Gasthaus Zum Hirsch in Wangen im Allgäu

That was once again a very nice surprise. It's been a long time since I've had such a delicious burger. And the chilli cheese fries were also great. Crispy, hot and very spicy. The service was very friendly. The only detraction is the ambience, but we were also inside and the decor is a bit bland, but the service and food make up for it. From now on I know where I go when I want a delicious burger!

The food was consistently very tasty! It's just a shame that card payments are not accepted.

The bike in Wangen has a long tradition and was taken over by the current owner Kathan family in autumn 2023. In the rustic, cozy atmosphere, good home-style cuisine at a high level is offered. The service staff is very helpful, attentive and super friendly! We ate the Rad's Bauernpfännchen and the Wiener-Style Schnitzel. Both were excellent and at a level that we have not experienced for a long time and at a fair price/performance ratio. We can only warmly recommend the inn and will certainly come back often.

Very good food, very nice service, nice atmosphere

After our reserved table had to be canceled a few months ago (because the chef was sick), we made the second attempt a few days ago and it was definitely worth it! Very, very friendly and nice people, attentive service and absolutely delicious food! The sun manages to revive the whole old village atmosphere and makes you think of what it was like when every village had its 2-3 well-known farms! Everything was just right for us and we will definitely enjoy going there again! The price is also absolutely okay, and you also get really great cooking quality when you eat!
