Ein tolles süßes Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und Preis Leistung Verhältnis absolute in Ordnung. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service und ein gaaaannnz lieber, süßer "Restaurant" Hund 🐕 wir kommen sicherlich nochmal. Vom Stellplatz Strandbad Dorfmark nur 10 min zu laufen.

Haben gerade hervorragend zu Mittag gegessen. Spargel mit Hollandaise und neuen Kartoffeln, sowie Balkanschnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln. Beide Gerichte waren hervorragend. Das Ambiente ist gutbürgerlich, der Service außergewöhnlich freundlich. Wir kommen auf dem Weg nach Norden auf jeden Fall mal wieder vorbei.

Sehr gute deutsche Küche mit regionalen sowie saisonalen Produkten. Heidschnuckenbraten mit Prinzessböhnchen und Kroketten ist sehr zu empfehlen. Da hat alles gepasst. Dazu eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Bedienung und ein gepflegtes Bier sowie Weine aus Rheinhessen und der Pfalz. Alles Top

Wir waren hier in unserem Urlaub Essen und es war alles bestens vorallem der liebevolle Umgang mit den Kindern und den Gästen.

Durch Zufall das Gasthaus Meding entdeckt und von den leckeren Gerichten in Bildqualität begeistert.

Wir wohnten in einem nahegelegenen Hotel, wo wir an den anderen Tagen auch aßen. Bis wir Meding entdeckten; hätten wir es früher gekannt, wären wir viel öfter dort gewesen. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt bald wieder, um ein köstliches Essen zu genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und das Personal auch. Wir hatten mit dem Essen etwas Pech. Die Schnitzel waren echt gut, aber die Soßen dazu war nicht unser Ding.

Wir sind auf der Rückfahrt von Hamburg zufällig hier gelandet und waren begeistert. Regional, saisonal, lecker. Und sehr netter Service. Brot vom Bäcker um die Ecke, alles steht genau in der Karte, von wo es kommt. Wir kommen wieder...

Essen sehr lecker und super freundlich

Sehr nett empfangen worden. Spontan noch einen Tisch bekommen. Die Bedienung kam auch schnell. Wir hatten Burger und Schnitzel. Die Portionen waren gut und ausreichend. Es hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Sehr lecker gewesen. Perfekter Service und ein süßer Freddi Hund haben unseren Aufenthalt im Restaurant perfekt gemacht.

Wir sind spontan über den Wohnmobilstellplatz am Strandbad hier gelandet. Wir waren sowas von positiv überrascht und werden wieder kommen. Ein kleiner Fauxpas in der Küche wurde mit Empathie und einem kleinen "ad on" ausgeglichen. Dankeschön

Klasse Laden. Sind von der Autobahn ab, um was zu Essen. Volltreffer! Ich wünschte eine so gute Currywurst bei mir zu Hause zu bekommen. Aber auch das andere Essen klasse.

Charmantes Gasthaus im hübschen Dorf Dorfmark. Herzlicher Empfang durch die Inhaber, tadelloser und freundlicher Service sowie hochwertiges, schmackhaftes Essen (der Spargel ist köstlich). Ein wunderbares Erlebnis, das man gerne wiederholen möchte! 👍

Hier kocht der Chef selbst und gerne und er weiß definitiv was er tut!! Wir waren im April dort, Spargelzeit - es war von hinten bis vorne ein Gedicht!!! Der Service flott und freundlich, den Chef hat es interessiert, wie sein Essen ankam beim Gast. Wenn ich singen könnte, würde ich ein Loblied anstimmen...das erspare ich euch. Geht hin und genießt 😊

Essen lecker und kreativ, die Bedienung, freundlich und aufmerksam

Der im Nachhinein glückliche Umstand einer Autobahnumleitung führte uns zufällig ins Gasthaus Meding zum Mittagessen. Die bestellten Gerichte waren frisch zubereitet, von hochwertiger Qualität, gutem Geschmack und guter Portionsgröße. Das findet man zu moderatem Preis nur noch sehr selten. Der Service des Betreiberpaares war sehr freundlich, kinderlieb und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem: Absolut empfehlenswert und lecker!!!

War heute mit Schwieger-und Enkeltochter dort essen. Die Speisen waren vorzüglich und jeden Cent wert. Der Service war zuvorkommend und überaus freundlich. Auch die Wartezeiten waren moderat. Das Gasthaus kann man empfehlen.

Ein typisches sächsisches Gasthaus mit einer interessanten, abwechslungsreichen und raffinierten Speisekarte. Von regionalen bis hin zu modernen Gerichten wird alles ansprechend serviert. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und kompetent.

Wer es gemütlich mag ist hier richtig! Die Essensportionen sind durchaus groß und preislich passend! Es gibt eine sehr große Auswahl an Getränken und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Sehr freundlich, sehr lecker, das schnitzel war extrem aromatisch Umschlag sehr zart. Der Beilagen Salat sehr gut. Ambiente der Charme der 70er aber sehr nett.

We spontaneously stopped there for lunch on our way to Hamburg and received a very warm welcome. The slightly longer wait was made more pleasant by the presence of the friendly staff member, Freddy. The staff were incredibly nice, and the food was excellent.

I stumbled upon this gem by chance: all the Heidschnucken (heath sheep) dishes were excellent, and the schnitzel from the straw-fed pork was incredibly tasty. Very friendly service, pleasant atmosphere highly recommended!!!, especially since animal welfare is also a priority.

We received a warm welcome even though we were half an hour early. There was freshly tapped beer and the menu. The selection was excellent, finally some high-quality meat. We had Heidschnucke (a type of sheep) and schnitzel with chanterelles – absolutely delicious. Highly recommended in every respect.

We stopped by this inn near the highway while passing through. You can tell the owners are involved in the service and the food. If we lived closer, we would be regulars...

We had a very good meal there. It was great that you get a separate sauce for your schnitzel, so the schnitzel wasn't already overpowered. The hunter's sauce tasted very good and wasn't overly thickened. The fried potatoes and mashed potatoes weren't pre-made. Overall, everything tasted very good. You can choose different portion sizes. The owners also put a lot of thought into the selection of dishes. The evening was very harmonious until the espresso (served with water). Thank you very much! The price was definitely reasonable!

We stopped for lunch, great food, we had currywurst and schnitzel with chanterelles. We are passing through, chose this place because they had good reviews, and we are very happy with the choice. Friendly service. Nice atmosphere, fresh plants on the tables and in the windows. The dog "Ferry" gave a family feeling. It was clean and fresh.

We just stopped here for dinner with our two dogs. The food was good, and we didn't have to wait long. Thanks to the very friendly host, we got a great tip for our return journey. This allowed us to enjoy a delicious meal and round off our hike with a lovely return walk through the forest.

We stopped in as walk-ins, looking for a break after a long drive. Excellent service, extensive menu, truly exceptional food, no frills, German. You rarely find something like this these days. Locally sourced meat. Everything lovingly arranged: sauce in a gravy boat, side dishes also available separately. Dogs were also allowed inside. Highly recommended.

Hospitality for two- and four-legged friends is very important here. We discovered this wonderful inn with an excellent, familiar and friendly atmosphere by chance while passing through. Now we always like to stop by when we are passing through and really appreciate the warm, courteous and professional service. The food is delicious and full of seasonal delicacies (perfect asparagus!) - vegetarians are also welcome here. Been aware of the good reviews that are confirmed... good German cuisine... from burgers Flammkuchen to Heidschnucken dishes, something for everyone... price-performance ratio is appropriate

It is not surprising that the Meding inn is very popular and often fully booked. The cuisine is home-style in the best sense of the word, the dishes are varied and very, very tasty! As a guest you feel very welcome and are pleasantly pampered by the attentive people who work there.

Four of us were traveling from the coast to the south and were looking for a place for lunch. It may take 2 minutes longer to drive from the motorway than it takes to get to the truck stop, but in terms of cuisine there is a world of difference. We had Heidschnucken Sülze, Heidschnucken Keule and Heidschnucken Knipp, as well as straw pig medallions. Everything is of the best quality, large portions and delicious! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, despite there being a large group in the next room and different groups of guests at the same time, shortly before closing time. And it happened quickly. Why should one accept the monotony of deep fryers on the highway when such wonderful food is offered in such a hospitable manner with such a small detour? Especially since it was hardly more expensive than in most truck stops. Gladly again at any time!

Last week we were at the Gasthaus Meding. We ate an excellent goose with four people, which was spontaneously prepared for us with a lot of love. We can only give five stars. We would give the chef the sixth star and the service was also worth six stars. We'll be back. Highly recommended.

We were hungry on the way home and didn't want to stop at a rest stop. So we googled nearby restaurants. This was suggested to us. We were thrilled, friendly and fast service. Delicious, regional food. We had a burger (super tasty bun) and schnitzel. If it were closer to where we live, we would come by regularly.

The best schnitzel we have ever eaten. So good that we came here two days in a row :) We can also definitely recommend the side salad and the pear Helene with home-cooked pears from the village.
