Gaststätte und Pension Zur Erholung in Köthen (Anhalt)

We would love to say it was a great Sunday experience because we really like brunch. Apart from the fact that we found the time from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. very tight, it's not possible that at 11:30 a.m. there wasn't even a buffet available or opened. We sat at the table we had ordered for 30 minutes and had to wait for a waitress to order drinks and for a buffet. Sorry, we left the restaurant still hungry, because even a good buffet couldn't have achieved more. If brunch is to really become established at this price, then something absolutely has to change!

A good garden restaurant that's also open to the public. On Sundays, they serve delicious coffee and cake. Parties can also be organized here.

The service is good, and the staff is always friendly. What I don't like is that the vegetables are canned, the schnitzel is frozen and only goes into the fryer, and the sauces usually taste like they're made with powder. A few more fresh products would be great.

At 2:30 p.m., there's nothing left. Not a single alternative or even a small meal. Perhaps the kitchen was removed at short notice?
