We celebrated a milestone birthday and wedding anniversary at the Adler Alm in Bach. We'd been there many times before. Dirk and his team not only cook all the dishes exceptionally well, but Natalie, a "confectioner from Vienna," also conjures up incredibly delicious desserts. The whole thing, combined with the fantastic, friendly service team and the lovely atmosphere, is absolutely fantastic and no longer an insider tip ;-) Thank you, dear Adler team, and see you soon ;-)

I was invited there to a party hosted by a very good friend. Great location, very friendly staff, and the food—if I could give it more stars, I would: beautifully prepared and delicious, from the appetizers to the main course and dessert.

We were here today with a large group for a family celebration. Unfortunately, our tables were shared, there were no tablecloths, and the tables weren't even wiped down. There was still charcoal residue on the floor. The water glasses were dirty. The food was generally okay, except for my cheese spaetzle. I've never had such bad cheese spaetzle. First of all, they were served almost cold, and the fried onions weren't fresh either. The salad was good. Too bad, I won't be back.

Four of us dined here on Sunday evening. The first thing I noticed was the very high prices: €16.80 just for cheese spaetzle without anything else, salad (a crunchy market salad) is extra for €7.70, and a quarter of wine for €9.20. The portions were sufficient and tasty. The service was attentive and relatively quick. The overall selection of dishes, I found to be too meager. We won't be going there again because it's too expensive and there's too little choice. Overall, I can't recommend this restaurant...

Finally, I caught some time and the right weather to sit outside 🥳 The welcome is always so warm, and you immediately feel at home here. Whether you're with children or grandparents, a dog or cat, a bus or a bike, this inn loves and appreciates its guests. We were served by Rene. A wonderful person who celebrates his work with passion and professionalism, full of humor. The owners (master chef, master pastry chef) aren't just famous on paper (please forgive me if I didn't mention any other titles 🫣), they put their heart and soul into it. The Gasthaus Adler sources its products exclusively from regional sources. They also have their own distillery, grow their own vegetables, a separate herb garden, and bake their own bread. For me, this is complete dedication to their guests and their well-being. Oh yes, of course we ate something delicious 😋 For me, the "Müllerin-style" trout from the weekly menu, my sister the "crispy aromatic carrot," and for the men, two roast beef with onions. One with cheese spaetzle, the other with herb spaetzle. All a delight. My pictures don't capture what the eye actually saw. Beautifully prepared and served. At Rene's request, the fish was filleted for me. The skin was beautifully crispy, the meat as tender as butter. Simply sensational! We're still in a restaurant 😉 Very high standards from the kitchen. Perfect 👌 Even though the recommended strawberry tiramisu was refreshingly appealing, this time I wanted to try two delicious works of art made by the chef herself. Heavenly 😇 Every visit here is a culinary delight, and time flies in a flash because you simply feel at home. Twelve of us were invited to a birthday dinner on Saturday evening. If I could, I would give the hosts 10 stars! Super friendly and attentive service. Great starters, superb main courses, and especially Nazhalie's excellent desserts made this evening a unique experience. The huge and exceptional selection of aperitifs also left nothing to be desired. We'll definitely be back.

The inn is very nice; you feel at home. The food is amazing, the homemade Maultasche (swabian pasta), potato salad... everything was simply fantastic.

Great economy, great food and friendly staff

The Gasthaus Adler has managed to spice up the charm of a classic Swabian village restaurant (in the best sense) with totally friendly and modern furnishings. The cuisine and service are really great and, I believe, offer something to suit every palate There were five of us there and everyone was thrilled. Although we have driven past many times, today was our first visit, but certainly not the last. The inn offers plenty of seating with different ambiences, both inside and outside!

Excellent food in a cozy atmosphere. Also very friendly service. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the long waiting times, but that's absolutely understandable on a Saturday evening given the current staff shortage. /Addendum: Have been there three more times since submitting the review and the food was very good every time!

My family and I visited the Gasthaus Adler on the recommendation and because of the good reviews. To put it bluntly: we are disappointed. The regional asparagus was almost certainly freshly prepared and perhaps the spaetzle too. But the schnitzel and the burger including the gravy for the schnitzel looked and tasted a lot like “convenience food”. In my opinion, the performance is not right for the prices quoted. When the waitress asked, hollondaise sauce was specifically ordered for the asparagus. It was served with melted butter. Although a hollondaise was brought without any problems, it was also charged separately. Since you only receive an invoice after you have paid, making a complaint is much more difficult. Also, the inn was cold when we came. I guess it was none or just 20°C. Some people like it cool, but sitting comfortably was only possible with a jacket. This is simply not how you imagine a relaxed lunch to be.

We were guided to the Adler by friends on the return journey and I have to say: the food was very tasty and the service was excellent. The rooms seemed a bit cool, but that didn't affect the positive overall impression. We will definitely come by again!

So far, every meal at Adler has been a highlight. The dishes are served hot, are delicious, regional and freshly prepared. Dessert and drinks are served in an attractive and creative way. The service staff is friendly and impresses with their expertise and friendliness. It's clean and the atmosphere (especially in the alpine pasture) is really cozy. We will definitely be visiting more often! :)

Top food. The quality of the food is right. Whether the schnitzel is too buttery for someone and therefore gives a worse rating is complete bullshit. Here you get fine dining and the dishes are prepared the way you learn to cook in these kitchens.

The service was very friendly and efficient. The food was very nice but the schnitzel was too buttery for 19 euros, the quantity was good. They tried hard to create the ambience, but the paved floor was still very cold and there was a draft through the wooden cladding. A good alternative for Ulm but there are better options.

We had an excellent meal here. It's not cheap here, but it's very tasty. The food is rather atypical for a country inn. The service and ambience are really good.

Last Sunday lunchtime we spontaneously had a meal here: the taste was excellent and, in my opinion, the price-performance ratio was also very good. Because the restaurant is small, it is advisable to call and reserve in advance. Also interesting are the special rooms in the courtyard that can be rented for special events ("sauna barrel", "grill house"). Very happy again!

The employer is a scammer - he promises a lot but little is fulfilled. I don't recommend it especially to colleagues from Poland - mainly here they are looking for people to ultimately not pay remuneration as promised, where part of the time is illegal. The working atmosphere is such that you will learn that you can't do anything, but you won't be allowed to cook. The food is quite good because everything is home-made - that's the advantage. Treating employees and taking their word for it because you are not a fraud - No. You want to eat well - look for another place where people are treated with respect and adults, cooking for you and serving food. Do you want to work - as above. The gentleman will tell you that you do not deserve this salary and that it would be best for you to pay extra by working like an ox - and the legality of employment - is absolutely beyond the law because the gentleman has his own calculator for valuing your skills and work.

Food is extremely good, rarely so good and tasty. Service is ok. Unfortunately The restaurant itself is beautiful and fits in with everything around it. In summary Food top service can be improved.

Eating good, home-style, Very good service, 5 stars plus! But dear people, in December people celebrate their hearts out in the rustic annex! That's not fun. The fact that the red wine is only 5 degrees doesn't make things any better. So 'Adler' crew: you're on the right track... but there are still a few construction sites to work through...

Ich habe in der Alm vor einer Woche meinen Geburtstag gefeiert, bis morgens um drei Uhr . Essen, Trinken, der Service alles vom Feinsten 👍🏻 Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wer deutsche Küche schätzt, wer vor allem die schwäbische Küche liebt oder kennenlernen möchte, ist hier absolut richtig ‼️ Vom Wurstsalat, sauer angemachten Köstlichkeiten über Roastbeef mit lecker Bratkartoffeln bis hin zum Zwiebelrostbraten - alles ist eine Empfehlung wert ‼️ Schaut die Speisekarte an (im Internet abrufbar) und zeigt hier und da auch mal Mut, etwas neues, schwäbisches zu verkosten, niemand wird es bereuen... Diese Küche ist eine absolute Empfehlung wert! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend... Lob auch hierfür! Das Ambiente, urig, rustikal, wobei absolut nicht altbacken sondern passend modern lädt auf jeden Fall ein! A+++++

Spontan auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, und hatten eins Gefunden. Wir waren das erste Mal dort, und ich muss sagen das ist das beste essen was ich je gehabt habe. Geschmacklich Preis Leistung völlig korrekt. Gerne wieder. Am liebsten jedes Wochenende aber leider 70 km Entfernt , aber wir kommen wieder ...

Wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Toller Service und auch das Essen hat uns noch nie enttäuscht. Egal ob die Klassiker oder die etwas ausgefalleneren Speisen- bisher war geschmacklich alles top. Wir feiern auch immer gerne Geburtstage in der Grill- Kota

Hier gibt es ihn noch - den Landgasthof in dem wirklich gekocht wird und das auf hohem Niveau. Kein Convenience-Allerlei sondern g´scheit abgeschmeckte Maultaschen, würzige Jus und vieles mehr. Dazu einen zuvorkommenden Service und tolles Ambiente im Hof. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch.

Habe nach 20,00 Uhr am Sonntag angerufen und gefragt ob ich noch etwas zum abholen bestellen könnte. Die Küche macht schon um 20,00 Uhr Sonntags zu. Freundlicherweise bot man mir noch Roastbeef mit Remoulade an. Unglaublich lecker was mir da zum mitnehmen eingepackt wurde. Selten so zartes Roastbeef bekommen und die Remoulade dazu einfach Klasse. Vielen lieben Dank von mir an das ganze Team.

Freundlich und kompetent. Auf Nachfrage wurden vegane Optionen vorgeschlagen und der Koch hat extra ein veganes Gericht zubereitet, das nicht auf der Karte stand. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre.

Habe hier mein bestes Schnitzel ever gegessen!! Preis geht auch in Ordnung. Service war sehr freundlich, Essen kam schnell. Das Bier schmeckte ebenfalls sehr gut! Ambiente: wir saßen außen unter dem Scheunendach, das war jetzt nicht so gemütlich, alte wackelige Holzstühle. Aber würden wegen dem sehr guten Essen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir waren auf der Durchreise und uns wurde das Restaurant von Ortsansässigen empfohlen. Gasthof mit Hütten Flair und sehr leckerem Essen… und Trinken. Freundlich dazu… was will man mehr 😋

Wir waren dort zum Mittagessen an einem herrlichen Sonntag. Eine Reservierung ist hier sehr zu empfehlen und diese klappte einwandfrei. Bei schönem Wetter kann man auch draußen sitzen. Parkplätze sind vor dem Gasthaus. Leider sind es Kiesparkplätze, was für Motorräder ungünstig ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und flott, keineswegs aber aufdringlich. Kleine Sonderwünsche wurden problemlos umgesetzt. Unser Essen kam in einer angemessenen Zeit. Geschmacklich waren alle an unserem Tisch sehr zufrieden.

Waren am Donnerstag mit 8 Personen zum Geburtstagsessen da. Die Location (Anbau) wirklich gemütlich. Macht Spass da zu sitzen. Das Essen war sensationell. Zwiebelrostbraten , Schnitzel und Filetspitzen vom Rind und Schwein mit Pilzsosse nicht zu toppen. Alles liebevoll in Töpfchen Schälchen und Pfännchen angerichtet. Einfach mal was anderes. ....und ganz wichtig: Alles wurde zur gleichen Zeit an den Tisch gebracht und wir konnten gemeinsam essen. Keiner musste dem anderen zuschauen. Speisekarte nicht überladen. Jeder findet etwas. Auch die Bedienung ist zu erwähnen, die sehr aufmerksam und freundlich gewesen ist. Diese Gaststätte ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Da gehen wir auf jeden Fall wieder hin. Ich denke auch im Sommer lohnt sich der Besuch zumal ich im Freien Smoker und Grills gesehen habe. Weiter so!!!!!!!!

Wir haben uns an einem Sonntag dazu entschieden, ein neues ländliches Lokal zu testen. Vorneweg, die Bedingung war sehr kühl, nicht all zu freundlich. Wir haben uns dennoch auf unser ländliches deutsches Essen gefreut. Leider waren die Soßen eine völlige Katastrophe, zu viel Pfeffer, die Bratensoße war so süß gewürzt, sehr suspekt. Das Fleisch von 2 Gerichten war sehr zäh und verkocht und bei solchen Preisen sollte zu erwarten sein, dass dies nicht passiert. Die Beilagen waren gut.

Ich komme sehr viel in Deutschland herum und kann demnach auch gewissermaßen Urteile fällen. Hier gebe ich absolut verdient 5 Sterne. Personal - Top Lokalität - Too Zwiebelrostbraten mit Kässpätzle - Top (nur die Zwiebeln müssten weniger gebruzelt werden!) Absolut empfehlenswert!
