We stopped in spontaneously on a Wednesday evening. The main course was zander fillet with chanterelle mushrooms on grilled watermelon. Everything was simply excellent, both in terms of quality and preparation! I don't think I've been served a better dish in a long time. The crème brûlée was also perfectly crafted and tasted exquisite. It was striking that the restaurant was busy even in the middle of the week, and some guests were clearly from outside Werlte. Word seems to have spread about the quality of the food. The table service by the staff and the senior manager was pleasant and attentive. Last but not least, the prices were absolutely reasonable considering the high-quality ingredients and excellent preparation. Keep up the good work!

The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the atmosphere cozy. A truly lovely restaurant! We'll be back. Update: Burger Wednesday is also well worth a try! Absolutely delicious burgers, great meat, and tasty homemade croquettes.

We happened by, stopped, and easily got a table outside for Saturday evening. Everything was perfect. I ordered a medium rump steak, and it was pink and tender throughout. One of the best steaks I've ever eaten. We'd love to come back next time we're there.

We went there for asparagus. The food and service were excellent. The buffet selection was varied and exceptional. Highly recommended and always worth a visit.

The ambience was very upscale for a rural restaurant and something different. But the service doesn't match the visual appearance at all. Everything, be it glasses or plates, is passed all over the table and you then have to accept the items as a guest. Although the wait staff has enough space at the tables to serve drinks and food to the right person. This type of operation can be viewed as more than negative. When it comes to food, you can say that the kitchen is good but not big either. We had three different dishes, and there was reason to criticize each one: one time it wasn't really hot, the plates were cold, the breading tasted like fat, and one time the meat was too dry. At a restaurant with this price level and ambience, you can expect that things like this won't happen and that a visit will be remembered fondly.

Absolutely recommended, we have now been to 2 events for a crime dinner and a whiskey tasting, the food is excellent and the staff is friendly.

We were here on Friday, October 4th, without a reservation and were treated like family (we were pleasantly nicknamed in a very natural way despite the two generation age difference)! The young woman who served us was extremely attentive, quick and very personable and authentic. We enjoyed excellent professional cuisine in every respect, which obviously takes personally important special requests as a challenge and serves them to the point! It was just great! The following Saturday, the two of us were still welcome again without a reservation and were served in a family-like manner in the biggest hustle and bustle of the fully occupied house (in which the daughter of our table neighbor was served very touchingly) with excellent food at down-to-earth prices and ate excellently! An absolute recommendation!👍

Great restaurant and dining room! We celebrated a fantastic wedding here with 140 guests and are regular guests to feast in the restaurant in the evening - the “Hahnenkamps Top Cut” steak in particular is extremely good. We can really only recommend the Hahnenkamp restaurant!

We were able to celebrate our wedding in the hall of the Hahnenkamp restaurant in May of this year. In addition to a great location, we were able to highlight two things in particular. The culinary options we were given when choosing the menu could only be surpassed by the result. We, but especially our guests, were thrilled! The biggest plus point, however, is the hospitality of the Hahnenkamp family and the entire team. The mix of personal and professional host qualities leaves nothing to be desired. So we can only thank you again for the huge contribution to our special day and give our warmest recommendation!

We were at the restaurant with 11 people for a girls' evening. Took advantage of the Burger Wednesday offer. There was bread with dip beforehand, super delicious! The food and drinks were totally quick. The non-alcoholic cocktail is highly recommended. The burgers with fries were first class. It was a very cozy evening in a really chic restaurant. Price performance absolutely tiptop!

At Hahnenkamp we were not always disappointed. I am a fan girl of food, ambience and have a big heart for the super nice and friendly service people. The food not only tastes like a bomb, it also speaks a beautiful and modern language. Everyone should urgently come here and let themselves and their taste buds be pampered. We're really looking forward to the next time.

Ich hab ca. 20 mal das Topcut bei Hahnenkamp gegessen, immer gleichbleibende, perfekte Qualität. Der Service ist super freundlich und sehr aufmerksam, verdursten muss hier niemand! Immer wieder einen Besuch wert.

Das Restaurant überzeugt mit der Neuinterpretation von Klassikern. Die Speisekarte ist abwechslungsreich und umfasst auch vegetarische Gerichte, sodass jeder seinen Vorlieben nachgehen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die selbstgemachten Kroketten, die ich so zuvor noch nicht gegessen haben. Das geschmackvolle Ambiente lädt auch zum längeren verweilen ein. Immer wieder gern!

Wir haben nach unserer standesamtlichen Hochzeit im Hahnenkamp gegessen und es war alles genau so wie wir es uns vorgestellt haben. Das Essen war super lecker und alle unsere extra Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Es gab, neben dem normalen Menü, vegane Tellergerichte. Meine Schwestern waren davon sehr begeistert. Ich würde es immer wieder genau so machen. Danke an euer tolles Team. Es war ein unvergesslicher Tag für uns.

Unsere kleine Familienfeier im Restaurant war sehr gelungen. Die Zusammenstellung des Menüs, das Ambiente, der Service und vor Allem das Essen waren sehr gut. Wir empfehlen das Restaurant weiter und kommen gerne wieder.

Die Ochsenbäckchen waren soooo zart.🤗. Die selbstgemachten Kroketten außen kross und innen weich. Es war ein sehr leckeres, schmackhaftes Essen als Buffet zu Hause. 😍
