Gasthaus Zur Zonne in Wadern

This is the only place where I still feel really comfortable in the HACO. The food is good and the staff is mostly friendly. The catch is: it's only open twice a week.

Best kebab shop and best meat. My heart is bleeding from the closure. This is worse than heartbreak 💔

Gute und frisch zubereitete Speisen in der Gastronomie, vornehmlich mit den Zutaten aus der Produktion des Gutshofes und den Produzenten aus der Umgebung. Hofladen mit vielfältiger Auswahl an Fleisch- und Wurstware aus eigener Haltung und Produktion und Wild aus eigener Jagd. Produkte mit einzigartigem Charakter und fein abgestimmter Würze aus handwerklicher Herstellung. Bio-Obst- und Gemüse vom Hofgut und aus der Region, sowie andere regionale Lebens- und Genussmittel.

Good restaurant with friendly service.

Upscale Saarland cuisine in a stylish ambience. In summer it is very idyllic to sit on the Wadern market square. Great wine selection and delicious dishes from starters to dessert with creatively put together components. My highlight: Parmesan crème brûlée! Prices for me are more for special occasions, but it's worth it! Suggestion for improvement: subtle, quiet background music for a little more discretion :)
