Very good cuisine at a fair price. The menu is seasonal and has something for everyone. The wine list is very extensive with delicious quality wines. We eat here regularly and enjoy eating with the family. The staff is very friendly and fulfills almost all wishes, even if they are not on the menu.

A wonderful blue carp with red cabbage, braised just like home. We drove all the way from Jena to the Fischerhof for the carp dinner, and we didn't regret it. Ordering more brown butter, potatoes, or horseradish was no problem and, of course, at no extra charge. This village restaurant with its own pond farm comes highly recommended.
