Gasthaus Hans Mayer in Bad Kreuznach

The previous reviews probably reflect a situation that no longer exists. Initially, they said a la carte wasn't available. Then the advertised soup wasn't available, and the substitute was meager. The price was far too high; my family and I agreed that the menu was somewhat cafeteria-like. I can only advise against it and hope that they try to offer more quality and selection again. Disappointing!

Good beer, good food, great service :) Unfortunately, it's only partially suitable for tennis. The condition of the hall is getting worse and worse. Unfortunately, no investment is being made here. Bad lighting, holes in the carpet, mold. The price for an hour no longer reflects the condition of the hall.

The meal took 1 1/2 hours and the plates were immediately cleared away by a waitress who had already put food on their plate.

Although we've known each other for a while, we recently came here for a birthday dinner. The place isn't particularly large, but it's very cozy. The tables are a little closer together than usual, but it wasn't a problem. The service was very friendly. And now comes the point that will definitely bring us back: the food...was simply magnificent. The depth of flavor and variety immediately captivated us. Wonderful combinations, perfectly matched. The meat was tender as butter, and the other side dishes were also perfectly cooked. Even if it's a little more expensive than usual, considering the quality of the products and the craftsmanship behind them, you simply can't complain. The value for money is simply spot on. And with the portion sizes, you won't go home hungry, as you might in some other, slightly more expensive restaurants.

Friendly staff Food was great We usually order delivery, but curiosity encouraged us to eat in, and we were not disappointed.
