Ein wirklich Guter Brauereigasthof. Schöner Biergarten, tolles Essen, leckeres Bier. Wir hatten eine tolle Bedingungen....hat alles gepasst....so soll es sein.

Wir waren an einem Donnerstag mit 4 Personen beim Gambas essen, die 2 Kinder aßen Schnitzel mit Pommes. Die ersten Gambas die kamen, waren nur lauwarm. Ich hatte dem Kellner auch beim ersten abtragen gesagt, dass die Gambas nur lauwarm waren. Die zweite Portion war super warm. Die dritte Portion unten lauwarm oben sehr warm. Die Gambas die heiß waren, schmeckten toll, die lauwarmen leider nur mäßig. Der Mayonnaise Soße fehlte leider der Geschmack, sprich Knoblauch. Wir gehen jedes Jahr zum Gambas Essen und die ersten Jahre war die Soße um Klassen besser. Da wäre Nachbesserung toll. Die Schnitzel von den Kindern waren lecker, die Pommes waren unserer Meinung zu dick und innen knatschig, also nicht kross. Auch da könnte nachgebessert werden. Mal sehen, ob unsere Anregungen angenommen wurden. 🤷‍♀️ Der Kellner jedenfalls sagte, er hätte die Anregung an den Koch weitergegeben. Wir werden es wieder ausprobieren.

Wir haben während unseres Aufenthalts in Ehingen hier ein 3-Gänge-Menü zum Abendessen und ein Mittagessen genossen. Hervorragendes Essen, gute Portionen und eine exzellente Auswahl an Bieren und Weinen. Freundlicher und professioneller Service.

Schöne Gaststätte mit gutem Service. Einladenden Ambiente. Das Essen war enttäuschend: Ich hatte ein Schweineschnitzel, die Qualität war nicht gut. Die Pannade pappte am trockenen Fleisch. Die Pommes Frites waren ok.

Wir haben gut gegessen, aber alles war viel zu salzig, obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Menü gebucht hatten. Das Personal schien etwas ratlos, was es mit uns anfangen sollte. (Zusätzliche Mittagessen!!!)

Sehr gute hauseigene Biere und auch das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Meines Erachtens das beste Bier, das un Ehingen gebraut wird. Service sehr schnell und vor allem auch sehr freundlich. Ambiente hat mir ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Daher: Auf jeden Fall wieder.

Schöne Wirtschaft mit eigener Bierbrauerei. Das Bier schmeckt sehr gut. Auch das Essen und auch der Service ist gut.

Das Essen war hervorragend und der Service spitze. Hab noch nicht einmal erlebt das unser Vierbeiner ( 1 Jahr) so freundlich willkommen geheißen wurde und man sich vorab um sein leibliches Wohl gekümmert hat. Der Hund hat die positive Einstellung gespürt und war völlig entspannt. Wir haben in noch keinem Lokal so entspannt mit Hund gegessen.

Wir haben uns am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag spontan entschieden nach Ehingen zu fahren . Kurz angerufen und tatsächlich noch einen Platz bekommen. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht, wie toll alles funktioniert hat. Reservierung, absolut toller Service, Essen spitze, Ambiente auch sehr schön. So kann Weihnachten 🎄 sein 🧑‍🎄🎄🥰

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von etwa 10 Personen zum Essen dort und hatten vorher reserviert. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Das Essen kam für alle zeitlich passend, war warm und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Besonders positiv fanden wir die große Auswahl an verschiedenen Biersorten. Der Burger an sich war geschmacklich top, allerdings fand ich das Burger-Brötchen etwas klein. Insgesamt aber ein sehr gelungener Besuch und ein empfehlenswertes Restaurant.

We've had breakfast at the Schwanen several times now and are always delighted. Everything is fresh and delicious. A huge selection – there's truly something for everyone! The service is always incredibly attentive and friendly. We're already planning our next visit!

Simply a great location where everything fits perfectly.

A three-day short break with wellness and beer tasting in a very interesting setting! A state-of-the-art spa area, intensive steam room, and sauna with infusions. It was a perfect vacation. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back, for example, for a gin seminar. Many thanks to the entire team.

Very friendly service, and the food was also excellent. We were guests of the Beer Culture Hotel, and the breakfast here in the restaurant was also very filling. I particularly like the scrambled eggs, which are made from real eggs, which are delicious. The many beers are also excellent. We'll definitely be back for the beer hike.

There is a choice of food for everyone, there is something they like, but still a bit too expensive, sorry, at least for my budget, the atmosphere and staff are perfect🥰

Delicious house-brewed beer and specialty beers. There's a dedicated beer menu! Very good food. I enjoyed the 4-course beer menu. Four dishes, each paired with a matching beer. Large and tasty portions, and a decent glass of beer to go with it. Everything was perfect. Thanks to the chef and the friendly service.

At the BierKulturHotel Schwaben, everything is perfect. The staff in the hotel, and especially in the restaurant, is very friendly, and they try to accommodate special requests. Everyone is always there to listen to guests. The food is plentiful and delicious. I highly recommend the hotel. Special highlights are the courses on beer, but also on gin.

The Gasthof Schwanen is a gem, passionately run by owners Michael and Dominic Miller. The atmosphere is warm and traditional, and you immediately feel welcome. The food is fantastic, especially the cheese spaetzle (cheese spaetzle) is a dream! The house beers and spirits are also a delight. You can feel the long family tradition and attention to detail at every turn. A visit is highly recommended!

Traditional restaurant with friendly service. We had booked the beer menu and were really more than full. We didn't manage to get all the beers.

Good food and a nice, cozy atmosphere!

The beer at the brewery was excellent, but the hotel was only okay; you'd expect more from a 4-star hotel. The restaurant smelled strongly of the kitchen, so we ate elsewhere. The beer selection and bar were very good, though.

We stayed in the hotel's own restaurant and had dinner several days and breakfast every day in the brewery. It was perfect for us. The waiters were always very friendly, and even when the place was very busy, they never lost their smiles. We were able to meet the head chef personally, which is a wonderful thing about a family-run business. The food was outstanding. No matter what we ordered, it was all delicious. Breakfast also left nothing to be desired. And whatever wasn't there was brought to us. The beer ice cream (which is not for children) is highly recommended! We can absolutely recommend this restaurant, and we will definitely be back. THANK YOU!

We were there for breakfast with the family for the first time on Saturday. The selection, freshness, cleanliness and value for money deserve 5 stars. The staff and the boss are very friendly and you feel very comfortable.

Die Bedienungen sind sehr gut und freundlich, außerdem wird das bestellte Essen/Trinken sehr schnell gebracht. Zudem gibt es zum trinken sehr spezielle leckere Biere wie zum Beispiel verschiedene Sorten der Hauseigenen Brauerei oder auch verschiedene Variationen der ebenfalls Hausgemachten Limonade. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr schön. Man kann also zusammenfassend sagen dass die Brauerei Schwanen eine sehr besondere, gute Brauerei ist.

We stayed at the Gasthof Schwanen from May 16th to 18th, 2025. The staff was friendly and competent. The rooms were CLEAN and very COMFORTABLY furnished. The food was delicious, or rather, VERY delicious. Everything was topped off by the breakfast. We were very satisfied and delighted all around. The next beer hike is sure to come, and then we'll be heading back to the Gasthof Schwanen.

We stayed at the hotel for four days and ate at the inn. The staff at both the hotel and the inn were friendly and accommodating. The food, both three and four-course meals, were very good. The selection of beers served with the four-course meal was excellent. The brewery tour explained the entire brewing process very well, and the beers served were also very good. We'll be back again.

The best brewery tour I've ever taken, the boss has top expertise and a very pleasant and entertaining way of talking about beer production. Beer tastes great and the menu leaves nothing to be desired. The price is a bit high but worth every cent.

The inn has a special flair and invites you to linger here. Next door is the brewery, you can also take a brewing and distilling course here. Or if you like, take a beer bath. A few colleagues and I were here at the Gasthof Schwanen to have a delicious meal one evening. The front area was very well occupied, but we were in the next room and it was also comfortable. The food was very tasty, but what I personally found to be a shame was that there were different portion sizes of fries. So it wasn't uniformly the same - in one case it was 1.5 handfuls while in the next it was only a handful. Service? Given how busy it was, it was quite understaffed. We had to wait several times, but probably the other guests too. This wasn't just when placing a drink order, but there were also delays when it came to eating. I don't know if this could have been prevented. But maybe next time it will simply be taken into account if a larger group registers and more staff will be deployed on these days. Otherwise, I found the beer tasting very tasty 😋 There could have been a lot more of the cheese - if more people wanted to try the beer tasting. 😅😁

The price/performance ratio at the breakfast buffet is unbeatable. Everything is fresh and attractively prepared, there are always new variations, everything is super delicious! Called the day before and got a table.

We've eaten there several times but our last visit was very disappointing, the breaded veal schnitzel (Wienerschnitzel) was dry, tough and tasted like old fat and the potato salad had no taste. It's a shame, otherwise I always had a good meal there. My companion saw someone bringing ready-made frozen schnitzel into the kitchen. I asked the waitress if the chef had changed and she said no, I hope the chef hasn't lost his interest in cooking.

The food is great! The roast roast to the point! Their own beer is also very tasty and the selection of beers is huge! The service ladies could have a little more enthusiasm and joy in their work. They are friendly, but you don't get a smile. Otherwise it would be 5 stars!

We stayed at Schwanen for 2 nights and were very disappointed with the service. Long wait for dinner - the waitress is not interested in the guests. No comment and no apology. The food is almost thrown on the table. Nobody is interested in supplies. Things were different in Paula's Alb and Berg. It's a shame as a renowned cultural beer hotel. Rooms and ambience are pleasant and very clean and tastefully decorated.

Since we were in Berg the evening before, the bar was set very high. Conclusion: we didn't feel particularly comfortable in the Schwanen Inn. Food was good, beer was okay too, but the ambience (starting with the floor tiles) is somehow cool and old-fashioned. The staff: seems stressed, not attentive. My beer glass was empty for 45 minutes without anyone asking me if I would like to drink anything else (not even when I was clearing my plate). There are far better alternatives in Ehingen.

Sehr gute, empfehlenswerte schwäbische Küche und verschiedene Bierspezialitäten. Der Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Service einwandfrei und für Fremdsprachler auch in Englisch.

We had breakfast at Schwanen today. Everything is right here! Service, quality, ambience and above all the price-performance ratio!! The staff was very friendly and we felt more than comfortable. All in all a great breakfast spot in and around Ehingen that is highly recommended!

I was here to eat at the restaurant. The staff is extremely friendly and you are warmly welcomed. For dinner I had a salad with strips of beef. The food was so delicious and the meat was perfect. The restaurant is comfortably furnished. Highly recommended ☺️.

Lange aufs Essen gewartet, nach 45 Minuten hat der Koch festgestellt, dass das Essen, das ich bestellt habe ausgegangen ist. Dann nochmals lange gewartet. Es war aber fast keine Gäste im Lokal sodass die lange Wartezeit gerechtfertigt gewesen wäre. Das Essen war dann fast kalt und hat nicht gut geschmeckt.

Went there for lunch, unfortunately the schnitzel was very disappointing. Because of the shape, I'm assuming TK Ware. The salad was served with shepherd's cheese in a Greek style, something I don't expect in a good middle-class brewery inn. The cheese spaetzle were very tasty. The service was great.

A very successful evening that I received as a Christmas present from my wife and I was very excited to see how the evening turned out. Micha was able to tell us a lot about beer, how it is made and the many types that exist around the world. We were able to be there live and watch how beer was brewed. Many questions were asked and these were answered very precisely. Overall, this evening was not only beautiful and entertaining, but also very informative. We will stop by Micha's again in the near future and hope to get a great beer accompaniment. The food was also very tasty and went very well with this beer evening. We were able to get to know Micha, a beer brewer who introduced us to the world of beers with a lot of passion and arrangement. We are happy to recommend the Schwanen Brewery.

Mittagessen am 1. Weihnachtsfeiertag war dem saftigen Preis nicht angemessen. Jeder meiner 5 eingeladenen Gäste war nicht zufrieden (lauwarme Pommes, trocknes und zähes Fleisch. Schwarzkraut statt Blaukraut zu Wildgulasch etc.) Keine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant. Wenn möglich ausweichen auf "Paula's Alb" in Ehingen.

Nice, cozy atmosphere and friendly service. Unfortunately, the food was served lukewarm and at a different time, so that it was completely cold by the time each family member had their dish. In terms of taste, the dishes were all mediocre and therefore unfortunately different than expected given the prices.

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden über den sanitärbereich wenn man mit Rollstuhl Bucht und eine eingeschränkte im Gehen hat kann man bei der Reservierung darauf achten dass man sagt die Toiletten sind erste Etage. Mit der Küche bin ich sehr unzufrieden. Unabhängig ob Feiertage sind ja oder nein dann braucht man Personal die von sieben Essen sich nur sechs merken können dann kommt man wieder frägt noch mal 10 Minuten später kommt man dann dann ist ein Essen aus das darf nicht passieren. Dann essen fünf Leute dann kommt ein Essen mehr wie verspätet das 7 Essen fehlte und dann schiebt man noch schnell Pommes und Schnitzel das Schnitzel war roh die Panade war noch feucht es war kalt und zäh. Es kann nicht sein ,dass ein traditionelles Essen am ersten Feiertag im ersten durchgang schon aus ist, zumal nach uns auch noch welche traditionelles Essen Wollten Ich finde es traurig wäre man nicht in Familien gewesen , hätte man mit Sicherheit auch was gesagt. Schnitzel ist das einfachste Essen das kann selbst ein blinder Koch und einer mit ein Arm zubereiten. Der Service war sehr freundlich, kann aber das eigentliche Problem dann auch nicht wieder wettmachen. Wir kommen nicht wieder

Hello everyone, picked up my mother for Christmas dinner today. Table was reserved. We then found something with the small map, nothing extraordinary but still a challenge. Most of them found schnitzel with fries and ordered it. The food was finally brought. As soon as the plate was brought it became clear that nothing was going to happen. The schnitzels were not properly fried, the game goulash was more like beef. which chef it was, if any. Thank you for the 1st Advent. Jürgen Dollesche with family. We will never come back

This is how BierKulturWellness works: Great four-course menu, whether salad with beer samico, caramelized malted potatoes as a side dish or ice cream made from our own beer. Beer is the central theme here. And then there was the right beer for each course: Pale Ale, Jackpot, Zwickel and Simco 3. Yes, and there was the brewery tour and the beer spa... Gladly again

The food and beers were very good. Huge selection. The tasting offers where you get several beers in small glasses were particularly great. Unfortunately, there is no something to nibble on or have a snack with the beers.

We stayed at the hotel and did the beer hiking trail part 1 and part 2. The rest days must be noted in advance. But despite a few days of rest, we had a lot of fun. We were here in November, when the hike was a little quieter. I can only recommend it and at the end of the tour there was a delicious beer and a delicious dinner at Schwanen. The hotel offers everything your heart desires. The breakfast at Schwanen leaves nothing to be desired. I can only recommend it. The diversity of the beer range caters to different wishes and needs, so everyone can find something for themselves. The brewery tour was very informative and led personally by the boss. So take a picture of here for yourself. The city of Ehingen also offers other things.

Haben schon 2 × im dazugehörenden Hotel ein Wochenende verbracht. Nur zum empfehlen. Das Essen und das Frühstück super lecker.Donnerstags Gamba satt.Sehr lecker.Hätte mir aber eine richtig gute Aioli dazu gewünscht.

Very nice rooms, varied, rich breakfast. The beers are also very tasty. However, the food in the restaurant was very mixed. The quality of the a la carte left a lot to be desired, but the set meal (beef beer steak) was excellent

I was only there briefly to try the porter and thought it was simply delicious. Luckily there was nothing going on yet so I was able to talk to the service staff: a very nice young group! I'll be back =)

It was actually a pretty nice brewery restaurant, but the food was third rate. And the beer is relatively expensive. It's a shame, we remembered this place better.
