We were just passing through, were hungry, and stopped spontaneously. Very tasty schnitzel, friendly and good service. It's nice that there are still restaurants like this.

Great inn! The staff is fantastic and caters to all requests. The food is excellent. My child would love to come here every day. Plenty of toys to pass the (already short) wait. We'd love to come back.

I usually keep my reviews short and sweet, but I've seen that reviews here are read and that praise and constructive criticism are welcome and appreciated. I think that's great. We stopped in relatively spontaneously with several people and a dog. We were greeted warmly but also informed that there was a sign at the entrance that required registration for dog visitors. I've never experienced that before, but it's something to be respected. However, in retrospect, I really had to look for the sign here. (It's small, top left above the door.) Perhaps they could make it a bit more visible if that's a concern. We were still offered a seat and quickly found one. I was really pleasantly surprised by the food. As a vegetarian, you're used to the truly horrible, utterly non-existent food in typical, rustic German guesthouses 😆 There was even a vegan dish, and it wasn't a boring vegetable stir-fry, but rather plentiful, quite creative, and truly delicious (another choice might still be nice 😍). The price/performance ratio and ambiance were truly excellent and fitting for the setting. We'd love to come back and will register our dog next time. Given the fluctuation in tourist numbers due to the nearby park and the development of the next generation, the option to pay by card might be a timely suggestion. I know it costs money, I work in the service industry myself, but it's unlikely to be any other way in the future. Thank you for reading this long text and for the pleasant stay at your guesthouse. Highly recommended and extremely kid-friendly! After a visit to the Dino Park, we stopped here for lunch. The food came quickly and was delicious. The kids got something to color in and toys. We would come back anytime 😊

Extremely delicious food and very child-friendly, with enough toys so that even adults can have a little peace and quiet. The small menu lets you know (and taste) that everything is fresh. Good parking, and today there were even a few lovely serenades from the local choir. Absolutely fantastic after the Dino Park! Very clean restrooms. Unfortunately, no card payments. Insider tip for electric cars: At Wessling, there are plenty of freely accessible charging stations within walking distance.

Hey, There's a sign outside that says the kitchen is open. I went in to find out that no one had registered anymore, so they cleared everything away. I was therefore sent away without asking whether I would have been happy with two fried eggs.

The Gasthof Deutsche Eiche serves delicious dishes and brilliant thirst quenchers. The kitchen conjures up culinary delights for celebrations that cannot be found on the normal menu. For example, Nile perch in batter. Simply amazing! Friendly staff and a nice ambience round off the picture perfectly for this inn. I can only recommend to everyone: go there, try it and then enjoy!

Wir hatten heute großes Glück mit der Wahl des Restaurants am letzten Tag unseres Kurzurlaubs. Im Gasthof Deutsche Eiche wurden wir sehr freundlich bedient, haben sehr lecker gegessen und waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Deutsche Eiche ist eine sehr gemütliche Gaststätte zum Wohlfühlen. Wir sind oft dort und ich freue mich immer auf „dies und das“. Das leckere Essen, die lieben Gastgeber& das tolle Ambiente laden immer wieder zum Einkehren ein. Wir freuen uns auf viele weitere Abende in der Deutschen Eiche 🥰!

Selbst waren wir auf einer Hochzeit im Gasthof Deutsche Eiche. Es hat mir gefallen, dass der Chefkoch seine Arbeit mit Hingabe erfüllt. Vor dem Beginn des Mahls informierte er alle Gäste über eventuelle Allergene. Zudem gab es köstliche vegane und vegetarische Alternativen zu den traditionellen Gerichten. Fleisch, Fisch und Beilagen werden niemanden gleichgültig lassen. Für Liebhaber der traditionellen deutschen Küche ist dieser Ort uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

2023: Wir konnten gar nicht anders als wieder dort lecker essen gehen. Die Besitzer sind so herzlich. Das Essen fantastisch. Preis Leistung nicht zu toppen. Toll ❣️ 2022: Toller Gasthof! 🫶🏼 Sind nach einem langen Tag im Dinopark völlig verhungert dort eingefallen. Wurden herzlich bewirtet und bekocht. Es gab Kindermusik, freundliche Worte und Tipps zur Umgebung. Das Schnitzel Leute… meeega 🫶🏼Super gespeist, sogar meine Nichte hat alles aufgegessen.. super lecker alles. Können wir nicht nur empfehlen, sondern kommen definitiv wieder wenn wir in der Umgebung sind. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundlichkeit. 🤗❣️Ach ja, auch der Hinterhof mit Biergarten ist einen Besuch wert. Schaut Euch die Fotos an. 🫶🏼

Gutbürgerliche deutsche Küche ! Rahmschnitzel zu empfehlen.

Ein Gasthaus im wahrsten Wortsinn. Sehr gastliche und freundliche Wirtsleute, sehr schmackhaftes und bodenständiges Essen, angemessene Preise. Wenn auch von außen eher schlicht, ist das Gasthaus innen sehr ansprechend. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.

Super leckeres Champignonrahmschnitzel, frischer Salat, tolle Kinderkarte, Preis-Leistung top, sehr kinderfreundlich und herzlicher, freundlicher Service. Essen to go ebenfalls möglich und genauso lecker wie vor Ort. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommen (und beim nächsten mal direkt mit Bargeld 😉).
