but you should reserve in advance and card payment is not possible, poor internet...all in all, if you like German cuisine (rare these days) you are in good hands here...recommended 👍🏻 we'll definitely be back 😋✌🏻✌🏻👋🏻👋🏻

The internet said it was always open on site then the kitchen was closed. It's very difficult to find the restaurant if you're a stranger.

The food was very tasty and at absolutely fair prices. You can order all sorts of classic German dishes here. The service was top. Unfortunately, the restaurant is a bit difficult to find as it is located on the edge of the forest. However, there are enough parking spaces.

I just ate the most delicious German food in years. The portion of knuckles were huge, we still had leftovers and took them home. The service was very friendly and all with a view of the forest.

We were there for the sausage salad buffet, which always takes place on the first Thursday of the month. As often as you want for €17 or fill your plate once for €10.90. The buffet was fresh and was always refilled quickly. Friendly and attentive service at the start. The dining room is spacious and there is plenty of space. No card payment possible, but a backup solution is possible with PayPal. Top.

Very nice German pub with good food. Nice place that looks a little old-fashioned. The waiter is friendly. Big plates ! Just the place is smokers friendly.... if you don't smoke, there is a non-smoking room, or like me stay close to an open window I am happy to eat there

The waitresses were condescending, one of them always tapped her leg as if she wasn't wanted, couldn't tolerate the food, I vomited all night long, no thanks, we won't go there anymore!

Such an authentic decor and fantastic food and service

We've been there twice now and it's always nice there. We had a dog with us, and he was even allowed in, which is not a given at every restaurant. From reception to payment, everything was great. You would receive a friendly welcome and even the waitress was always in a good mood. Now at Christmas time, when it is more stressful, we were extremely satisfied.

Wonderful Bavarian restaurant The menu offers exactly what you would expect, traditional Bavarian cuisine, very tasty and the menu is large enough that there should be something for everyone. The service was very friendly and helpful. The ambience is particularly impressive: it exudes a Bavarian business atmosphere, but at the same time is very bright, open and colorful. Everything is very inviting, you just feel comfortable eating. Plus point, the restaurant is located right next to the forest, but still not far from civilization. Very nice evening, looking forward to my next visit.

An absolutely fantastic meal! There's no other way to say it. It was just great, especially the meat was so incredibly tender and simply cooked perfectly. The staff was also very friendly and happy to fulfill any special requests. Unconditional recommendation and a must for every lover of Bavarian cuisine!

Wir haben Schlachtplatte gegessen. Besser geht es geschmacklich nicht. Service super. Ambiente mal was anderes sehr schön und gemütlich. Gaststätte hochgradig zu empfehlen.

Wir waren schon oft hier und immer begeistern von dem Wirtshaus, dem Essen und allem drumrum. Also haben wir entschieden unsere Hochzeit dort gefeiert und waren mehr als begeistert. Das Ambiente war genau so gemütlich wie wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. Nicht nur das all unsere Wünsche erfüllt wurden, es wurden sogar Tipps gegeben wie unsere Feier noch schöner, besser und abwechslungsreicher gestaltet werden konnte. Wir konnten hier den reichhaltigen Erfahrungsschatz der Inhaberin voll ausschöpfen und hatten während der Vorbereitungen stets einen schönen und wertschätzenden Kontakt. Am Tag vor der Feier und am Tag der Feier ist alles perfekt gelaufen. Von der Anlieferung der Fotobox unseres Dienstleisters, Aufbau des Equipments unseres DJs bis zur Lieferung der Torte wurde alles perfekt von der Location organisiert. Der Service war von aussnahmslos dem gesamten Personal einfach perfekt. Den ganzen Abend über waren alle vor und hinter der Theke gut gelaunt, nett, zuvorkommend und proaktiv was die Ausgabe am Büffet oder die Getränke betroffen hat. Dieser Eindruck hat sich dann durch den ganzen Abend bis in den frühen Morgen durchgezogen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das Essen war die gewohnt durch alle Gänge erste Sahne was Qualität und Menge angeht. Man hat sich während der gesamten Planung, Durchführung und der Abrechnung am Ende immer Wertgeschätz und auch ein bissl als Teil der Wildpark Familie gefühlt. Man hat unseren Tag wirklich veredelt und unvergesslich gemacht und wir/ich kann nur empfehlen die Location für derartige Feiern zu nutzen oder einfach mal gemütlich hier zu sitzen, das gemütliche Flair, das leckere Essen und eines der wirklich leckeren Biere zu probieren.

Abseits der Straßen am Waldesrand gelegen. Es gibt sehr viel Raum im Inneren und an Außenplätzen. Die Speisen sind überwiegend süddeutsch lecker.
