We were absolute fans. The food always arrived on time, quickly and piping hot. Price performance was great. Portion sizes and taste too. For a few months now, the prices have been raised, the portion sizes have become smaller, the food is increasingly tasteless and, in particular, the deliveries are almost always late (30 minutes +). This is very annoying because for a time they had by far the best restaurant.

Ordered something for the first time today. Great service, order came on time. I've never gotten so much from a pizza service, one portion is enough for two, taste great. Highly recommended.

“Galileo's Pizza in Riegelsberg impressed us overall. We ordered a Diavolo pizza and a vegetarian pizza, and although the delivery time is almost always around 60 minutes, which is a little longer than you would like, it was definitely worth the wait. Both pizzas arrived hot and fresh. The Diavolo pizza was wonderfully spicy with just the right amount of spiciness that rounded off the taste perfectly. The vegetarian pizza was rich and creatively topped with fresh ingredients that harmonized perfectly. The service is particularly worth mentioning. The team at Galileos Pizza is always friendly and accommodating, which has a significantly positive effect on the overall picture. Even if the waiting time is sometimes a little longer, Galileos impresses with its great taste and excellent service.

We had pre-ordered by phone for 10 - 12 people with a time limit of: Very friendly acceptance of the order and advice. Very reliable on-time delivery. Very friendly delivery person. Food: Pasta plate for 10-12 people (combination) and 2x family pizza Very tasty, guests were very enthusiastic. Food was very hot. Pasta dish came in warming containers. So only recommended. We ordered there for the first time and waited a good 75 minutes instead of the promised 30 - 45 minutes. One pizza was wrong (but we didn't complain because we didn't want to wait any longer) and one ingredient was charged for but not received. From Riegelsberg to Köllerbach €1.50 journey. The pizzas tasted very good, I can't say anything negative about it. It remains to be seen whether we will order again...

We had ordered online with the desired time for a birthday party in the morning. Everything went great and the pizzas were eaten quickly. We really enjoy ordering pizza here.

Essen 1/5 in 2023 Ordered small salami pizza, there were 3 slices of salami on it, covered with 3 times as much cheese. If I wanted a pizza with cheese, I would have ordered that! May / 2024 The last few days we have ordered pizza service from Galileo again. I thought everything would have turned out for the better, but things can always get worse! Salad with rump steak strips, the strips were 3 circular ones with a diameter of 30 mm and 5 mm thick plates, ice cold and chewy. The agreed delivery time was 1 hour, delivery only took place after 1.5 hours. No wonder the meat is cold. After contacting the restaurant, there wasn't even an apology. Eating a straight zero out of 5, you can also achieve zero by cooking the food in XXL portions. Service 0/5 Ordered again yesterday, the supplier forgot half of it, nothing new either. But the drinks that were ordered were deducted, but I had forgotten the drinks for what felt like 10 times, supposedly someone had crossed the drinks out, but they were calculated As a regular customer, I think it's out of place to pay €1.50 for delivery every time. No other delivery service requires Delivery fees. Reliability 0 / 5Reliability 0 / 5 Ambiance 0/5 When ordering over the phone, there is a level of noise that would make you have to scream to order. When ordering on site, you stand in the middle of the kitchen, no order counter, nothing. All in all, the delivery service is a complete disaster. To date no delivery time has been met. Always forget drinks despite ordering. No change so they had to come back, no apology from the boss. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this delivery service. There are much better ones in the area.

I put my order together on the internet on the homepage and the price was €28, then I ordered by phone because you can't choose the salad dressing on the internet. When it was delivered the driver asked for €33.50, I immediately showed the driver what it was According to the homepage it would cost, he called directly and asked what he should do and there was no goodwill from Galileo's Pizza on the phone, I ordered here for the last time. That doesn't work at all. You can't win customers with two different prices. See the pictures below To eat the salad and the pasta aglio e olio were good, but the combination was very dry. I will never order anything here again

Pizza frutti di Mare is more tuna pizza than seafood. Salad with beef strips, sauce too vinegary. Meat a bit tough. All in all OK but next time we'll order somewhere else sorry.

Everything we have tried so far is really delicious. The delivery time was initially super fast - now a bit too long at 80-90 minutes, which actually stopped us from ordering. But the food is really GREAT

We have often ordered from "Galileo's Pizza" and at first it was really great for a delivery service! But gradually, in our opinion, the quality and taste has deteriorated significantly. We haven't ordered anything for 4 months and tried again today. Unfortunately you have to say... it's just as disappointing as the last few times. Nevertheless, it has to be said that this delivery service is still one of the best in the entire Heusweiler and Riegelsberg area. It's not a challenge either....... They're not interested in reviews either.

I can't say much about the ambience, but our No1 food delivery person is at work. Highly recommended, on time and always delicious 😋

Great delivery service. So far every pizza has been super tasty and hot. The stated delivery time was usually undercut and has not yet been exceeded. Ordering via the online form also works perfectly. Keep it up and see you at the weekend ;-)

Das Essen wurde in der Angegebenen Zeit geliefert der Lieferant war freundlich. Wir haben zwei Nudel Gerichte bestellt leider war die Soße total wässrig und geschmacklos ….. Das gleiche bei den Tortellini Panna… leider sehr wenig Geschmack an der Soße sodass fast alles stehen blieb. Pizzen waren bisher immer gut. Schade

Nudeln und Salat waren sehr lecker. Preise sind in Ordnung. Sehr zu empfehlen, werde hier öfter bestellen.

Wir haben schon ein paar Mal bei Galileo-Pizza bestellt und möchten jetzt endlich auch mal eine Bewertung abgeben! Das Essen ist sehr lecker, wir bestellen meistens vor und es kommt immer super pünktlich und heiß an. Die Fahrer sind auch sehr freundlich. Preis-Leistung top 👍🏻 sehr gut schmecken uns die Lasagne, die Agnolotti und die Pizza!

Die Pizzen kamen frisch und heiß. Die Lieferung im angegebenen Zeitraum. Der Teig war knusprig. Die Pizzen waren gut belegt aber nicht überladen. Nichts war durchgeweicht und vorallem klebte nichts am Deckel des Pizzakartons 😀.

Dieser Laden leistet sehr gute Arbeit. Entspricht einem Lieferservice wie ich ihn mir vorstelle. Lieferzeit Top! Soßen scheinbar frisch gekocht. Geschmacklich echt 👍. Die Portionen sind so üppig das ich fast ein schlechtes Gewissen bekommen habe😊. Schnitzel Parmigiana bestellt, 2 Riesen Schnitzel mit ordentlich Käse und Soße bekommen. Beilagen Salat auch lecker. Empfehlenswert. . Die parkenden Lieferautos, die Küche und Mitarbeiter machen einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck. Es macht Spaß hier zu bestellen und abgesehen davon sind die Preise vollkommen ok. Ihr seid super und ganz viele andere sollten sich ne Scheibe bei euch abschneiden 😊💯....Aber scheinbar ist die Küche nicht mehr so top

Passt alles Perfekt, wäre unfair Minus Sterne für Ambiente zu geben da Galileos denk ich mal rein nur für Lieferservice aus ist. Trotzdem sehr angenehm bei Abholung, direkt in der Küche zusein.

Auf die Empfehlung eines Nachbarn hin habe ich zum ersten Mal hier bestellt. Und ich war einfach begeistert: sehr freundliches kompetentes Personal bei der telefonischen Kontaktaufnahme, auch die kurzfristige Verschiebung der Uhrzeit war überhaupt kein Problem, die Lieferung fast minutengenau durch eine genau so freundliche junge Frau, Pizza bei Lieferung noch sehr warm - und das Wichtigste natürlich: alles hat toll geschmeckt, auch unsere Gäste aus dem Rheinland waren sehr angetan von der Qualität. Und die Portionen waren so groß, dass wir beim nächsten Mal wohl etwas kleiner bestellen werden. Alles in allem: absolute Empfehlung, wenn es möglich wäre, hätte ich auch 6 Sterne vergeben....
