Great place, good food and drink, very friendly staff. Will be back.

Went to the beer garden on Thursday evening. From the ambience to the staff to the food, everything was tip-top. Can only be recommended!

The food was very good and the service was friendly! At first glance the rooms are very nice, but the price/performance ratio doesn't match! The fly screens are useless because there are big gaps in between everywhere, the beds are hard and the bathrooms are very impractical (no socket, very narrow, disgusting joints and no shelves) Otherwise the street noise was extremely loud, which is just annoying if you're not used to it! Since there was no air conditioning, you had to leave the windows open. The place to celebrate is super beautiful!

Spontaneously stayed there for one night, it was a great, spacious, very clean room. We then had a delicious dinner, which was great and the homemade strawberry lemonade was also very tasty. Service was very nice and accommodating. I also found the breakfast good, nice selection. To recommend.

They weren't allowed in, in the beer garden there were normal people next to them, all dressed in white, clearly demarcated, they were rejected, "not allowed to let anyone in anymore" no indication of a closed society, etc. There were people in the beer garden who were obviously not dressed in white and did not belong to the event. There's no notice on the homepage either... Even though I'm in Rol for work now, the company doesn't see any money from me. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼5 out of 5

Great food, beautiful outdoor area, very nice and attentive service - definitely recommended!

We stayed here for two nights because we were invited to a 40th birthday party nearby. Nice hotel, nice service, modern rooms, unfortunately without air conditioning. The shower should urgently be replaced instead of repairing it with tape. Breakfast very good value for money. Dinner OK.

If you order a small roast pork, they charge €1.50 more than a normal one. I don't think that's okay for seniors

Super nice and friendly and super beautiful there. There were even gluten-free rolls for breakfast at the great buffet!

We were guests in the Stubn and I have to say, I was very positively surprised. Starting with the Bavarian warm service Theresa, competent, reliable and always with a joke on her lips. From the well-selected wines to the food. There were seven of us and there were actually no complaints whatsoever. The portions were generous, the taste was very tasty and it was beautifully presented. All I can say is that we felt comfortable from start to finish. I definitely have to come back because there's something on the menu that I really want to eat. But this time it just had to be asparagus again before the season is over. Thanks to the whole team. Unfortunately the location only has three stars because it's right on the street. What you saw in the renovated rooms was pretty nice. Unfortunately we had an unrenovated one. However, the food was very tasty...

I am very fascinated by this hotel.. great ambience, service, food was a rustic highlight for me.. Unfortunately, at this point the elevator was restricted for disabled person access.. And not justifiable in my room..! And the staircase was not secured with another bracket..! ..One criticism for me was the breakfast...! Very limited..! Was I missing a highlight? The food wasn't generous and there were a lot of guests present...! Will I visit this hotel again? I can't judge at the moment...?

We (2 people) were there yesterday at lunchtime, Father's Day '24, around 1:00 p.m. We basically went unnoticed for about 20-25 minutes, well, the beer garden was about half full, but okay, we were finally able to draw attention to ourselves by waving more and more vigorously. To order, drinks... okay, food... You still have to check because the kitchen will slowly close. We didn't necessarily plan on eating anything warm, but there weren't any cold dishes on the menu, so 🤷🏼‍♀️ It would probably have been easier when we arrived at Karlsbader Str 49, but okay, the fried chicken salad was still there There, unfortunately no more pork, just tender pork fillet... A little later, around 2:15 p.m., the food came, her salad was delicious, the chicken was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, really very good. My "tender pork fillet..." Was a few indefinable pieces of meat, crispy, fried through and through, hard to cut and remove from the fork, luckily with a lot of sauce and spaetzle, so I was able to eat it, Karlsbader has Str 49 tasted good but the meat was something completely different, just not a "tender pork fillet" For 16.50€ and the endless waiting time, I would have hoped for more from the food but okay, at 3 p.m. I had paid, only one drink each for 2 hours, but if you just (including the waiting time, after ordering) about Sits dry for 40 minutes 🙈 It's a shame because it makes a good impression from the outside, but the service and cuisine ruin it.

Very very disappointing and last time there! First the few positive things: Parking spaces are available, nice restaurant and tables beautifully decorated, you can pay by card and someone is immediately available and friendly by phone. When I called in advance, they said it would be no problem to prepare milk alternatives for me and this was confirmed again when I booked online. Otherwise I wouldn't have gone there at all. Last year there was a great buffet, this time only a fixed menu with a choice of meat, fish or veggies. Also no welcome drink like last year. The service was generally friendly, he just wasn't well trained or told by the chef what was in his food. Everything there is extremely expensive compared to other restaurants, here even 1 liter of carafe water costs a hefty €6.80. We also got our drinks quite late; the table that came much later got them long before us. I have attached pictures of the normal dishes as well as my milk-free food pictures for comparison. Of the 3 spreads, I could only eat the hummus; we didn't get any more bread because it wasn't enough for 4 people. Unfortunately the soup was not dairy-free. As you can see from the picture, there was a lot of spilling and serving it like that simply shouldn't happen. When everyone was ready, I got my tasteless, clear little soup. When I asked, I was given a few slices of asparagus in it. The truffle and crackers were missing there. The main course also had very little taste and unfortunately I had to add more salt, which I never actually do. The hollondaise sauce also contained milk (finished product?), so I got liquid butter as an alternative. With the fish, I was the only one who didn't get a lemon, everyone else got one, which I saw everywhere else. The fish was baked for too long and I had to scrape off the skin layer because it wasn't! was scaled down, something like that doesn't work. Every now and then you saw the chef at the drinks counter, maybe he wanted to see who was always asking about milk alternatives? :) But didn't say a word to us. The boss didn't know that I specifically asked and apparently didn't pass it on. When it came to dessert, I also got the normal plate. When I asked, they said everything was milk-free. When I went to the counter, they confirmed it again. Then they came and got the plate, took down the spray cream and gave it back to me. When I asked again, everything should be fine. When I was sitting, they took the plate again and asked if I had eaten anything yet. When answered in the negative, they said, “Good.” Then they gave it to me again, but without Bavarian cream and Kaiserschmarrn, of course they had milk. Then I only got a few chopped strawberries and 2 strawberry sorbets, unfortunately with alcohol in them. I asked at least 10 times in the evening whether it was right because I unfortunately get inflammation from milk, which is what I said. Nobody was interested, there was never an apology or anything else. The food was just disappointing and I had to pay the normal price for everything and spent a total of €50. When paying by card we had to go out into the aisle because that was the only place where reception was available. The chef didn't explain to the service in any way what they were serving and didn't pass on the fact that I couldn't tolerate milk. I crossed out everything on the menu that didn't work for me, so the meal wasn't even worth €20, but I had to pay the normal €42. Therefore, a clear non-recommendation to eat here. Unfortunately, more appearance than reality, although my companions and I were thrilled last year, now everything is being saved and you can feel and taste it. :(

Very nice and clean hotel with super nice staff. Good breakfast. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening but that didn't detract from the experience. The only drawback was the room facing the street but that can definitely be avoided on the next visit.

I've planned a celebration, very nice boss, we're looking forward to it.

Our stay at the Forstnerwirt was first class. Rural, loving, creative & with lots of wood. Price-performance was top. Food was excellent and stylishly prepared. The politeness of the staff was noticeable throughout - always present & very friendly. We spontaneously decided to take a room, even though it was already quite late in the week. We were warmly welcomed; no wish remained unfulfilled. The rooms were extremely hygienic. An additional highlight was the relaxation area :)) Thank you very much for this experience!

We went there over Christmas on the recommendation of the family, the good reviews and because it was in the town where we wanted to go. Unfortunately our stay wasn't as great as the other reviews say. The hotel itself is very nice. The breakfast was also fantastic and the owners were very friendly. Our room, however, was a disaster. The bathroom was very unclean. The soap dispenser looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months, there were hairs on the fresh towels, the shower gel kept running out in the shower and pretty much filthy the shower. Lots (probably silverfish) in the bathroom. Since we had to arrive late and check in ourselves using the card on file, there was no one left in the house that we could inform. The breakfast the next day was very lovingly prepared. We informed the staff the next day about the room condition and asked them to take care of it. Since we were visiting the family over Christmas after breakfast until late in the evening, we didn't see anyone else the next evening. We then noticed that the animals were still crawling around and unfortunately the toilet paper (which was less tragic because we had tissues with us) was also missing (it can happen). We informed the employees again at breakfast. After breakfast, like the day before, we stayed with the family again until the evening. When I returned in the evening I discovered that the animal in question had also been crawling around in bed. After we couldn't reach anyone from the hotel by phone (probably because of Christmas) and we definitely didn't want to spend the night there anymore with the company of creepy crawlies in bed, we left that evening around 10:30 p.m. and got the room cards with information about the reasons are left at reception. A short time later we were called and asked why and asked for photos as evidence. We sent these immediately. To date there has been no response from the hotel, which I find quite cheeky! Evaluation: Room: 1 star The reason is there Service: 3 stars only count for breakfast with staff. Location: full marks because it really has a great location and the hotel itself is really beautiful with attention to detail and looks clean.
