Gasthaus Rössle in Elzach

Vielen Dank für den schönen Tag! Angefangen von der Begrüßung vor der Wanderung über die liebevoll und kreativ gerichteten Rucksäcke bis hin zu einem fabelhaften Essen am Abend. Ganz besonders Manon und Luca haben den Tag super entspannt ausklingen lassen ❤️ Wir werden uns bestimmt wieder sehen!

Wir haben mit Freunden die Weinwanderung mit anschließendem Abendessen gebucht. Die Tour führt einen auf einem schönen Rundweg durch das Tal und der hervorragend ausgestattet Rucksack (egal ob mit Wein oder antialkoholischen Getränken gerichtet) lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Highlight des Tages aber blieb das Menü im Anschluss. Die einzelnen Gänge waren einfach nur hervorragend, die Weinkarte ließ keine Wünsche offen und diese beiden wurden nur durch den Service übertroffen. Freundlich, höflich, mit der perfekten Mischung aus Witz und Professionalität haben uns Manon und Luca den Abend versüßt. Vielen Dank dafür. P.s. Wir haben heute die Feinschmecker Tour des Gasthaus Rössle angetreten. Bei strahlendem Sonnenschein wurden wir herzlich von Manon in Empfang genommen die uns den Ablauf bei einem Aperitif genau erklärte und und die Vesper Rucksäcke überreichte. Die Tour war wunderschön und der Inhalt des Rucksacks sehr lecker und auswahlreich. Die Kühlakkus hielten den Wein und die Speisen schon kühl und erfrischend. Nach der Tour ging es an das 4 Gänge Menü. Es wurde ein hervorragender Abend, mit liebevoll zubereiteten Speisen, guten Weinen, in einem schönen Ambiente und fantastischem Personal. Vielen Dank an Manon und Luca, ihr habt den Abend perfekt gemacht!

Unglaublich leckeres, regionales und hochwertiges Essen, wunderschöne Atmosphäre und fantastischer Service. Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal da und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir waren hier an zwei Abenden beim Essen, Vorspeisen ,Hauptgerichte sowie die Desserts war einfach top vom Geschmack ,Qualität und Ansichten. Sehr netter Service hier passt einfach alles In Elzach und Umgebung die Nr.1 Zukünftig weiterhin viel Erfolg

Wir kommen unregelmäßig, aber immer mit großer Vorfreude in diese Gaststätte. Es ist aber jedesmal ein neues sehr schönes Gefühl. Das Essen ist hervorragend und die Gastlichkeit wird hier groß geschrieben. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ruhige, entspannte Athmosphäre. Herzliches Willkommen. Tolles, stimmiges Ambiente. Abläufe nach unseren Wünschen. Essen perfekt. Opener mit frisch gebackenem, noch lauwarmem Brot. Hauptgerichte "a la minute". Selten so gut zubereiteten Fisch gegessen. Sehr gute Idee, die Weine in kleineren Flaschen anzubieten. Wir sind relativ neu in der Gegend, zugezogen aus Berlin - das "Rössle" kommt ganz oben auf unsere Liste. Vielen Dank für den netten Abend.

Wunderschönes Lokal, hervorragend, zuvorkommender und sehr aufmerksames Personal. Eines der wenigen Restaurants bei denen von der Vorspeise, über das Hauptgericht bis hin zum Desert einfach alles gepasst hat. Perfekt zubereitet, angerichtet und abgeschmeckt. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

3Tage 2 Nächte 2× Frühstück 2× Abendessen. Junges freundliches Team. Das moderne Zimmer war Ruhig, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Das seperate Bad wird mit einer Glasscheibe getrennt die man verdunkeln kann. Frühstücksraum ausreichend Platz. Selbstgemachte portionierte Marmelade, Butter.... in Gläser aufbewahrt in einem Kühlschrank. Frühstückseier werden frisch (Spiegel,Rühr,Weichgekochtes Ei...) an der Kochtheke zubereitet. Wurst, Käse, Obstsalat, Gemüse, frische Brötchen..... alles in einer sehr guten Qualität vorhanden. Abendessen ( Tisch reservieren empfohlen) Eine Überschaubare Wechselnde Speicherkarte Für Auge und der Gaumen war es vorzüglich. Wir waren mit dem Hotel und Restaurant sehr zufrieden und wünschen dem gesamten Team alles gute und weiter so.

Liebes Team, mein Mann und ich hatten anlässlich seines runden Geburtstags einen wunderschönen Abend bei Ihnen im Haus. Service und Essen waren hervorragend und wir haben den Abend sehr genossen. Auch haben wir uns sehr über die Aufmerksamkeit anlässlich seines Ehrentages gefreut. Wir können nur sagen: Wir empfehlen Euch weiter und kommen bald wieder. :)

Wir waren an einem Sonntag zu zweit und zu Mittag im Restaurant essen. Es war sehr lecker, sehr fein und ausgewogen zubereitet. Auch das Anrichten der Gerichte war Eibe Augenweide. Der Service war ausgesprochen freundlich und entgegenkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Ein wirklich entspannter Besuch, der das Ziel eines gemütlichen Beisammeneins mit Genuss vollumfänglich erfüllt hat.

Ein absolut perfektes Wochenende. Start war die Genießer Wandertour, mit vielen Leckereien und tollen Weinen. Unser Highlight war das noch warme frisch gebackene Sauerteigbrot. Abends zum Abschluss ein super leckeres Menü, das von sehr motivierten und gut gelaunten Mitarbeitern abgerundet wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr Modern und trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet für einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Das Frühstücksbuffett ließ keine Wünsche offen, alles sehr frisch und nachhaltig. Wir hatten eine tolle Feinschmecker-Tour. Mit gut gefüllten (auf unseren Wunsch vegetarischen) Vesper-Rücksäcken und lieben Einführungsinformationen vom Chef - bei einem leckeren Aperitif- starteten wir bei bestem Wetter unsere Wanderung. Die 9 bzw 12 km lange, vorgeschlagene Vesper-Wanderung (Route bei Komoot) führt über einige Anstieg zu schönen Wegen und Aussichten (so wie man sich den Schwarzwald vorstellt). An zwei lauschigen Stellen haben wir ausgiebig Vesper-Pause gemacht und die leckeren Speisen und Weine genossen. Herrlich. Wir entschieden uns für die 12 km Variante und hatten am Schluss 13,3 km und rd. 400 Höhenmeter hinter uns als wir nach etwa 5 h wieder am Gasthaus ankamen. Nach einem Pils im Biergarten wartete das leckere und wohlverdiente Wirtshausmenü auf uns. Das Essen war klasse, der Service einmalig. Hervorragend.

Sehr lecker, leckeres Essen, super freundlich und aufmerksam Bedienung. Wir hatten das Überraschungs Menü mit 4K hin und sind absolut positiv überrascht worden. Wir haben ein kulinarischer, hervorragendes Essen mit einer sehr guten Wein Empfehlung dazu bekommen und Haben uns den ganzen Abend sehr wohl gefühlt

Sensationell das Essen. Ganz tolles Personal. Manuel der Wirt ein Zauberer vor dem Herrn. Wir hatten zweimal das Vergnügen dieses tolle Lokal besuchen zu dürfen. Den Trend wollen wir weiterhin beibehalten.

Es war wie immer ein schöner Besuch! Sehr leckeres Essen und eine super freundliche Bedienung und freundliche Atmosphäre. Wer sehr gut essen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

Der Abend im Gasthaus Rössle war wieder mal absolut überragend. Manuel und sein Team sind so herzlich und die Küche ist ein absolutes Highlight. Perfekt abgestimmt. Ein absolutes Highlight war das Sauerteig Brot zu Beginn und die Karotten-sowie die Kürbiskern-Butter. Wir haben den Weinabend begleitet und auch die Weine waren toll. Passend zu dem Menü. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne!

Wir haben wieder wunderbar gegessen. Essen war alles perfekt. Das einzige was uns bei diesem Besuch gestört hat, war die außerordentlich hohe Geräuschkulisse. Wir saßen in dem hübschen kleineren Raum, in dem eine lange Tafel mit etwa 25 Personen, davon ca. 1/3 Kinder eingedeckt war. Für eine Gesellschaft in dieser Größenordnung müsste ein Nebenzimmer zur Verfügung stehen. Diese Unruhe und Lautstärke hat unseren Genuss vom Essen schon immens getrübt.

Wir hatten Raclette eigentlich im Chalet am Golfplatz gebucht, wurden mangels Auslastung aber ins Hauptrestaurant umgelegt. Es war alles perfekt, Salat vorweg, Raclette und Dessert. Bedienung war ser aufmerksam und freundlich.

Wir durften am Wochenende einen perfekten Abend im Rössle verbringen. Die Küche war hervorragend, der Service aufmerksam und professionell – einfach perfekt. Das Essen mit dem abgestimmten Weinmenü war ein echtes Highlight, alles auf den Punkt und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zubereitet. Man spürt sofort, dass hier mit Herz und Leidenschaft gearbeitet wird. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die wunderbaren Gastgeber, die diesen Abend so besonders gemacht haben. Übrigens: Auch die Zimmer sind sehr schön und laden zum Wohlfühlen ein. Herzlichen Dank – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We ate dinner here. The food was delicious, though the dressing for the Feldsalat and the carpaccio were a little too sweet for my taste. This is likely because I'm not too fond of sweetness in savory dishes. However, the soup was excellent!

A very nice and cozy inn with excellent Baden cuisine. Very friendly hosts. The rooms are clean, with modern bathrooms and good mattresses. Very good and plentiful breakfast.

We went to the inn for dinner on Saturday. Right from the start, we received a warm welcome and were immediately taken care of. The food was absolutely fantastic! Everything was cooked and fried to perfection and seasoned wonderfully. The wine and the Negroni after dinner were also excellent! All in all, a perfect evening. We will definitely be back.

The Rössle is a truly excellent restaurant. We've been there several times now. The food is imaginative and tastes superb. However, the service depends heavily on whether you know the owner or not. This is quite noticeable. When acquaintances arrive wearing an extremely cheap perfume, which they've applied liberally and whose scent overpowers everything else for a very long time, completely masking the aroma of the main course, the enjoyment is ruined. Despite mentioning these well-known guests, the owner unfortunately made no mention of it.

A very pleasant atmosphere in a lovely dining room with good soundproofing. The food (poacher's pan or small fish platter) was stylishly presented and tasted excellent. Delicious bread with two tasty spreads was served beforehand. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

One of the best restaurants in the region! Michelin-star quality, and the prices are so fair!! I did the gourmet tour, which included the tavern menu in the evening! A must-do! The hotel rooms are very attractive and practically brand new. Manuel and his team are simply in a class of their own!

On October 17, three of us dined at the Gasthaus Rössle. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. From the ambiance to the excellent food and wine, we had a wonderful evening. The service was attentive and never intrusive. We felt comfortable. We're planning another visit during our upcoming summer vacation.

We had a delicious meal here. The ambiance invites you to linger. The dishes were a true taste experience. They were accompanied by matching regional wines and a delicious accompaniment from the kitchen. The service was exceptionally friendly, quick, and yet discreet. We felt very comfortable.

Can't we give it 10 stars ⭐️ and a Gold Medal? 😅 After 3 weeks in Germany and full of Slow Food discoveries, this restaurant undoubtedly deserves First Prize, both for the impeccable and extraordinary quality of the dishes and for the welcome and service, with a genuine smile and honest kindness. And for the rather unusual generosity (homemade bread, crispy and delicious with the starters and a small biscuit PLUS chocolate-hazelnut praline with the coffee and the bill, at no extra charge but with a smile)! And what a beautiful, super pleasant and beautifully appointed place! We would absolutely like to stay there for hours and hours more. I've never eaten a Wiener Schnitzel of such quality and freshness; the "light and healthy" option with fresh and crispy vegetables is fantastic! Or the pasta with venison meatballs, to die for! Very well-crafted and rich consommés. Very tasty coffees. Well, great! You have to do it!!! Bravo. Worth the detour, if not the trip.

I stumbled upon the Rößle Inn in Elzach today quite by chance, after taking my cuckoo clock in Schonach for repairs – without knowing at first where I'd actually landed. Until now, I only knew the Rößle through its Instagram account, which I was already thrilled with – and my expectations were absolutely met. The atmosphere is harmonious, the decor is lovingly designed, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was excellent – ​​fresh, honest, and spot on. You immediately feel at home and welcome here. I'd love to come back. Best regards

I participated in the gourmet tour. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day. Our backpacks were packed with excellent regional products, from sausages, cheeses, salads, and vegetables to delicious homemade bread, beer, wine, and sodas. Everyone - the owner and staff - is very friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Tasteful room, elegant breakfast room (this is also the cooking school's place) with nice view and very good and tasty breakfast. The elegant bathroom had a great shower and the standard size bed was comfortable. Practical and friendly furnished, they got the best out of the limited space. Very clean. I also enjoyed the daily dishes and permanent menue in the restaurant. The only downside: the room was hot and stayed hot the whole night, as there is no aircon.

The reservation process is easy and efficient. The food was once again excellent, and the service was unobtrusive, yet efficient, friendly, and fast. This restaurant is highly recommended.

We made a spontaneous reservation for Tasty Tuesday today. We had an excellent meal and, as always, enjoyed very attentive service. See you next time.
