Were there for the first time. Ate schnitzel. Were great, didn't have to wait that long. Service was super nice and quick. Would love to come back.

The veal cream roast was a poem. The meat was so tender that you didn't need a knife. The sauce and plenty of it was very tasty. The salad and side dishes were very good. The cordon bleu with potato salad was also delicious. The service was very friendly and quick. We will be back!

Highly recommended...but it's always best to make a reservation. Small menu but the food is always very good. We always like to come!!

So at first we were a bit skeptical because the restaurant wasn't immediately recognizable as such from the street. Only the beer benches in the courtyard suggested that we were in the right place. Then we went into the dining room and well what can I say, a rustic rustic was waiting for us there, with various animal heads on the walls and photos from 35 years ago (if I remember correctly). The waitress was very nice and gave us the menu, but unlike what was shown online, it didn't contain many dishes. What was offered there was really delicious 😋! Schnitzel and Schäuferle like grandma's... simply wonderful. We'll definitely be back when we're in the area again!

I can only advise everyone not to eat carp here, please don't do that to yourself. Because you won't want anyone else any time soon. How can a carp taste so great? Spicy, crispy and absolutely great for the price! Does a carp have more than 10 bones? Actually, right? But after eating there is only the head and a handful of bones. Either it's a new breed or I'll just eat everything from this wonderful animal. All joking aside, no seriously. I've eaten so many carp so far. But he is. Our personal favorite. Price performance is excellent! Of course everyone has different tastes but all I say is, try it! And I'll come back next week ;) As soon as it's on the plate I only come to my senses when only the bones are left, really crazy. Oh and how cool, review number 200. Yeah. Keep it up!!

It was our first time eating at Traube. The ambience is Franconian cool but very tidy and clean. We like it. The service was quick and friendly and the food wasn't bad either. The map is very clear but also sufficient. The prices are also good for the dishes. Now unfortunately the big thing comes! An onion roast, as it says on the menu, IS made from beef. When you ask the service nicely about the problem and are told it was beef, even though the meat falls apart like roast pork and the meat looks like the delicious Schäufele, I have doubts. Sorry, that doesn't work and destroys any positive recession. The customer is not stupid. A simple apology with, if necessary, espresso would have solved the problem. All dishes, we also had roast venison, were well seasoned. We'll come back and see if the recession can be adjusted.

Sehr leckeres Essen in einem alten und urigen Gasthaus. Als „Preuße“ bin ich normalerweise kein Kloßfan, aber die Klöße hier waren mega lecker!

Schöne Terrasse zum Sitzen an der Sonne. Leckeres frisch zubereitetes Essen. Sonntag ne gute Empfehlung und gibt etwa sieben Tages-Gerichte mit Fleisch.

Hervorragendes Pfefferkarpfenfilet mit ausreichend Salat. Kleine Gaststätte aber alles perfekt.

Nette Dorfkneipe. Im Sommer kann man sehr gut außen sitzen. Der Service war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Essen sehr gut und die Preise noch okay 👍. Da kommt man sehr gerne wieder 😉

Ehrlich gesagt wollten wir gar nicht dahin zum Essen. War absolut Spontan! Fazit: ihr habt neue Stammesser. 🙂 Das Cordon Bleu mit Pommes und Salat war der absolute Wahnsinn. Wo bekommt man schon Camembert im Cordon Bleu? Die Portion war mehr als genug. Und der Preis für die Qualität genial. Freundlichkeit der Bedienung Top. Auf den anderen Tellern haben wir noch Schnitzel und Jägerschnitzel gesehen. Auch absolut reichlich Wir kommen bald und künftig sehr gerne wieder zu euch…

Urig, fränkisch, gut. Gastraum ist klein, Also lieber anrufen und reservieren vor einem Besuch.

Waren nach einer Wanderung hier zum Mittagessen. Keine allzu große Auswahl, aber sehr gut im Geschmack, auch die Größe der Portion ist ausreichend. Sehr netter Gastwirt unterhält sich auch gerne mal mit dem Gast. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen dort ist einfach super! Die Speisekarte ist zwar übersichtlich, aber dafür alles stimmig und lecker. Wer ein Schäuferla will sollte es am besten bei Platzreservierung vermerken lassen, denn wenn aus dann aus 😉.

Ich bin wirklich sehr stark beeindruckt von dieser fränkischen Küche in Ebersbach 👌 Das Essen war ein Gedicht, ich habe mich gefühlt wie bei meiner Mutter früher zuhause auf dem Bauernhof 👏👏👏 Die Bedienung {Markus) war sehr nett, das Essen kam sehr schnell, wir mussten nicht lange warten und wir saßen in einer kleinen, warmen, sehr sauberen gemütlichen Stube und fühlten uns herzlich willkommen 🤗 Vom Preis her kann man nichts sagen, das passt zu dieser hervorragenden Küche mit richtigen Geschmacksexplosionen👏👏👏Ich empfehle jeden, der es urig will unbedingt dort vorbei zu schauen um sich eigenen Eindruck zu machen. Wir kommen jetzt öfter👍

The place at first looked a bit closed, but once we found out that they were open we were seating ourselves outside. The menu was very short and recited by the server: Schnitzel, Schachlik, Currywurst and Bratwurst - all of them with a choice of Potato Salad or French Fries on the side. We were there during the week noon time, not sure if they have a wider variety on other days/times. We ordered Schachlik & (frakian) potato salad and Schnitzel & french fries. The food tasted really good and portions big. I would definitely go again and can recommend them if you're fine with a limited food selection and a low key vibe.

Typisch fränkische Kerwa im Gasthaus zur Traube in Ebersbach. Nette Bewirtung mit leckerer ortsüblicher Küche und regionalem Bier. Dazu Musik der Ebersbacher Blaskapelle die ihr Handwerk perfekt beherrschen.

Freundlich und schnell, trotz guter Füllung des Lokals. Grosse, gut schmeckene Essensportionen. Cordon Bleu war sehr gut. Salatdressing etwas süß. Leberwurst sah gut aus. Gerne mal wieder!

Sehr schöne Terrasse und sehr schöner Außenbereich. Essen ist top. Bedienungen und Wirt sind immer(!) sehr freundlich, nett und total flott.
