Whenever I visit a new place for the first time, I order an onion roast, if it's on the menu. I think you can give a pretty good qualitative assessment. I'll keep it short: The spaetzle were definitely not homemade and some were fried until crispy. The "gravy" was greasy and almost tasteless. The fried onions were also purchased. Let's get to the positive points: Service was friendly and the meat quality of the dish was good. I have a few suggestions for improvement: Making spaetzle yourself (it's really not much of an art), the same goes for the sauce and onions! The sauce is the gold of the kitchen! Boil the marrow bones and reduce them again and again. It takes time, but you don't have to stand next to it the whole time. Bottom line: You are in the center of Schramberg. Please make more of it!

Food was ok, we sat in the blazing sun, it wasn't great

The food itself was delicious. There is definitely a star deduction because you cannot pay by card. At least in my opinion, this always needs to be communicated right at the beginning or at least noted somewhere. On the menu there are some dishes with Röstitaler cheese; One of us wanted to have her dish with Röstitaler instead of spaetzle and at first we were told that that wasn't possible. When we then said that the Röstitaler was on the menu anyway and what the problem was, the waitress was completely taken by surprise and disappeared without comment. In the end we got the Röstitaler. All in all, as I said, the food was delicious, but I wouldn't necessarily come here again. The toilets are very clean and look newly renovated.

Even though we arrived shortly before the lunch break, we were warmly welcomed. Just like Christmas, the food was a dream. This time there was schnitzel with Pimmes, tomato soup, medium salad and liver with bread. The food was so tender and fresh that it fell apart in your mouth. Quickly prepared, excellently seasoned. We like to spend our vacation here. Greetings from table 8 (again 🤣) The Germans from Dresden 🥰

Apparently open 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. It was 6 p.m. A man opened the door and closed it again behind him. THAT'S IT. Looked a bit neglected too. Seems like all the air has gone out.

Really lovely freshwater fish and vegetarian spatzle, good local nonalcoholic beer and pleasant service and surroundings.

We were there today at around 3:30 p.m. Since we couldn't read anything outside during opening hours, we went in and asked if we could get anything else, which was kindly answered in the affirmative. The Cordon Bleu and the Wiener-Style Schnitzel were more than delicious and both dishes came with a different side salad that was more than convincing. The restaurant is very clean/well maintained and the price/performance ratio is definitely good. The only thing that bothered me personally is that you are left alone after ordering, but that is a matter of taste and certainly had something to do with the fact that the shop was actually already closed, which also speaks for the place. I can only recommend the restaurant! :)

In general everything was ok. We had a family celebration with over 30 people and were informed that if we stayed longer, we would have to pay a flat rate of €100 per hour. The great thing, however, was that the service continued outside. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS It's a shame about the staff with such management. They were very nice and the food was good. Rustic, home-style cuisine in Schramberg. The cheese spaetzle and the rump steak were delicious. The Ketterer beer also tastes excellent. Friendly service.

The food was tasty, but in my opinion lacked a certain sophistication. The offer is reasonable in terms of price and portion size. The restaurant can be recommended with a clear conscience.

We had the pleasure of dining in the Schreivogel brewery after a civil wedding and were completely thrilled. The food was home-style and extremely tasty, the staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. We would eat here again at any time and would happily recommend Braustube Schreivogel!

Quaint local. Were there on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Completely empty. Waiter was very nice. Dogs welcome. Cordon Bleu was ok. Looked like a finished product. Onion roast was tough and mixed. Spätzle is a finished product again. Children's food also gave the impression that nothing was homemade, as advertised on the homepage. A nice activity was that the children were able to exchange their empty plates for a scoop of ice cream. We thought €75 for four meals and drinks was too much for the quality on offer. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

We had a pre-booked event with 65 people. Buffet was excellent, food was very tasty. Praise to the kitchen. Quality and price very okay. Everything worked fine! Thanks to the team.

Food was at the table (too) quickly. Salad plate with pikeperch crispy pearls was not enough for the price and it looked like pure finished products. Pike perch fillet was good. Kaiserschmarrn was also a ready-made product, very firm in consistency and partly cold. Prices would be I wouldn't go there a second time.

The service is subpar, the food is questionable, the prices are unreasonable. Not recommendable. And by the way, most of the 5 star reviews are from the predecessor.

Were here last week for the 5th season and were very disappointed. The drinks were all warm and unchilled. Overall, the restaurant makes a clean impression. The service was very inconvenient towards us, but reasonably friendly. The prices are generally a disgrace and not typical for the area for what you get. We hoped for more. It should also be emphasized that some great reviews were from the previous owners (before 2023) and current 5 star reviews are obviously fake in French. Seems to have a system. Our clothes smelled very like grease, which suggests there was a lack of ventilation. We're not coming anymore, it's a shame.

Yesterday was a guest for the third time. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed for the third time in a year since it opened. There was almost no beer selection. My request for a pilsner was quickly answered with “non-alcoholic only”. I chose an export that was not poured full (max 3/4 and foam under the rim) and was at room temperature. The service staff was young and very inexperienced, but friendly. Since it was a carnival event, you had to pay immediately. In my 3 payment processes, I was not given enough money each time. During the last payment process, it was exactly 10 € too little. After my complaints, the missing money was given to me immediately. Of course you get hungry at an event. As is typical for Carnival, I decided on a sausage salad. The waitress didn't know what a sausage salad was. I was completely speechless here, as this is almost the staple food in Schramberg an der Fasnet. Even after further inquiry, it was only explained that there was none. A “Viennese style” schnitzel IN BREAD (whatever that is supposed to be) was out of the question for me. Price/performance: Poor for me, as the prices are quite high even for 2024 and you don't actually get a home-style standard for it. Completely unprofessional. Starting in summer, with some balsamic sugar syrup decorations on the edge of the plate (Anno 80s) to Carnival without sausage salad and beer selection. I wish the operators all the best, but I have little hope that anything will change. I think it's a shame for the Schraivogel. It is a traditional restaurant in the middle of the valley town, with a great history. Unfortunately I only give a benevolent 2 stars and hope that it will become 4-5 stars. Addendum: The staff eating together at the table before 10 p.m. while the guests wait is an absolute NO GO. For us the reason to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else. A pity! Third addendum: After my review, all of a sudden a lot of 5 star guests came flying out of the sky. This is how you can deal with criticism. I still have 1 star for this behavior.

Gestern zum dritten Mal Gast gewesen. Leider wurde ich auch zum dritten Mal in einem Jahr seit Eröffnung enttäuscht. Bierauswahl gab es nahezu nicht. Meine Bitte nach einem Pils wurde schnell mit "nur alkoholfrei" erwidert. Ich entschied mich für ein Export, welches nicht voll einschenkt wurde (max 3/4 und Schaum unter dem Rand) und Raumtemperatur hatte. Das Servicepersonal war jung und sehr unerfahren, aber freundlich. Da es sich um eine Fasnetsveranstaltung handelte, musste man sofort bezahlen. Bei meinen 3 Bezahlvorgängen wurde mir jedes Mal zu wenig Geld herausgegeben. Beim letzten Bezahlvorgang sogar genau 10 € zu wenig. Nach meinen Reklamationen, wurde mir das fehlende Geld sofort ausgehändigt. Natürlich bekommt man bei einer Veranstaltung auch Hunger. Ich entschied mich Fasnetstypisch für einen Wurstsalat. Die Bedienung wusste nicht, was ein Wurstsalat ist. Hier war ich völlig sprachlos, ist das doch fast das Grundnahrungsmittel in Schramberg an der Fasnet. Auch nach einer weiteren Nachfrage, wurde nur erläutert, dass es keinen gibt. Ein Schnitzel "Wiener Art" IM BROT ( was das auch immer sein soll), kam für mich nicht in Frage. Preis/Leistung: Für mich mangelhaft, da die Preise auch für 2024 recht hoch angesiedelt sind und man dafür eigentlich kein gutbürgerliches Niveau bekommt. Völlig unprofessionell. Angefangen im Sommer, mit irgendwelche Balsamico Zucker Sirup Verzierungen am Tellerrand (Anno80er) bis zur Fasnet ohne Wurstsalat und Bierauswahl. Ich wünsche den Betreibern alles Gute, habe aber wenig Hoffnung das sich was ändert. Für den Schraivogel finde ich es schade. Es ist eine traditionsreiche Gaststätte mitten in der Talstadt, mit toller Historie. Ich geb leider nur wohlwollende 2 Sterne und hoffe, dass daraus noch 4-5 Sterne werden. Nachtrag: Das das Personal vor 22 Uhr zusammen am Tisch isst, während die Gäste warten, ist ein absolutes NO GO. Für uns der Grund die Gaststätte zu verlassen und woanders hinzugehen. Schade! Dritter Nachtrag: Nach meiner Rezension bei Google kamen urplötzlich lauter 5 Sterne Gäste vom Himmel geflogen. So kann man auch mit Kritik umgehen. Bleibt bei mir halt noch 1 Stern für dieses Verhalten.

Ich hab in diesem landen gearbeitet, ich habe vor 4 Monaten gekündigt mein Geld habe ich jedoch noch nicht bekommen sattessen wurde ich noch bedroht. Dort zu essen kann ich leider auch nicht empfehlen, sehr viel fertig Produkte so wie auch nicht haltbare Produkte. Die anderen Kellner probieren die Getränke wie auch das Essen der Gäste und geben diese trotzdem raus. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert

Wir fanden das gutbürgerliche Gasthaus sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und alles schön sauber. Unser Hund durfte mit rein und hat eine Wasserschale bekommen. Speisekarte überschaubar, aber ausreichend und für jeden was dabei Das Essen war bei uns dreien sehr lecker, war schön angerichtet und die Portionen ( zumindest für Damen) ausreichend Preis-Leistungsverhältnis durchaus in Ordnung. Die Servicekraft war freundlich, schien aber noch sehr neu in dem Metier

When I'm in Schramberg, the Schraivogel is always worth a visit. Good home-style cuisine with a changing daily menu in a pleasant atmosphere and excellent service.

Wir waren einmal vor Ort zum Essen. Obwohl eigentlich „Geschlossen“ war, wurde für und extra gekocht. Das essen sowie der Service waren wirklich gut. Das Lokal/Ambiente hat mir schon immer zugesagt. Heute haben wir dann noch eine größere Bestellung zum abholen bestellt, es war auch hier wieder ein super Service und das Essen war richtig lecker. Es würde mich wirklich sehr freuen, wenn es in Schramberg mal wieder ein Restaurant geben würde, welches es schafft und von den Leuten angenommen wird. Ich kann es jedem nur herzlichst empfehlen.

Wir waren schon öfters hier, heute zu einer kleinen Geburtstagsfeier. Donnerstag Abends hätten wir auch problemlos ohne Reservierung kommen können. Das essen ging schnell, die gesondert angebotene Kürbissuppe war sehr lecker. Das essen ging schnell und es war eine mittel große Portion. Im Sommer sitzt man draußen auch sehr schön. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

De eigenaar maakt tijd voor je om keuzes te bespreken als je dieet wensen wenst(wij gluten vrij). Het lijkt een familiebedrijf. Er werd niet tussendoor gevraagd of alles naar wens was en of er nog drinken nodig was. Maar gewoon je hand omhoog en je wordt geholpen. Degene die bij ons de bestelling opnam deed het vast niet vaak want mijn drankje was verkeerd en mijn menu was vergeten door te geven aan de keuken ( we waren maar met 3 personen LOL). Maar hij trok het zich echt aan en verontschuldigde zich netjes en wij hadden geen haast dus geen probleem. Na het eten nog even gezellig met bediening gesproken en de eigenaar kwam zelfs nog naar buiten om te bedanken (want die was druk in de keuken toen we weg gingen). Aanrader voor het eten en de huislijke sfeer.

Wir waren zum Abendessen dort und haben draußen gesessen. Vom Ambiente her total schön und gemütlich gestaltet. Wenn man rein geht ist es richtig rustikal und urig, einfach nur gelungen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und höflich. Das Essen ist lecker, reichlich und preislich absolut top. Wir haben für Käsespätzle mit Salat und einem großen Salat mit Hähnchen und 2 Wasser davon war eins groß ( 1 Liter ) und ein kleines ( 0,33 ) nur 36,20 Euro bezahlt. Die WC Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Absolut empfehlenswert, jederzeit wieder.

La comida es espectacular y a muy buen de precio, la relación calidad precio es espectacular. El personal muy amable y super educados. El ambiente del local es típico Alemán y es muy acogedor. Muy recomendable.

Vinimos a comer a "hora alemana" muy diferente a la española, pero nos cautivó la terraza. Pensamos si comer ahí pero entramos dentro y fue una buena decisión. El interior del local era muy acogedor, hogareño y simplemente encantador, no sólo en cuanto a lo bonito que es sino también por el personal. A pesar de apenas entendernos por dificultades en la comunicación, las camareras que nos han atendido han contribuido a que la comida sea especialmente agradable. Su trato amable y alegre nos ha transmitido mucha confianza y nos ha facilitado el proceso de pedir la comida y bebida. La comida ha sido sin duda lo mejor, platos típicos alemanes, deliciosos, y en buenas cantidades. El precio es muy bueno y sin duda volvería, muy recomendable.

Wir waren hier mit 6 Personen essen. Bedienung war zwar freundlich aber langsam. Das Essen wurde nicht gleichzeitig und teilweise nicht wie bestellt reserviert. Geschmacklich war es ebenfalls nicht wirklich gut. Preis/Leistung passt definitiv nicht.

Het eten was op zich goed, we zaten gezellig buiten. We hadden een voorgerecht, het hoofdgerecht kwam al terwijl we nog niet klaar waren met het hoofdgerecht. De kinderen hadden een kindermenu. De serveerster vertelde dat ze gratis ijs kregen na hun hoofdgerecht. Vlak na het hoofdgerecht kwamen er twee grote ijscoupes aan, die hebben we met z'n vieren opgegeten. Pinnen kon niet, bij het afrekenen liet ze eerst alleen het eindbedrag zien, na geprint te hebben bij de bank, moesten we opeens 4 euro bijbetalen voor het ijs, dat was blijkbaar voor een andere tafel bestemd geweest. Zogenaamd, omdat de nieuwe serveerster dit fout had gedaan, dit was heel vreemd, het klopte niet, ze keken elkaar ook zo raar aan. Het ging me niet per se om dat geld, maar ik voelde me voor de gek gehouden. We gaan hier niet meer eten.

Wir hatten Käsespätzle mit Röstzwiebeln und Salat. Eigentlich ein einfach Gericht. Leider war der Geschmack ziemlich fade, die Röstzwiebeln gummiartig und der kleine Beilagensalat einfallslos ( mit matschigem Kartoffel-, Karotten- und Rotkohlsalat). Das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis hat hier unserer Meinung nach nicht gestimmt ( p. P. 13,50 € ). Das Preisniveau ist etwas seltsam, z.B Mittagstisch „ Frikadelle mit Kartoffelsalat 16,50 €“ Keine Empfehlung von uns.

Mittagskarte bietet keine attraktive Alternativen. Ca 95 % der Mittagskarte mit/aus Fleisch (Schwein). Kulanz wird in diesem Lokal auch kleingeschrieben.

Essen hat uns gefallen (Tagessuppe, Fischsuppe, Bratwürste mit Kartoffelsalat, Wurstsalat mit Bratkartoffeln, Maultaschen), Bedienung war gut, man konnte mit Karte bezahlen. Später kam noch ein Paar.

hervorragender mittagstisch zum dezenten preis. vom vesper bis zum tollen steak(auch ganz groß) mit selbergemachter kräuterbutter und den geschnitzten mc caine pommes alles gut.

Nach Corona 🔒 das erste Essen im Lokal. (Aktueller Test war Voraussetzung) Großes Kalbsschnitzel mit Pommes und Salat dazu, sowie Spargel mit Kartoffeln und Lachs. Alles war geschmacklich sehr gut und die Portionen groß. Service war sehr nett. Außenbereich angenehm unter den Sonnenschirmen zu sitzen.

Ein klassisches Wirtshaus der 60/70er Jahre. Sieht aus wie Retro, ist aber alles echt. Klassische Küche, Bratwurst oder Maultaschen, jeweils mit Kartoffelsalat oder Bratkartoffeln. Alles frisch zubereitet und optimal für ein ordentliches Mittagessen. Das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis, jederzeit wieder.
