Marktstraße 30This restaurant in the heart of Backnang is fully recommended. It's very cozy here. The waitresses are very friendly. We were there today and ate an onion roast with fried potatoes. This was the best onion roast I've eaten in my life! The meat was extremely tender and perfectly seared. The sauce was a dream, words can't describe it! Plus the crispy fried potatoes! I personally praised the chef. By the way, you should make a reservation here. :-)
