Friendly staff... Great drinks... Unfortunately, the service takes a bit too long...

We were regulars and were very surprised that it was suddenly closed at 2:00 PM. The supposedly new owner was also very unfriendly and said, "It's closed now, but we can finish our drinks," and closed everything. There was no information about the changes online or on the homepage, and there still isn't. Local business is over for us.

A traditional inn with excellent food from its own butcher shop, friendly service, a cozy beer garden, and good value for money. Always happy to return.

I cycled up Hohenstaufen on a Thursday. Unfortunately, there were only three dishes to choose from, including lentils with Spätzle and sausages for a whopping €19. I ordered the Thuringian bratwurst with potato salad for just under €11. The portion of potato salad was about two or three tablespoons – a rather meager amount. A cappuccino also cost €4.50. I find all of this quite outrageous. It's a shame; I can't give a good rating, even though the location and the view from Hohenstaufen are fantastic. Next time, I'll just have a drink.

Schönes Lokal, stylische Einrichtung, sauber. Essen ist sehr sehr lecker aber die Portionen sind überschaubar. Ein normal gewachsener Mann wird definitiv nicht satt.
