The food was excellent value for money. Good, traditional German cuisine. The service was very friendly and helpful. The decor was rustic but cozy.

We stayed with our two children at a hotel in Olsberg and were told there was a very good restaurant in Eversberg. It was Christmas, so we took a chance and saw if there was a table available. We were lucky. Apparently, a group had cancelled. It was fantastic. The starter, main course, and dessert were all excellent. Where else can you eat for that price at Christmas? And it was delicious. A lovely German-style restaurant with incredibly friendly service. I just read a review from a woman who only wanted a main course and found it expensive because she only got a 5 euro discount. Well, for that price, she really shouldn't complain. Just try eating anywhere else for that price at Christmas. By the way, that comment about the frozen schnitzel is also incorrect; it was of excellent, fresh quality. It's a shame that some guests undermine hardworking people who try to please everyone. For us, it was an excellent experience and we will definitely be back. And that woman should go to a 5-star restaurant with 5-star prices at Christmas from now on.

We had another fantastic meal at Dollen Hof today. The medallions were incredibly tender. The schnitzels cooked in Grandma's pan were also incredibly tender. You could immediately tell they were fresh and pan-fried, not deep-fried. They offered a wonderful Christmas menu. You could choose from two appetizers, several main courses, and two desserts. There was something delicious for everyone among the main courses. They offered venison, beef, and vegetarian options. We'll definitely be back at Dollen Hof for Christmas next year. Keep up the great work!

Weeks ago, we booked a table for eight people (five adults and three children) for Christmas Day. However, we weren't informed during the reservation process that only a special set menu would be available. The three-course menu cost €39.50 for adults and €22.50 for our eight-year-old children. The service was generally very friendly. We asked if we could choose just one main course from the menu, which was confirmed. However, in the end, we were only given a €5 discount each. So, we ended up paying €34.50 for one adult dish and €17.50 for the frozen children's schnitzel with fries, which was deep-fried. These prices were completely disproportionate to the quality, quantity, and the usual price range at the Dollenhof. For example, my husband saw the venison goulash, which cost €34.50 yesterday, but is listed as €18.50 on other days. This was completely unacceptable. We will not be returning.

We were there for the first time today. The food was delicious and there was a lot on the plate. The service was very friendly. We'll be back.

We had a wonderful afternoon. The owner was incredibly friendly. We had a lovely chat with him. He even kindly prepared a burger for us, even though the kitchen wasn't open yet. The burger was fantastic! We'll definitely be back.

A cozy, lovingly decorated inn with a beautiful bar. The food is homely and of high quality, whether it's the schnitzel, the generous portion of salmon, the fantastic venison dishes, or the gratinated goat cheese. The staff was very friendly and attentive, the food came quickly, and most importantly, there were six of us at the same time. Definitely a repeat customer.

There were three of us and we ate 3 different dishes. Everything was excellent. I would particularly like to emphasize the great, attentive, very friendly, but not at all intrusive service. It's great when you're so enthusiastic about it. The furnishings are very old, but it is certainly difficult to spend money on new interiors in today's challenging times.

I haven't eaten so well in a very long time. Admittedly, when I entered I initially thought it was a “pub kitchen”, but the impression faded very quickly. When the food came, it was finally clear that they could do their job. It was hot and stayed warm until the last bite, and as already mentioned, it was really tasty. I haven't written a review for a long time - this one is worth it. A real recommendation! Main menu + dessert + two large drinks for just over €30 are also absolutely within the green range. Schönes gut bürgerliches Restaurant, super nettes Personal, sehr aufmerksam 👍 waren zu 10 Personen dort essen, alle gleichzeitig unser Essen bekommen, sah alles sehr gut aus, leider war mein Nudelgericht sehr einfach mit wenig pfiff präsentiert verbesserungs fähig , alle anderen Teller sahen super aus, wurde beim Nachtisch jedoch entschädigt , super leckerer Schokokuchen mit flüssigem Kern dazu Vanille Eis und Himbeeren, suuuper Lecker 😁 kommen gerne wieder 👍

Wir waren nach längerer Abstinenz am letzten Wochenende mal wieder im Dollenhof. In der Zwischenzeit hat dort ein Eigentümerwechsel stattgefunden, das Haus ist jetzt in holländischer Hand. Und um es kurz zu machen: Es hat alles gepasst, eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Bedienung, das Essen war lecker und wirklich reichlich. Wir werden garantiert wiederkommen, dann allerdings als Endziel einer Wanderung. Dann können wir auch in Ruhe ein paar Bierchen trinken...

Wir waren an einem Sonntag dort spontan zum Essen und haben noch kurzfristig einen Tisch im Biergarten bekommen. Das Essen war sehr lecker, der Service sehr nett. Dieses Lokal ist wirklich weiterzuempfehlen 👍🏼

Wir waren heute dort essen. Das Wetter spielte mit und wir konnten im Biergarten sitzen. Das Servicepersonal ist sehr aufmerksam, man spürt förmlich die Freude an der Arbeit. Das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Gesamtpaket ist stimmig. 5*, weiter so. Update vom 02. Juli 2023: Wieder ausgezeichnet gegessen. Der Servicemitarbeiter stets aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Speisen sehr gut zubereitet. Schaut einfach die Fotos an. Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir sind durch Zufall im Dollen Hof gelandet und waren total begeistert. Super Service und das Essen war super lecker. Ich empwden Dollen/Burger 😃

Was hier circa 7 jaar geleden voor het eerst geweest het jaar daarna ook nog geweest. Beide goede ervaring. Nu na 6 jaar weer terug. De oude eigenaar is met pensioen en er staat nu een nieuw team die taak uitmuntend heeft overgenomen. We hebben hier heerlijk gegeten de service en sfeer zijn top. Als ik weer in de buurt ben kom ik zeker terug. De menu kaart is divers en er zijn ook vegetarische gerechten.

Wirklich spitze .... Wer gut essen möchte sollte unbedingt hierher kommen. Gut Bürgerliche Küche . Auch der Nachtisch ist traumhaft ,wir haben den warmen schokokuchen mit Vanilleeis gegessen und man hätte sich reinlegen können . Super netter Service . Sehr weiter zu empfehlen

Wir waren am 25.02.2023 zu Gast im Dollenhof. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und zum Tisch begleitet. Das Ambiente war gemütlich und es passt in die Region. Nun zum Essen: Es war wirklich sehr lecker. Ausreichende Portionen und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier wirklich gut. Ein gelungener Abend bei tollem Essen. Weiter so. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleine aber feine Speisekarte, Essen war toll, für Gaumen und Augen. Preis Leistung passt, was ja nicht immer mehr so ist. Das Servicepersonal war ebenfalls super aufmerksam und konnte gut auf Fragen eingehen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und werden die Lokalität auch weiter empfehlen.
