Gasthaus Zum Westerwald in Rennerod

Very friendly service, a real asset to Rennerod. The onion schnitzel with fries and salad was the best thing I've had in ages. But now a spectacular end with a closure without any warning. 🤬 Many people with vouchers can no longer redeem them and are understandably furious. A gamble? You'd better not come back. A shame for the staff.

Friendly service, delicious pizza, and the restaurant appears clean. Prices for the food are okay, however, I find €10.60 for a 0.4-liter apple spritzer and a 0.4-liter Spezi (a German soft drink) very expensive! The price and quality are rather disproportionate :-(

We've eaten there many times, often with a group of 12, and it was always fine. As long as there's nothing to complain about. Now we've experienced the other side of things, and we had hoped for some accommodating behavior. That wasn't the case. What a shame.
