We had a wonderful visit with delicious and plentiful food – there's something for everyone here! It was especially nice that our dog was welcome too. The atmosphere was relaxed, the service friendly, and the value for money was absolutely perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it!

Me and my wife's food tasted very good, but the Glaswerk Farmer Burger tasted very good, but then the menu has to say what's in it, there were tomatoes and lettuce on it, even though that's not on the menu, that's not possible, but we still like to come by again and again because it tastes very good there and drinking there also tastes very good

First things first: the cheese burger was delicious! The service was friendly and the location was very attractive. Everything was really good in terms of price. One point was deducted because an appetizer was forgotten and it was extremely warm upstairs, so we wanted to get some fresh air again quickly.

The interior is very cozy, I really liked the open half-timbering and the glass fronts. A few details that could perhaps be looked at more, like replacing wilted flowers, fixing the menu a bit or cleaning it up a bit here and there, but everything is fine, nothing critical from my point of view. The service was consistently great, very friendly. Always asked if we needed anything or if everything was ok, drinks and food were brought quickly. The food was good. The bruschetta was very tasty. Price performance is right for me. We felt comfortable here, were able to have a good time and eat at the same time, what more could you want.

Very cozy, lovingly designed half-timbered house. A “must have” for every wood and half-timbered lover. The dishes are sensational and not that expensive. A huge compliment to the kitchen.

No, it's more like grabbing a meal, with well poured beer + cozy surroundings, nothing more. The menu is plentiful, with few offerings of fresh produce. The house promises culinary enjoyment, but unfortunately no longer fulfills this claim....

The glassworks impress with its interesting architecture. Half-timbering and glass. The food is excellent. I've always had a very good meal here and no matter what I ordered, I really enjoyed it. The meat dishes are particularly good (hamburgers!). The owner is very friendly and the waitresses are also very attentive and friendly. You can stop here all day long. There is also a daily lunch menu, which I highly recommend. There is then a starter (usually soup), a main course and a dessert. You can choose between three different dishes for the starter and main course (usually meat, vegetarian or fish for the main course). I always enjoy coming here and feel very comfortable. It's nice that there is such a good restaurant in Bad Schwalbach. This is no longer a given.

We have been here a few times now and have always been very satisfied. The service was very friendly, the atmosphere was super cozy and the food was great. As a vegetarian, I am particularly pleased with the selection of meat-free dishes.

We had to wait almost an hour for our breakfast. My scrambled eggs were unrecognizable as such and also not edible (brown, dry, cold crusts like scraps scraped off the edge of the pan). There was a packaged strawberry jam that tasted very chemical. The rest was very average. The only tasty thing was the coffee and the fruit salad was homemade. There was enough staff, but the service was very poorly organized. Very disappointing

Hey Guys This is a Great Place to Share awesome And Healthy meals in a gorgeous location ( tipicall old Building from Germany “FachwerkHaus”. All The Salats Are Great, perfectly Cooked home made Rösti, yummi Burgers, Sandwiches Wraps And Pizzas. Delicius Soups, Schnitzels, vegetarían Disches. There is something to pick for everyone. 100% recommend this lovely Location. Friendly staff and owner on site at all times. I will recommended Gasthaus GLASWERK over and over again. Were there two days ago and had to wait a long time for the food. When the waitress brought the food, she didn't say a word, we had to see for ourselves who got which side dish and dish. I had a veal schnitzel that had been fried to death. When I cut the veal schnitzel about 3cm, I only had breading on my fork. When I opened the veal schnitzel I saw an approx. 1 mm thin slice. If you want to eat expensive breading, this is the place for you. Salad dressing, I'm not going to talk about that now. We were there for the first and last time. What I have to say is that our clothes smelled like we had been to a chip shop.

Had dinner with 12 people today. The food was delicious, the portion size was good and the service was super nice. The atmosphere is rustic and beautiful. The points are deducted because the menu on the website is outdated and the table decorations are really weak for a Christmas holiday (cutlery rolled in cheap napkins and tea lights in drinking glasses).

We went for brunch, the food was beautifully presented and with high quality and very reasonable price.

The beautiful rustic yet modern atmosphere is very cozy and you don't want to leave. The food is of a high quality that is second to none. Please keep it up. The service is great and very friendly. The atmosphere is really nice. But right from the start, when you entered the restaurant, there wasn't even a hello or good evening. Seat right at the entrance. It took forever until the condition for drinks came, it took forever until the drinks came. Then wait again until she came to eat. That came too fast!!!! Three rum steaks were different (all should be medium, and not 220gr) fries instead of fried potatoes. After a short while we asked if everything was ok, after complaining that it was very salty, there was no response. It was all very very salty. As soon as we ate we immediately said plate please. 😧As soon as I drank the glass empty, the condition came: glasses please!!! Not even asked if you wanted something to drink. That was the first and last time we were there. Not recommended!!!

A pleasant end to the day with solid food. We ordered two of the same burgers, but they tasted significantly different, which isn't a bad thing and speaks for the individuality. The schnitzel was okay - nothing special. The ambience was great and the service was also friendly. It seemed as if the team was a bit overwhelmed, but still always friendly. The beer can be much colder, it was at room temperature. Thanks anyway for the spontaneous visit :)

The glass house offers a super nice ambience. Rustic with exposed half-timbering. Behind the house there is the possibility to sit outside. The food tastes good.

Been there twice now. The food was always very tasty, nothing can be said about that. The only reason I don't give the food 5 stars is that the pumpkin soup on our last visit had hardly any spices and tasted relatively bland. The ambience is really very nice, a really beautiful half-timbered house. The service can be expanded. The service is relatively slow and both times seemed a bit overwhelmed with a small number of guests. But now nothing why you shouldn't come again. Conclusion: If you are in the area, you are welcome to stop by there, you won't be disappointed.

We came across the place by chance when I was visiting my husband in rehab. Very friendly service, fine food and a cozy rustic atmosphere. We enjoyed it, we felt comfortable and no one can easily beat the price-performance ratio. Definitely worth a visit!

A real oasis of well-being... the glassworks with half-timbered idyll and the interior form the island, the food and drinks represent palm trees and fountains and the atmosphere is characterized by the warmth and radiant smiles of Anis and his team. Celebrating birthdays here was an experience, a breakfast that left nothing to be desired and an evening that remained unforgettable. Thank you very much, dear Anis!

Super nice and courteous service. Even if you just want to have a drink, you are very welcome here. There is a cozy outdoor area in the courtyard. The food is delicious and I think the price-performance ratio is okay I had a salmon plate with baked potatoes and my husband had steak with pepper cream sauce **** The best steak he has eaten in a long time ***** ........my husband says 👌🏼 So.....just test it for yourself ☺️ And definitely try the delicious elderberry mint spritzer

I didn't like it. The landlord claimed that since other guests liked it, it shouldn't be the restaurant's fault.

First visit and also last visit for our family. The fried schnitzels are as hard as stones and taste like stones. Spaghetti that we ordered from the children's menu tasted like flour, so nothing. Wouldn't recommend anyone to eat here. It would be better at 2 star McDonald's.

We were here for the first and last time. Unfortunately the service was very poor. We sat outside. We had to wait over an hour for our food. Some of the fries were completely over salted and fried to death Since there was hardly any service staff to be seen, we ordered drinks by phone. We then had to wait again for the bill. Which we then ordered again by phone. All of this in a not full restaurant. Unfortunately there wasn't even an apology. There wasn't a cent tip now. I probably haven't done that for 10 years or more

Bad service, long waiting times and the food wasn't good either. The outside terrace looks as if a bomb had hit. We haven't had such bad food in a while.

I spontaneously had a meal on site because my wife is in spa in Bad Schwalbach...My wife had a cheeseburger and I had a schnitzel with cream sauce with a side salad (costs extra)...I really enjoyed it... The sauce was very tasty and the salad dressing...price was great...drinks we had passion fruit spritzer...great atmosphere, cozy and a nice beer garden...

Had dinner today. Steak for 30 euros. I ordered medium, but it was well done. Complained, but it only came, I fried it for the same amount of time as the one my counterpart had, which was actually medium rare. It just wasn't mine. I still ate, but I wasn't offered another one. The side salad had rotten leaves, which was no longer okay. I also showed the rotten sheets after I asked, but no one was really interested. I find that kind of disgusting. Service zero! Once and never again!

Were there on a Sunday afternoon, there wasn't much going on. The food was good not great but ok. The children's chair was terrible. The atmosphere is very nice, it's nice to sit here (sat in the beer garden). The service staff was very young. Instead of asking again a few minutes after we got our food whether everything was okay, she preferred to sit idly at another table and we had to compete for her attention. Unfortunately annoying. The waiter (or barman?!) was very friendly. Still only 2 stars for the service.

A nice location, but made up of three! Floors spread out, and we hit the jackpot at a birthday dinner and - what else - ended up at the top with our table 🥴 It would make perfect sense to be able to walk, because there were lots and lots of steps! Luckily there is also a toilet there, because it was very tiring for us smokers... But also for the service, which is why it was rarely at our table (between ourselves.... We actually called the restaurant downstairs because we wanted to pay so that someone could come up🙈 you really can't tell anyone 😅 If only the food had been as good as the prices for it, they were really steep! So the prices...

The food was delicious. The waitresses passed the food across the table, sometimes over their heads. The bottle of wine was just put on the table without being able to taste it first. I would have liked a little more etiquette.

Were here on a Friday evening. The food was delicious and came quickly. The house drinks were also very tasty. Prices are ok. The children's menu is funny and original. The atmosphere in the old half-timbered house is great. The toilets are modern and the cobblestones are in great condition.

We had dinner at the inn last night. We noticed right away that it smelled a lot like rancid fat. The service was attentive and tried hard. We ordered two red wines, a Primitivo and a Merlot. Unfortunately we were initially given a German red wine instead of the Primitivo. But they replaced it without any problems. Unfortunately the food wasn't good at all. We once had the rump steak with pepper cream sauce, steakhouse fries and salad. The rump steak was ordered medium rare and we received a completely well-done and dry steak. It was even touched upon. We've never experienced anything like this before. The salad, however, was good. I ordered a date burger also with steakhouse fries. Unfortunately, my meat was completely fried and didn't taste like anything. The goat cheese and dates were good. There was just ketchup. My burger bun was totally hard and burnt. I definitely couldn't eat that. All in all, we were very disappointed and will not eat there again. It's a shame... the location is really nice and the house itself is beautifully done with all the wooden beams and the atmosphere. It has potential that is unfortunately not being used.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a restaurant like this in Bad Schwalbach. Had a wrap and a tomato soup, I have to say both tasted very tasty. The only thing I could complain about and that is of the highest standard is that I would be happy if the salad decoration got a little salad dressing. Overall, I can recommend eating there to everyone.
