Please note that the prices online and in-store are no longer current. They're about €1-€2 more expensive. I would have ordered a bacon cheeseburger for €12.75 in-store, but it would have been €13.75 without the pickle, but braised with onions. I ended up getting €15.75 with the pickle and onion. The taste was disappointing: no pepper, no salt, just a sauce that tasted like liquid sugar, and the buns were sweet... simply inadequate. This will be my last visit.

I ordered a casserole from this shop, which is usually made with pasta or potatoes. Instead, I just got some kind of creamy dishwashing liquid with a bit of kebab meat, weird onions, and sweetcorn. It had absolutely nothing to do with a casserole. After the phone call, the excuse was: "Yeah, maybe that's how it is in other shops, but here you have to make pasta or potatoes separately." Honestly – what normal person orders a casserole and then adds pasta or potatoes themselves? I've never heard of such a thing in my entire life. I'm not just disappointed this time – it's been like this before. Online orders always seem like they're just throwing together something that should really go in the trash. Zero effort, zero properly prepared food. One time the batter wasn't cooked properly, now this "casserole" was just like leftovers in sauce. I don't understand where all the good reviews are coming from. Maybe it's better in person when you're standing right next to it, but online it's just disrespectful. What am I paying for?
