We stayed here once on our Saaleradweg tour. The two innkeepers were very friendly and cooperative. We were allowed to bring the bikes into the house. The breakfast, not a buffet but pre-prepared plates, was good, perhaps an orange juice would have been nice. The room was very spartan and small. The shower/toilet area was also OK. We had rooms at the back. Rooms at the front, the house is located directly on a busy street, may be noisy. The house is located directly on the Saale cycle path What wasn't ok was the price, 116€ for the double room with breakfast is about 20-30€ above the usual prices for comparable accommodation in other places.

Nice landlady. A very good evening meal and a rich breakfast.

We had two rooms. It was clean. I felt like I was traveling back in time to the “good” old days. It is not Western standard. A plastic slatted door to the bathroom was actually unnecessary. Well, it worked for one night. Price is disproportionate. A breakfast table was prepared. Also a bit overpriced for €13.50. Only cash payment possible.

Delicious home cooking, there could be a little more light in the entrance area.

I'm really pleasantly surprised! A wonderful restaurant with fantastic food and a friendly landlady. I had ox cheeks, they were super tender. My friend had a sizable Wiener schnitzel. At the end there was apple strudel 😋 We would love to go back here!

I don't know why people complain about the temperature, the presentation of the food and the quantity of drinks. We have been guests at the restaurant for years and have never been disappointed. The food is always delicious, portions are sufficient and none of us miss a salad. If you want to eat salad, you should order it too! Drinks are great, especially the homemade lemonades. Since summer there has also been a great beer garden where you can sit comfortably. Well done. Parking spaces are also available, currently even with a charging station for electric cars :-) All around...great restaurant in Bad Dürrenberg with good service and reasonable price-performance ratio. We always enjoy coming back.

We were invited here for a birthday followed by bowling. At first it was cold in the dining room. So feeling good is different. The facility is beautiful and lovingly decorated. Even though everything has become more expensive these days, unfortunately the price performance doesn't match here at all. The glass of Lillet Wild Berry we ordered was only half full. That is not how it works. And unfortunately the food was carelessly prepared. Can't you make some fresh salad as a side dish? And charging 2.50 euros for changing the supplement is quite a lot. Likewise, the hot drinks that were ordered because it was so cold were unfortunately not hot. It was a lot colder at the bowling alley. You could say that you're warming up, but some of the guests were older and didn't play along. And even for us as teammates, the room temperature was uncomfortable. We still had a nice evening, but we wouldn't come here again. And the guests who slept here were also totally disappointed. The price performance doesn't match at all. You can't charge such prices for a room like that and then also charge for breakfast. That's pretty cheeky. We all have to work hard for our money, so it hurts even more when you get rid of it under such circumstances.

Nettes Ambiente und freundliche Bedienung. Hier kann man gut mit der Familie essen gehen. Einziges Manko: Nur Barzahlung möglich.

Die Zimmer kann ich leider nicht bewerten, da ich die nicht gesehen habe. Wir waren zu einer Feier eingeladen, das Essen war wirklich lecker, die Getränke, vor allem die selbst Brause, war der Hammer. Und der Service war auch super freundlich. Zum Essen gehen kann ich es auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Wie gesagt, die Zimmer habe ich leider nicht gesehen.

Bewertet wird: Restaurant Tolles Essen, große Portionen, hier stimmt Preis/Leistung. Nette Wirtin die gern mit den Gästen kommuniziert. Parkplätze vorhanden.

Selbst für'n 0/5 🍺 lohnt es sich

Das Betreiberpaar war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Essen im Rahmen einer Feier war sehr lecker und reichhaltig. Durch die im Objekt befindliche Bowlingbahn kann man sich auch sportlich betätigen. Toiletten waren sehr sauber. Ein Besuch ist sehr zu empfehlen.....

Alles top, super Laden, sehr lecker. Ist zwar schon länger her, aber wir können es kaum abwarten wieder zu kommen.

Immer wieder gern, nettes Lokal mit Bowling Bahn und Parkplatz im Hof. Bedienung und Auswahl sind Saisonale Speisen zu vernünftigen Preisen .

Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, der Service war ok. Es war aber sehr kalt.

Sehr netter Empfang, tolles Essen, super Qualität. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bemerkenswert sind die exquisiten Spirituosen, welche man nur selten vorfindet. Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise - bleibt aber unvergessen!

Drei Nächte hier verbracht und kann nichts schlechtes sagen! Zimmer waren super sauber und die Einrichtung nicht abgewohnt! Ein Besuch der Gaststätte ist zwingend zu empfehlen, es wird ehrlich und frisch gekocht und das Spirituosen-Sortiment stellt so manchen Irish-Pub in den Schatten! Wirklich zu empfehlen!
