Typically Bavarian. Business. In addition to the regulars' table where cards are played, there are always many guests who like to eat here. Always busy even during the week. The food is always fine. Price/performance fits. Service always friendly. Gladly again.

I recently visited Gasthaus Pfaffelbräu and had a mixed experience. The restaurant has a cozy and cozy atmosphere inside, which makes it a pleasant place to dine. The food was delicious and affordable, which is definitely a plus. One downside, however, was the sofas with split backrests. These wobbled constantly due to other guests pushing on them, which was quite annoying. In terms of service, we didn't have much contact with the staff, but the overall impression was positive. All in all, Gasthaus Pfaffelbräu offers a good dining experience with good food in a cozy setting, provided you can get a table without wobbly benches.

Ambiance: Bavarian by heart. Weißwurst from the Krammer butcher shop, Bretzn from Wiesender...I'm moving to Pfaffenhofen :-)

Well, the staff can't stop smiling. Last time it got pretty loud in the kitchen - an argument! You could hear it all the way into the guest room! It doesn't work at all. Would like to eat in peace. There are lots of painted children's pictures hanging on the counter😕. Salad plate quite lean with a lot of salad. Food was better and the price of food is not cheap. Things get cleared away very quickly when lunch is over.

There were three of us, Swiss schnitzel with fries, Viennese style schnitzel with fries. Roast pork with two kinds of dumplings. Everything tasted great and the portions were large. The service is also excellent!

A gracious economy in the heart of Pfaffenhofen. Hearty and culinary high-quality dishes are served with love. I was never disappointed there and can recommend everyone to stop there. Cheap food, away from the noise. Nice, small beer garden and friendly staff. The chef knows his craft!

We ordered the Rösti and a Cordon Bleu. The rösti was cool, only slightly browned on the edge. The cordon bleu, on the other hand, looked like it came from a deep fryer. Evenly dark, almost too dark. The service was nice, but I didn't ask if it tasted good. Regarding the ambience, I can say that the table we were sitting at was/is broken.

Had pancake soup. There were more eyes looking in than out. Coleslaw was terrible. Same with the roast pork. The quality of the meat is terrible, it's endlessly tough. What's more, it's absolutely tasteless. It was really good there years ago. Too bad about the money. Never again.

The oldest inn in Pfaffenhofen, there is a lot of tradition combined with delicious cuisine. The Rösti in particular are special. Beer from Müllerbräu is also great.

Quaint old pub. The waiter might be happy to smile from time to time😉 The waitress was a bit more relaxed. I had 2 small, thin schnitzels with lots of breading. My husband had the roast pork with 2 different dumplings and he was very satisfied.

Hello guys, you definitely have to go there, the food is excellent, amazing and very tasty, the chef would get a gold star 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from me, soooooo delicious 😋, the staff are very nice and helpful, polite, friendly, man you don't have to wait long until you get something to eat, Sorry the photos are reddish, that was under the parasol.

Nette Bedienung Essen nicht schlecht

Einfach gemütlich bayrisch bodenständig. Solche Gaststätten werden immer seltener aber wenn du da rein kommst ist es wie früher. Einfach gut, nicht außergewöhnlich aber urig. Wir haben nur eine kleine Suppe gegessen aber es hat gepasst und wir haben uns gut gefühlt.

Samstags Mittag 12.00 Uhr, das Wirtshaus voll bis auf einen kleinen Tisch, es ist ein bisschen laut, aber gemütlich!!! Sehr flotte, freundliche, aufmerksame Bedienung und das Essen wirklich außergewöhnlich gut, Schweinebraten, Rösti mit Käse, Tomaten und Spiegelei, vorallem aber die Fettucine mit Wurzelgemüse, Austernpilzen, Rindfleischstreifen und einer "geheimen" dunkelbraunen Sauce.. .😊👍🤩...5 Sterne für den Koch und das Rezept👍❤ Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rustikales Ambiente. Sitzplätze zum Teil etwas eng zu nachbar Tische. Essen gut bürgerlich.

Sehr gutes Essen und eine herrliche urische Atmosphäre. Der Service war zuvorkommend und äußert freundlich.

Deftig, urig, bayrisch halt! Wunderbare alte Wirtsstube mit Kachelofen und viel altes Holz. Essen war ausgezeichnet und die Portionen mehr als ausreichend. Die Preise sind noch moderat! Da mein Enkel jetzt nach PAF gezogen ist, werden wir hier ganz sich noch öfter zum Essen gehen!

Schnitzel mit Pommes hat gut geschmeckt, Bräten haben wir aber schon deutlich besser gegessen. Draußen ist es mit der Verkehr schon etwas lauter.

Que comida maravilhosa, porém infelizmente minha bateria acabou e não pude fotografar meu prato. Parada obrigatória qd visitar a cidade.

Waren heute Weisswürscht essen. Super Würscht, guade Brezn, der Senf a Traum und sehr netter Service. So muass a Weisswurschtfrühstück ausschaun!

Service sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Essen leider nicht so wie erwartet. Schade wir hatten ein sehr schönes Hotel in Pfaffenhofen und hatten uns auf ein schmackhaftes Abendessen gefreut.

Das Essen war gut und auf unsere Spezialanforderung wurde Rücksicht genommen. Preis Leistung ist auch völlig ok. Bedienung war super freundlich und alles in allem ein guter Besuch. Kommen gerne wieder.

Leckeres Essen für anständige Preise, dazu eine freundliche Bedienung. Wenn der Hofgarten noch etwas modernisiert und aufgeräumt wäre, würde ich 5 von 5 Sternen vergeben.

Denne undseelige bayriske restaurant serverer tysk mad, når det er bedst. God, solid og rigelig. Til overflod er maden ganske velsmagende. Vi var heldige med vejret og spiste udenfor. Ikke helt optimalt, da trafikken var noget tæt

Wir hatten Cordon Bleu und Spätzle. Sehr lecker und frisch alles! Die Bedienung war super nett und bemüht. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt! Zu empfehlen!

Bedienung war sehr gut. Das Schweizer Schnitzel und der Pfaffburger grauenvolle Qualität und Zubereitung. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und zum Tisch geführt. Wir wählten am Abend eine kleinere Speise Rösti mit Pfifferlingen, garniert mit Tomaten Stücke sowie Mozzarella. Das uns servierte Gericht war schon beim Anblick gewöhnungsbedürftig dazu ohne jeglichen Geschmackes, die Tomaten Stücke waren auf die Rösti gelegt und dadurch total durchweicht. Die angeglichen Pfifferlinge waren nicht zu erkennen,(Restbestand zusammengekratzt) sondern total verbrannt.(schwarz) Die Kellnerin darauf angesprochen gab die Antwort: "Der Koch brät alle Pilze so scharf an, die Geschmäcker sind halt verschieden! " Die Pilze waren aber nicht scharf angebraten- sondern verbrannt., nicht zu erkennen ! Aufgrund der noch anwesenden Gäste haben wir bezahlt. Am nächsten Tag teilten wir unsere Erfahrungen per E-Mail den Besitzern mit um eine Antwort zu erhalten. Vergeblich.Dieses Restaurant werden wir auf keinen Fall mehr besuchen und niemals weiterempfehlen! MS / Pischelsdorf

Das Essen hat gut geschmeckt und auch die Bedienung war freundlich. Die Einrichtung fand ich nicht schön und da sollte der Besitzer wirklich etwas ändern. Draußen sitzt man schöner als drinnen.

Sehr gutes Bayerisches Lokal, das ich voll empfehlen kann. Gemütlich sitzen, Freunde Menschen und gutes Essen. 👍

Die Chefin ist die Seele des des Betriebs. Die Kellner tadellos freundlich und bemüht den Gästen eine gute Zeit zu bereiten ... ... ein paar "leichtere" Speiseangebote wären wünschenswert.

Super trevligt gasthaus med kanongoda sallader. Mycket trevligt och prisvärt. Vi hade med 2 småbarn och de fick små tallrikar och tom en liten chokladbit utan Xtra kostnad. Vi rekommenderar 🙂

Ottima la birra: e come potrebbe essere altrimenti nella patria del luppolo? Dopo di che buoni i tipici piatti unici tedeschi, con il loro corredo di verdure e salse. Il locale offre tutte le consuete specialità della cucina mitteleuropea, quindi chi la ama si troverà sicuramente bene, chi vuole gli spaghetti naturalmente no. Curiosamente chi gestisce il ristorante non è bavarese, ma svizzero italiano: il che facilita il dialogo al momento dell'ordinazione, e propone alcune varianti "svizzere" nei piatti tipici del menu. L'ambiente è vecchiotto, molto semplice e funzionale, tutto il personale è cortese, il conto è molto ragionevole. Se ci andrete non vi sbaglierete!

Auch bei wiederholten Besuchen immer sehr zufrieden. Speisekarte bietet heimisch-bayrische Küche mit Ergänzung durch diverse Schweizer Spezialitäten. Service ist bekannt freundlich und umsichtig. An Samstagen zu bestimmten Jahreszeiten zum Frühschoppen Wirtshausmusik vom Feinsten.

Family meal on Boxing Day evening . Great food - schnitzel was ace washed down with a couple of the local brew - mullelbrau dunker . Very good all round !

Wir waren bisher 2x in diesem Gasthaus. Freundlich, urig und gemütlich. Traditionelle Küche von guter Qualität.Etwas besonderes und eine tolle Küche ist jedoch etwas anderes. Hat Potential das nicht abgerufen wird.

This is an old restaurant situated on the town square near the iconic church in Pfaffenhofen. It serves traditional Bavarian and Swiss dishes, of similar style. There are lots of pork options! We dined here several times because we enjoyed it so much. We arrived during the annual mushroom season, so there were special menu additions to celebrate the locally foraged variety. Although not English speaking, we had no difficulty in communicating with the staff.
