Gaststätte Schützengesellschaft in Göppingen

The worst restaurant I've ever visited. I was served an expired juice. When I pointed this out to the waiter, I was told I still had to pay. When I asked for an exchange, the manager came over and aggressively claimed that the juice wasn't expired, I just didn't like the taste. I was then even taken to the kitchen, where I tasted the juice again and confirmed that it was indeed spoiled. Another manager then started shouting at me loudly and showed me the expiration date. I explained that this date applied to an unopened package, not an opened one, whose storage life and conditions were unknown to me. I was then told to "shut up." When I then declared that I would neither stay nor pay, they threatened me with the police. Only when I asked them to call the police did they realize they would have serious problems if they were to check. Eventually, they agreed to remove the juice from the bill. Absolutely unacceptable service. I've never seen employees yell at and threaten a customer. It's a disgrace; I wouldn't advise anyone to go there.

We were regulars and were very surprised that it was suddenly closed at 2:00 PM. The supposedly new owner was also very unfriendly and said, "It's closed now, but we can finish our drinks," and closed everything. There was no information about the changes online or on the homepage, and there still isn't. Local business is over for us.

Always good. Whether in the beer garden or the restaurant, the service is friendly and on the ball. Highly recommended, what the kitchen conjures up here.

A very nice restaurant on the summit of Hohenstaufen with a terrace offering great views. We've been there several times, and we're back today. The Swabian dishes are all delicious and reasonably priced. And the service is very friendly and accommodating if you have a little extra request. Great!

Schönes Lokal, stylische Einrichtung, sauber. Essen ist sehr sehr lecker aber die Portionen sind überschaubar. Ein normal gewachsener Mann wird definitiv nicht satt.
