Highly recommended. Very tasty, home-style cooking. The staff is very friendly. Come here and eat your fill for very little money.

We found this restaurant somewhat hidden away from the hustle and bustle of a small town. A family-run business with authentic German cuisine. We received a very friendly welcome and were treated just as well. Our food was freshly prepared, very tasty, and the drinks were pleasantly cool in the heat of the day. All in all: an insider tip! Home-style cooking with the charm of yesteryear

It took a while before we got our food. But it was worth the wait it was delicious. And I also really like that old-fashioned atmosphere.

Had a really delicious meal in the “Golden Heights” today. A manageable menu offers hearty schnitzel dishes in various variations. Hot, hearty, super tender schnitzels. We'll definitely be back.

Today we were once again in the golden heights for a long time. The service was great. The food was delicious and the prices are very affordable these days. We were there with people with food allergies, all allergies were well catered for and the food was freshly cooked. There isn't too much choice on the menu, you can easily decide what to eat. Next time I'd like to use normal whipped cream :-) Kind regards

We had a nice class reunion. Steak au four was perfect. There was no pressure for an end. We liked being there.

Highly recommended, great value for money. And it tastes extremely good. Bautzener Mustard Schnitzel with fried potatoes is my favorite!!

Das beste Schnitzel von Oschatz Oschatzer warum kommt ihr nicht?

Es ist keine hohe Gastronomie, hier ist einfache Hausmannskost angesagt ohne viel Schnick Schnack. Die Speisekarte ist sehr übersichtlich, was nicht unbedingt negativ ist. Wählen kann man von der Vorspeise bittschön zum Dessert. Der Gastraum ist gemütlich, die Bedienung flink und freundlich. Am Wochenende gibt es sogar die ein oder andere Vorstellung. Wer es urig mag und ohne viel drum herum, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. Parkplätze muss man schon einwenig suchen, ansonsten ist es sehr ruhig in der Gegend, da die Gaststätte etwas abgelegen ist.

Aufgrund der Pandemie bietet die Gaststätte gegenwärtig Schnitzel und Bauernfrühstück zum Abholen am Freitag und Samstag an. Schmeckt sehr lecker und die Portionen sind groß!

Nach langer Zeit waren wir wieder einmal hier. Das Schnitzel mit Zwiebeln und Käse überbacken war absolut mein Geschmack: herzhaft deftig. Der Service war freundlich und aufmerksam, aber nicht zu aufdringlich. Die Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtung sind in die Jahre gekommen - genau wie ich;)

Sehr ordentliche gutbürgerliche Küche zu einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Sehr schönes Ambiente und reichlich Auswahl an Speisen. Nette Bedienung und schnelle Abwicklung. Preise sind normal.
