Today, a group of five of us ate at the Adler, and we were all completely satisfied. The service was excellent, very welcoming, and all our requests, including changes to the side dishes, were accommodated without any problems. The food was delicious, and the portions were generous at a fair price. The value for money is excellent! 👍 We'll definitely be back! 😊

Every course was exceptional in flavor and prepared with meticulous attention to detail. Our every need was anticipated. The hospitality was remarkable, and as a thoughtful touch, we were offered a delicious schnapps or an espresso. We were regularly asked if everything was to our satisfaction or if we had any further requests. The atmosphere was very pleasant, characterized by professionalism, warmth, and a good dose of humor, making us feel completely at ease. I will gladly return to this restaurant and wholeheartedly recommend it. It gets my highest rating.

I was here with my friends and we were absolutely thrilled! The Cordon Bélanie was incredibly delicious – juicy, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. The prices are also very fair for the quality you get. The ambiance is very stylish; you immediately feel comfortable, and the atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I'd especially like to commend the service: super attentive, friendly, and patient. My buddy wanted his ćevapčići without ajvar and without onions – that was absolutely no problem for the kitchen or the staff. The complimentary Slimo was, of course, a given. We'll be back. Highly recommended!

We ate there today. We ordered a mixed grill for two. We were amazed at how juicy the meat could be. Perfectly seasoned, incredibly succulent, simply honest and perfect. The value for money is more than excellent. You've gained some new regular customers with us.

We will, of course, update it as soon as we visit again. _________________________________________ We visited the Adler yesterday for its grand reopening and were absolutely thrilled! The quality of the food is now in a significantly higher league, and even discerning diners with a taste for new things will be completely satisfied! We all opted for the set menu (appetizer, main course, and dessert). Considering the excellent quality, the price is more than reasonable! The menu isn't extensive, which I much prefer to a huge menu of mediocre dishes. Among other things, they offer very tasty fish, meat dishes, and vegetarian main courses. Everything is freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The service was truly outstanding: very attentive and friendly! We are delighted with this new addition to Calw's culinary scene and plan to return very soon!

We ate at the restaurant today as part of a group. From the first to the last moment we had a great time! The service was perfect and super nice. The taste of the food was a 12 out of 10! We haven't eaten so well in a long time. Our absolute highlight was that our daughter with her celiac disease was completely taken care of and she was also served a delicious gluten-free meal and they were also very knowledgeable about the topic of contamination! For me, definitely cooking and service at a very high level!

Wir waren "nur" zum Abendessen dort, nicht zum Übernachten. Die Speisekarte ist nordisch-schwäbisch. Klein, aber fein, der Jahreszeit angepasst. Die Küche kann perfekt, was sie anbietet. Ein absoluter Schmaus, auch für die Augen. Man hat die Möglichkeit, für € 35,00 selbst ein Menu aus der Speisekarte zusammenzustellen (Vorspeise, Hauptgang, Nachtisch). Die Portionsgrösse ist dann genau so wie wenn man einen Gang einzeln bestellt. Die Getränkepreise sind moderat, das Essen ist etwas höherpreisig, aber absolut der Leistung entsprechend ;-) Das Gasthaus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, man fühlt sich sofort wohl, wird schon an der Tür empfangen und die Garderobe wird abgenommen. Serviert wird mit Handschuhen. Sauberkeit und Hygiene wird hier großgeschrieben. Die Parkplätze direkt vor dem Gasthaus sind sehr beengt.

War gestern zum ersten Mal dort eingeladen und bin wirklich begeistert: sehr, sehr leckeres Essen, freundlicher Service und die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach moderat - vor allem bei der Qualität. Das war definitiv nicht mein letzter Besuch, wir haben schon für Dezember reserviert 😉

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Tolle Gerichte.

Durch Google sind wir auf das Restaurant gekommen. Im August 2023 fand ein Pächterwechsel statt und daher wollten wir das Restaurant probieren. Soviel vorab - wir wurden positiv überrascht. Die alten Bewertungen beziehen sich wohl auf den vorherigen Pächter. Man merkt, dass sich der Küchenchef Gedanken über jedes Gericht gemacht hat. Die Speisekarte ist ausgewählt und bietet für jeden etwas - Fleisch, Fisch und Vegetarisch. Jedes Gericht ist ein Kunstwerk und erinnert trotz normaler Preise an Sterneküche. Jeder der in der Gegend ist, sollte in Brinkmeiers Adler vorbeischauen und sich verwöhnen lassen.

Für diese Gerichte würde ich jederzeit wieder von Oberbayern anreisen! Wir waren gleich 2 Abende nacheinander hier, da uns die Gerichte und die Gastgeber sofort überzeugt haben! Besonders hervorragenden fand ich den Ziegenkäse, das Avocado Tarta, den Steinbeißer und die Schokoladen-Nachspeise.

Waren mit vier Personen zum Essen dort. Das Essen war sehr lecker und mal eine neue Interpretation eines Cordon bleu. Warum nur 4 Sterne: Der Service war etwas unaufmerksam, 2 Personen bestellen Getränke die beiden anderen hat man nicht gefragt. Der kleine Salatteller ist am Dressing „vorbeigegangen“, darf ruhig ein wenig mehr sein. Das ganze Chichi auf der Hauptspeise braucht es mMn nicht. Das Dessert war zu schokoladenlastig. Ich möchte aber betonen das ist vermtl. jammern auf hohem Niveau. Nichtsdestotrotz passen Anspruch und Wirklichkeit noch nicht ganz zusammen. Aber wir werden trotzdem noch einmal wiederkommen. Der Adler hat eine zweite Chance verdient.

Macht weiter so,wir waren begeistert.☺️ Wer sich mal etwas besonderes gönnen möchte,ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren heute erneut im Adler,es war ein Hochgenuss 🤩

Sehr herzlicher Service Das Restaurant: ist eine sehr angenehme Überraschung! Kleine feine Karte, das Essen ist fantastisch wir waren heute zu elft dort und haben sehr sehr gut gegessen. Preis/ Leistung ist ebenfalls sehr gut, das Essen wird komplett aus frischen Zutaten zubereitet. Man muss etwas Zeit mitbringen, gutes Essen braucht halt etwas Zeit und man soll es dann ja auch genießen.

Ich war 1 Woche zu Gast in Brinkmeiers Adler und ich muss sagen selten so eine Herzliche Gastfreundschaft bekommen wie dort, Die Zimmer sind super schön und mein Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Das Essen ist sehr gut und übertrifft 80% der lokalen und darüber hinaus ragenden Restaurants und Gaststätten Wer kein 0815 mag und bei einem Perfekten Preisleistungsverhältnis etwas Urlaub möchte oder auch mal einen Tapetenwechsel braucht ist hier genau richtig. Das abschalten auf der Terasse nach dem Essen mit einem Hellen ist absolut entspannend und weiter zu empfehlen.

Schöner Biergarten und angenehmes Publikum. Mein Geschäftspartner war wie ich begeistert. Service sehr freundlich. Kleine Karte, schwäbische Spezialitäten wie Rostbraten, Rumpsteak, Schnitzel oder Maultaschen fehlten allerdings. Erlesen Weine. Insgesamt sehr guter Eindruck. Wir kommen wieder und werden das Lokal weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben gestern den Adler anlässlich der Neueröffnung besucht und sind ganz begeistert! Die Qualität des Essens spielt jetzt in einer deutlich besseren Liga, und auch Genuss-Esser mit feiner Zunge und Lust auf Neuem kommen ganz auf ihre Kosten! Wir haben alle das frei zusammenstellbare Menü (Vorspeise, Hauptgericht und Nachtisch) gewählt. Angesichts der tollen Qualität ist der Preis wirklich mehr als in Ordnung! Die Karte ist nicht so groß, was ich deutlich gegenüber einer Riesenkarte mittelmäßiger Gerichte bevorzuge. Es gibt u.a. sehr leckeren Fisch, Fleischgerichte und auch vegetarische Hauptspeisen. Alles ist frisch zubereitet und hübsch angerichtet. Der Service was richtig klasse: sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Wir freuen uns sehr über diesen gastronomischen Zuwachs in Calw und planen, sehr bald wiederzukommen!

Wir hatten auch einige Gäste aus Berlin, die von der Qualität und dem Geschmack der Speisen im Restaurant begeistert waren, sie haben das, was sie hier vorfanden, sogar mit anderen Top-Restaurants in Berlin verglichen. Ich danke dem Team vom Gasthaus Adler für den wunderbaren Abend und dank ihnen konnte ich meine Gäste mit einer feineren Küche begeistern, die in der Gegend leider fehlt.

Ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra, per non parlare delle abbuffate di cibo gourmet che ci ha fatto fare lo Chef Florin , sinceramente non pensavo di trovare una cucina così gustosa ed innovativa. Comunque do 5 stelle perché non ce ne sono altre ... e consiglio vivamente l'hotel ristorante in quanto le camere sono molto belle , comode e pulite. Leckeres Essen, vernünftige Preise

Absolut empfehlenswert. Selten so lecker gegessen. Super nette Bedienung. 1 plus mit Sternchen. Das ist in Calw Stammheim ein richtiger Geheim Tipp. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Wir sind beim nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall wieder dort Essen. Und an alle Stammheimer und Calwer. Es lohnt sich wirklich.

Außergewöhnlich tolle Küche.Preis/Leistungsverhältnis top. Habe Surf and Turf gegessen und selbst die kleine Portion war ausreichend und genial gewürzt. Sind 2 Tage später direkt wieder hin und waren genauso begeistert wie beim ersten Besuch.Endlich ein Koch der würzen kann und ALLES hausgemacht und mit viel Liebe.

Das Gasthaus mag ja ok sein, aber das Hotel geht gar nicht! Zahlung bei Check In gefordert, aber eine Rechnung erhält man nicht. Dies habe ich abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, Zahlung nur gegen Rechnung, daraufhin wurde ich des Hauses verwiesen, also Rausschmiss aus einem gebuchten Hotel. Das geht gar nicht!! Ergänzung zum vorherigen Text und Antwort zu ihrer versuchten Rechtfertigung. Es ist eigentlich relativ einfach. Erst die Leistung, dann das Geld. Ich sollte zahlen und eine gedruckte Rechnung mir allen relevanten Angaben wurde mir verweigert! Eine vollständige und korrekte Rechnung ist nun mal aber Bedingung für eine Zahlung. Auf eine Ausnahme kann und will ich mich nicht einlassen. Deshalb wurde ich daraufhin gebeten das Haus zu verlassen. Also Rausschmiss weil ich eine Rechnung haben wollte.

Sehr freundliche und verbindliche Kommunikation, Zimmer sehr sauber und fast großzügig. Wir haben dort zu Abend gegessen und gefrühstückt und fanden beides ausgesprochen lecker und reichlich. Ich steige sonst gern in 4*-Häusern ab und habe mich hier nicht minder wohlgefühlt. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Un restaurant absolument excellent de la salade fraîcheur aux spaetzle maison avec une fine sauce: c'est un régal. Un repas gastronomique dans un endroit simple, ça vaut le coup de le mentionner
