Gasthaus Zum Hirsch in Wangen im Allgäu

This was our first, but certainly not our last, visit here. When my wife asked how the chicken was, she replied, "Better than my mother's." The other food was also great.👍😎 And we've already done it again. We were at Stiefel with our children. Great atmosphere, amazing food, and a really nice chef. Thank goodness we made reservations in advance. We have to go back to Allgäu in September (my son says he's getting married). We'll definitely make reservations again. Keep up the good work.👍👍😎 We've already been back. This time with our youngest son and my brother-in-law. The only complaint: There was too much. The owner and waitresses were great as always 👍😎

After our table reservation had to be canceled a few months ago (due to the chef being ill), we made a second attempt a few days ago, and it was definitely worth it! Very friendly and welcoming staff, attentive service, and absolutely delicious food! The Sonne manages to revive the old village atmosphere and reminds you of what it was like when every village had its two or three well-known inns! Everything was just perfect for us, and we'll definitely be happy to go back! The price is absolutely reasonable, and the food is of truly excellent quality!

Hello dear readers, They currently have a doner kebab for five euros, and if I'm honest, I would have expected a bit more for that price. It was very generously presented, and I found the sauce a bit bland, too. And the vegetables, too. What goes into the doner kebab was a bit bland in taste. It was missing some red cabbage. I can't say much about the ambiance, though. The interior was okay; there wasn't a cash register with a receipt, at least that's what I noticed. If I were to come back again, I honestly have to say no. But I still wish the shop all the best.

The food was exceptional and truly unforgettable. The wine pairings were expertly selected and added a wonderful touch to the entire experience. I'm already looking forward to returning!
