Gaststätte Bertlings Pütt in Greven

I love this store. The subs are great. We go there once a month. It is the only fast food that you can eat without hesitation. The service is great. Very polite and nice. I'm really working up an appetite writing the recession :-) Part 2. (2024) the shop now has a new name and also sells burgers and pizza (the competition is right opposite). I've lost some of the charm now. However, there is now a delivery service.

It's simply a restaurant with a great menu and instructions for Greven.

Very idyllic location. Large conservatory with a view of the lake. The service was extremely friendly and cheerful. The food was delicious. Afterwards, a walk around the lake was impossible to resist.

We ended up there almost by chance, as our original destination had closed. Luckily for us. We entered the inn and were immediately greeted warmly. The ambiance is rustic, and the main room feels like a large living and dining room – very cozy. For dinner, we opted for the schnitzel with crispy onion rings and fried potatoes, and the rump steak Hofmeister-style. And let me tell you, it was absolutely delicious! The schnitzel was perfectly pounded, tender, juicy, wonderfully seasoned, and topped with a generous amount of freshly fried, thin onion rings, which were also perfectly seasoned. And all this for just €17.90! The fried potatoes arrived in a separate pan, were piping hot, and simply delicious. The rump steak was truly enormous (we're talking at least 250-300g), cooked to perfection, exactly as ordered, and served with fresh, homemade herb butter. This dish also came with fried potatoes and a side salad. At €29.90, the price was absolutely justified. The chef knows what he's doing! The service is incredibly friendly and attentive. We left completely full and thoroughly satisfied. And we will definitely be back!
