Gastro Line GmbH in Solingen

This was my first and last attempt to visit the restaurant under the new owner. Very difficult to reach by phone. Our server was very friendly. But: First, we were told the salad was out, but then they still served it. We had liver, unfortunately very thin, completely cooked, and therefore inedible for me. My criticism went unanswered. The gyro consisted of small crumbs of meat, supposedly tasting OK. The side dishes for every dish were either fries, potato wedges, or rice. Without any dip or sauce, it was just dry. I won't be coming back; it's no comparison to the previous owner.

The price-performance ratio is right. Many different saunas to choose from. The infusion rituals sometimes take some getting used to. The restaurant is ok. The staff nice.
