A quick coffee, a burger or a meal, good if it's a lot greasy. Great view of the city.

Extremely expensive, more expensive than a real restaurant, you have to pay extra for bread and ketchup. Food is lukewarm. Catastrophic……

I was in this café for the first time on the morning of August 5th. I was met by a very nice, friendly girl. She told me what was what. The breakfast itself was very fresh and delicious. The view from the window is beautiful. It was a wonderful start to the day!

Sorry, but the breakfast buffet is similar in standard to a bad factory canteen. Poor selection, poor quality, poor presentation, disorganized, unfriendly woman at the checkout, unacceptable price/performance ratio and lousy ambience. These are the attributes for this negative breakfast experience in the Lörrach Karstadt restaurant. Once and never again. The sad buffet, with sausage, cheese and the cheapest baked goods, was only surpassed by the unfriendly, bad-tempered and snippy service at the checkout. For the breakfast experience there was a hand bracelet in a harsh barracks tone and the note that only one cup of coffee was served, then each additional cup had to be paid for separately. There was a sign "Lunch Buffet" next to the warm dishes - scrambled eggs, bacon, Nuremberg sausages. It didn't say anywhere that you could also have scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast (breakfest). A German-speaking employee we interviewed told us: "No, not breakfasts." After eating the spartan breakfast à la a one-star hotel in the back yard, we learned that you could also have a warm buffet BUT without soup. We looked in vain for any explanatory written and additional information. After all, we found out by chance because the unfriendly lady at the checkout made a traitorous comment about it (after the fact). I have no idea who manages this canteen, but we're sure it won't work. In the future we can give ourselves the trip to Lörrach to the Karstadt buffet, including parking fees. It wasn't a positive experience, on the contrary. The low number of visitors this morning (bridge day, around 10:00 a.m. on May 31, 2024) no longer surprises me. Incidentally, the subsequent shopping on the Karstadt floors was not an event that one would want to repeat as often as possible. There, too, grumpy employees and an unattractive, unspectacular and selected offer at a high price and consequently little customer. If this continues, I predict that Karstadt Lörrach will be on the red list in the next turn. This won't work in the long run. There is still time. Maybe someone from management should visit the store on the fifth floor for breakfast, virtually incognito. It's a shame actually.

Unfortunately, the schnitzel and the potatoes didn't taste really good. For the price I would have expected more. Ketchup & mayo had to be purchased.

The Galeria Restaurant in Lörrach has been beautifully renovated, I really like the design. The prices have increased, but the quality is still great.

I was just surprised after having a hungry look on fresh vegetables and salad buffet. Really reasonable price as compare to other locals near by. You must vist it when you are in Lörrach.

Delicious lunch at a fair price. Very quick service. Good vegetarian options available.

The waitress talks too much and doesn't get to the point. Some of the sausage and cheese already have edges. Somewhat dismally arranged and presented. Simply too expensive for this quality.

Very nice place in Lorrach. Calm atmosphere, warm welcome.
