Das Essen war gut. Die Portionen genau richtig. Personal war nett.

Wir waren inzwischen dreimal dort – zweimal im Restaurant und einmal zum Abholen. Das Essen war jedes Mal wirklich sehr lecker und auch das Restaurant selbst ist schön eingerichtet. Leider gibt es aber ein paar Dinge, die den Gesamteindruck trüben. Wenn die Bedienungen gerade nichts zu tun haben, sitzen sie hinter dem Tresen und schauen TikTok oder Instagram mit Ton so laut, dass es als Gast beim Essen wirklich stört. Das ist uns inzwischen mehrfach aufgefallen und wirkt leider etwas unprofessionell. Dazu kam beim Abholen noch, dass die Tzatziki-Portion wirklich sehr klein war, während der Rest der Portionen völlig normal war. Schade, denn geschmacklich ist das Essen wirklich gut.

Wir haben dort im Urlaub Essen zum Mitnehmen geholt und geschmacklich war es wirklich sehr gut. Das Gyros war schön kross und super gewürzt, auch der Tomatenreis war richtig lecker. Wir hatten eine normale Gyros-Portion, einen Kinderteller und extra Tomatenreis. Was uns allerdings sehr geärgert hat, war alles drumherum. Für die Bestellung haben wir 44 € bezahlt und ich habe 50 € gegeben. In der Ferienwohnung ist uns dann aufgefallen, dass nur eine winzige Portion Zaziki dabei war. Erst dachte ich, es wurde vergessen. Nach einem Anruf wurde mir aber gesagt, dass beim Kinderteller grundsätzlich kein Zaziki dabei ist. Kann man machen, finde ich bei einem Griechen aber schon etwas schade. Das größere Problem war aber, dass diese Mini-Portion offenbar das Zaziki für die normale Gyros-Portion sein sollte und das war wirklich lächerlich wenig. Da unsere Unterkunft glücklicherweise direkt um die Ecke war, bin ich nochmal hingegangen und musste für eine weitere kleine Portion nochmal 6,90 € bezahlen. Das fand ich ehrlich gesagt ziemlich frech, vor allem für die Menge. Geschmacklich wirklich gut, aber Preis-Leistung und Service beim Thema Beilagen leider enttäuschend.

„Zorbas der Grieche“ bietet leckere, authentische Gerichte, freundlichen Service und ein gemütliches Ambiente. Besonders praktisch ist das Mittagstisch-Angebot bis 14 Uhr – ideal für eine schnelle und gute Mahlzeit. Gerne wieder!

Ein Restaurant, das nicht mal einen Stern verdient! Das Essen war ungenießbar, der Knoblauchgeschmack überdeckte alles andere, das Fleisch war zäh wie Butter, selbst die Schuhsohlen waren besser. Nichts an diesem Restaurant war griechisch, vielleicht der Ouzo, aber da bin ich skeptisch. Der Kellner hat uns von Anfang bis Ende komplett ignoriert. Um 21:15 Uhr waren wir fertig mit dem Essen und bestellten ein Dessert. Die Antwort war, dass die Küche um 21:00 Uhr schließt. Also bestellten wir Kaffee, woraufhin die Antwort kam, dass die Kaffeemaschine bereits gereinigt sei, da sie um 22:00 Uhr schließt. Der Gipfel der Frechheit! Wir waren um 20:10 Uhr da und hatten vor der Bestellung Dessert und Kaffee bestellt. Da der Kellner das wusste, hätte er uns vor Küchenschluss Bescheid geben können. Seine Antwort: „Wir sind in Deutschland, nein, tut mir leid, das hat damit nichts zu tun, Sie müssen lernen, wie man seinen Job macht.“ Als ich bezahlen wollte, stand da „Nur Barzahlung“. Das war der Gipfel der Frechheit, denn draußen an der Tür stand: „Nein, tut mir leid.“ Wenn der Kunde reinkommt, sieht er den Zettel, dass digitale Zahlungen nicht möglich sind. Der Zettel klebte im Dunkeln einseitig fest, sodass man ihn kaum erkennen konnte, und das schon seit Monaten. Wir haben 2026. Kassenterminals funktionieren mit SIM-Karten, machen wir uns nichts vor. Und außerdem gibt es ein europäisches Gesetz, das vorschreibt, dass Kassenterminals in jedem Geschäft funktionieren müssen, und es drohen Strafen. Bevor Sie also arrogant auf einen Kunden reagieren, informieren Sie sich über Ihre Arbeit und die Gesetze!

Die 5 Sterne gelten dem „Zobras der Griechen“, der den Laden übernommen hat. Denn der Schraivogel war zuletzt genauso unappetitlich wie auch sein Name. Aber jetzt kann man da endlich wieder essen gehen und die Griechen leisten wirklich einen guten Service.

Essen kommt schnell, meistens freundlich. Mittagstisch ist gut.

Wir wahren jetzt schon einige Male in diesem Restaurant zum Essen. Wir sind einfach rundum begeistert. Dass Essen ist einfach nur lecker. Die Portionen sind für diese günstigen Preise echt riesig und kaum zu schaffen. Die Essens Auswahl ist ebenfalls riesig und abwechslungsreich. Bedienung im Restaurant ist super freundlich und es ist eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Wir können dieses Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen und gehen weiterhin dort regelmäßig Essen. Perfektes Preis- Leistungs-verhältnis....👍 Hammer lecker 😁☺️ für zwei Personen 30 € inklusive kl.Salat & Getränke, findet man heute gar seltenst noch. Anbei ein paar Bilder ( leider hatten wir da schon vom Teller genascht🫣🤷🤣) also, man wird satt☝️☺️ Das Personal ist auch auf Zack,so dass man sich fühlt wie etwas besonderes 😊👍 Nach dem Essen gabs nen Verdauungsschnaps und sogar noch einen Espresso. Ich habe schon mehrmals hier gegessen und war bisher immer zufrieden mit dem Essen und dem Service – vor allem, wenn der Chef anwesend ist. Dieses Mal war der Chef nicht da, und ich hatte den Eindruck, dass alles etwas langsamer lief. Der Kellner war wie gewohnt freundlich, aber die große Kellnerin wirkte leider während des gesamten Besuchs etwas distanziert und leicht arrogant. Was mich besonders gestört hat: Beim Bezahlen wurde uns das Wechselgeld nicht angeboten, sondern einfach einbehalten mit einem „Danke“. Ich gebe grundsätzlich immer gerne Trinkgeld, aber ich finde, das sollte meine Entscheidung bleiben – dieser Moment hat einen eher negativen Eindruck hinterlassen. Ich hoffe, Sie nehmen das als konstruktives Feedback – ich komme nämlich grundsätzlich gerne hierher.

The food was very bad. The salad consisted only of onions and three lettuce leaves. The vegetables and the rest were extremely covered in garlic. The gratin dish was completely oversalted. It all looked like it was slapped onto the plate. Furthermore, the prices for gyros, for example, are really expensive at €20.

Good food, great staff, and great value for money. I'd go back anytime. I go there often. Highly recommended.

Very tasty, fair price and top service!

We sat in the beer garden with two large dogs. There was no problem with the dogs, they were given water straight away. The young waitress was still inexperienced but super nice and friendly 👍 the food was served very quickly and was very, very good (delicious sauce). The restaurant is recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️

We would like to express our disappointment. We had planned to dine here with our guests, as we greatly appreciate the quality of the restaurant. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed – even though no closing day is stated. The owner/operator apologized and explained that they were open on Monday (a public holiday) and therefore closed on Wednesday as an exception. However, we would like to note that such information would have been helpful for guests. We would like to refrain from further comment at this point.

Eating Greek in Schramberg. It's nice that the Schraivogel is being so well received again. Friendly service, good Greek cuisine without any frills. Ambiance reserved and simple, but not uncomfortable. If it's very crowded, louder. Few sound-absorbing elements. Still not unpleasant. We'd love to come back. Recommendation.

The new Greek restaurant Zorbas has been here for about 4-5 months now. Very friendly, attentive young Greek team. Very tasty, not too greasy food, plenty but not too much. The meat in my lamb plate was very good, the meat was freshly prepared and not overcooked. Any extra requests will be fulfilled...and finally a delicious ouzo. We'd love to come back... one problem: the rooms are way too warm 😉

I was there spontaneously for dinner on Friday evening. The place was full!! I've never seen the Schraivogel so full! As a result, it was a little louder and a little too warm. !!!So it's always best to reserve!!! But the most important thing is the food: I had the cold starter plate with tzatziki, tarama and htipiti and as a main course Suzuki in Metaxa sauce with fries. A side salad was also included. I was already full after the appetizer and salad. I had more than half of the main course packed and since I'm not a weekend cook, I had lunch and dinner on Saturday. Perfect!! The food was really delicious. To drink I had a small amount of mineral water and a Greek red wine: Imiglykos (sometimes a wine just has to be sweet). In total I paid €40 with a €5 tip. I was super satisfied and will definitely be back again. I wish the restaurateurs a full booth with lots of great and hungry customers. Finally we have a good Greek restaurant nearby. PLEASE KEEP UP!!

Nice place good food Unfortunately it is closing soon

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the good reviews to a limited extent. We went there with the whole family to have our lunch. Service was ok, to the point that one dish had to be returned twice; the onion roast consisted of three small and thin pieces of meat, which were fried far too dry. This dish was returned with repeated requests to cook it medium rare. This time a nice piece of meat arrived on the plate. Nicely fried on the outside and raw on the inside...It's a shame...unfortunately this plate was also returned and the guest didn't want to eat any more because he was no longer hungry. In the end we were charged for this dish and said that it was not the cook's fault that the guest didn't like it. All other dishes were ok, only this one was criticized. A bottomless impudence. When we asked to speak to the chef, the chef came up to the counter with a container full of pieces of meat, waved a piece of meat in front of us and hissed at us that she knew how to prepare meat and it wasn't her problem if she did the guest doesn't like their food. So for us it was the first and last time.

Shameful landlady, no heating when the outside temperature was 8 degrees. Service helpless and doesn't know about the menu. Landlady acts like a fury, a bode nless Behavior. NOT RECOMMENDED! No wonder the restaurant has to close if you behave like that as the boss. No EC card payment possible, only half of the dishes on the menu, uncomfortable atmosphere.

We were looking for German home cooking and found very tasty German food here. Very nice service and nice boss, very child-friendly. All in all, highly recommended. Restaurant is in the pedestrian zone, parking spaces are nearby.

We were there for lunch today. The boss served us personally and very friendly. All dishes were freshly prepared and we tasted very good. Our two dogs were also very welcome. When we're in the area again we'll definitely come back.

The three of us just had lunch. Everything was very tasty and, above all, freshly cooked. The proud landlady emphasized that she does everything herself. From the sauce, to salads, even spaetzle, to the meat. The kitchen is also meticulously clean. We'll be back. I can only recommend it. Good homely and tasty. Vegetarians will also find something.

Whenever I visit a new place for the first time, I order an onion roast, if it's on the menu. I think you can give a pretty good qualitative assessment. I'll keep it short: The spaetzle were definitely not homemade and some were fried until crispy. The "gravy" was greasy and almost tasteless. The fried onions were also purchased. Let's get to the positive points: Service was friendly and the meat quality of the dish was good. I have a few suggestions for improvement: Making spaetzle yourself (it's really not much of an art), the same goes for the sauce and onions! The sauce is the gold of the kitchen! Boil the marrow bones and reduce them again and again. It takes time, but you don't have to stand next to it the whole time. Bottom line: You are in the center of Schramberg. Please make more of it!

Food was ok, we sat in the blazing sun, it wasn't great

The food itself was delicious. There is definitely a star deduction because you cannot pay by card. At least in my opinion, this always needs to be communicated right at the beginning or at least noted somewhere. On the menu there are some dishes with Röstitaler cheese; One of us wanted to have her dish with Röstitaler instead of spaetzle and at first we were told that that wasn't possible. When we then said that the Röstitaler was on the menu anyway and what the problem was, the waitress was completely taken by surprise and disappeared without comment. In the end we got the Röstitaler. All in all, as I said, the food was delicious, but I wouldn't necessarily come here again. The toilets are very clean and look newly renovated.

Even though we arrived shortly before the lunch break, we were warmly welcomed. Just like Christmas, the food was a dream. This time there was schnitzel with Pimmes, tomato soup, medium salad and liver with bread. The food was so tender and fresh that it fell apart in your mouth. Quickly prepared, excellently seasoned. We like to spend our vacation here. Greetings from table 8 (again 🤣) The Germans from Dresden 🥰

Apparently open 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. It was 6 p.m. A man opened the door and closed it again behind him. THAT'S IT. Looked a bit neglected too. Seems like all the air has gone out.

Really lovely freshwater fish and vegetarian spatzle, good local nonalcoholic beer and pleasant service and surroundings.

We were there today at around 3:30 p.m. Since we couldn't read anything outside during opening hours, we went in and asked if we could get anything else, which was kindly answered in the affirmative. The Cordon Bleu and the Wiener-Style Schnitzel were more than delicious and both dishes came with a different side salad that was more than convincing. The restaurant is very clean/well maintained and the price/performance ratio is definitely good. The only thing that bothered me personally is that you are left alone after ordering, but that is a matter of taste and certainly had something to do with the fact that the shop was actually already closed, which also speaks for the place. I can only recommend the restaurant! :)

In general everything was ok. We had a family celebration with over 30 people and were informed that if we stayed longer, we would have to pay a flat rate of €100 per hour. The great thing, however, was that the service continued outside. THAT IS NOT HOW IT WORKS It's a shame about the staff with such management. They were very nice and the food was good. Rustic, home-style cuisine in Schramberg. The cheese spaetzle and the rump steak were delicious. The Ketterer beer also tastes excellent. Friendly service.

We had the pleasure of dining in the Schreivogel brewery after a civil wedding and were completely thrilled. The food was home-style and extremely tasty, the staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. We would eat here again at any time and would happily recommend Braustube Schreivogel!

Quaint local. Were there on Tuesday at 6 p.m. Completely empty. Waiter was very nice. Dogs welcome. Cordon Bleu was ok. Looked like a finished product. Onion roast was tough and mixed. Spätzle is a finished product again. Children's food also gave the impression that nothing was homemade, as advertised on the homepage. A nice activity was that the children were able to exchange their empty plates for a scoop of ice cream. We thought €75 for four meals and drinks was too much for the quality on offer. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it.

We had a pre-booked event with 65 people. Buffet was excellent, food was very tasty. Praise to the kitchen. Quality and price very okay. Everything worked fine! Thanks to the team.

Food was at the table (too) quickly. Salad plate with pikeperch crispy pearls was not enough for the price and it looked like pure finished products. Pike perch fillet was good. Kaiserschmarrn was also a ready-made product, very firm in consistency and partly cold. Prices would be I wouldn't go there a second time.

Were here last week for the 5th season and were very disappointed. The drinks were all warm and unchilled. Overall, the restaurant makes a clean impression. The service was very inconvenient towards us, but reasonably friendly. The prices are generally a disgrace and not typical for the area for what you get. We hoped for more. It should also be emphasized that some great reviews were from the previous owners (before 2023) and current 5 star reviews are obviously fake in French. Seems to have a system. Our clothes smelled very like grease, which suggests there was a lack of ventilation. We're not coming anymore, it's a shame.

Gestern zum dritten Mal Gast gewesen. Leider wurde ich auch zum dritten Mal in einem Jahr seit Eröffnung enttäuscht. Bierauswahl gab es nahezu nicht. Meine Bitte nach einem Pils wurde schnell mit "nur alkoholfrei" erwidert. Ich entschied mich für ein Export, welches nicht voll einschenkt wurde (max 3/4 und Schaum unter dem Rand) und Raumtemperatur hatte. Das Servicepersonal war jung und sehr unerfahren, aber freundlich. Da es sich um eine Fasnetsveranstaltung handelte, musste man sofort bezahlen. Bei meinen 3 Bezahlvorgängen wurde mir jedes Mal zu wenig Geld herausgegeben. Beim letzten Bezahlvorgang sogar genau 10 € zu wenig. Nach meinen Reklamationen, wurde mir das fehlende Geld sofort ausgehändigt. Natürlich bekommt man bei einer Veranstaltung auch Hunger. Ich entschied mich Fasnetstypisch für einen Wurstsalat. Die Bedienung wusste nicht, was ein Wurstsalat ist. Hier war ich völlig sprachlos, ist das doch fast das Grundnahrungsmittel in Schramberg an der Fasnet. Auch nach einer weiteren Nachfrage, wurde nur erläutert, dass es keinen gibt. Ein Schnitzel "Wiener Art" IM BROT ( was das auch immer sein soll), kam für mich nicht in Frage. Preis/Leistung: Für mich mangelhaft, da die Preise auch für 2024 recht hoch angesiedelt sind und man dafür eigentlich kein gutbürgerliches Niveau bekommt. Völlig unprofessionell. Angefangen im Sommer, mit irgendwelche Balsamico Zucker Sirup Verzierungen am Tellerrand (Anno80er) bis zur Fasnet ohne Wurstsalat und Bierauswahl. Ich wünsche den Betreibern alles Gute, habe aber wenig Hoffnung das sich was ändert. Für den Schraivogel finde ich es schade. Es ist eine traditionsreiche Gaststätte mitten in der Talstadt, mit toller Historie. Ich geb leider nur wohlwollende 2 Sterne und hoffe, dass daraus noch 4-5 Sterne werden. Nachtrag: Das das Personal vor 22 Uhr zusammen am Tisch isst, während die Gäste warten, ist ein absolutes NO GO. Für uns der Grund die Gaststätte zu verlassen und woanders hinzugehen. Schade! Dritter Nachtrag: Nach meiner Rezension bei Google kamen urplötzlich lauter 5 Sterne Gäste vom Himmel geflogen. So kann man auch mit Kritik umgehen. Bleibt bei mir halt noch 1 Stern für dieses Verhalten.

Yesterday was a guest for the third time. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed for the third time in a year since it opened. There was almost no beer selection. My request for a pilsner was quickly answered with “non-alcoholic only”. I chose an export that was not poured full (max 3/4 and foam under the rim) and was at room temperature. The service staff was young and very inexperienced, but friendly. Since it was a carnival event, you had to pay immediately. In my 3 payment processes, I was not given enough money each time. During the last payment process, it was exactly 10 € too little. After my complaints, the missing money was given to me immediately. Of course you get hungry at an event. As is typical for Carnival, I decided on a sausage salad. The waitress didn't know what a sausage salad was. I was completely speechless here, as this is almost the staple food in Schramberg an der Fasnet. Even after further inquiry, it was only explained that there was none. A “Viennese style” schnitzel IN BREAD (whatever that is supposed to be) was out of the question for me. Price/performance: Poor for me, as the prices are quite high even for 2024 and you don't actually get a home-style standard for it. Completely unprofessional. Starting in summer, with some balsamic sugar syrup decorations on the edge of the plate (Anno 80s) to Carnival without sausage salad and beer selection. I wish the operators all the best, but I have little hope that anything will change. I think it's a shame for the Schraivogel. It is a traditional restaurant in the middle of the valley town, with a great history. Unfortunately I only give a benevolent 2 stars and hope that it will become 4-5 stars. Addendum: The staff eating together at the table before 10 p.m. while the guests wait is an absolute NO GO. For us the reason to leave the restaurant and go somewhere else. A pity! Third addendum: After my review, all of a sudden a lot of 5 star guests came flying out of the sky. This is how you can deal with criticism. I still have 1 star for this behavior.
