For "all you can eat" ...Food was ok. Sushi wasn't cold more like room temperature. Some sushi pieces were tasty but big to eat.

Unfortunately I got a really bad case of stomach flu during the visit and have been suffering from it for 5 days now. That's it for sushi forever.

Definitely cannot recommend this restaurant (Running Sushi portion). The smells in the restaurant were very unpleasant and detracted from the experience. In addition, the taste of the sushi was disappointing and not fresh. The service was otherwise okay.

For the price of 16,90€ per person, this running sushi place is pretty much perfect. Everything is fresh, plenty of choice (not only for sushi but for other food on the belt too), friendly staff, clean restrooms. Highly recommend for going out with friends or alone.

If they would tune their AC up, would be perfect in summer! Cheap, 20 euros fixed for all you can eat, and the food is good! Been there multiple times.

Of course you can't expect much from all-you-can-eat for 16.90 euros, but it's borderline. Once and never again...

Rarely experienced something like this! 🫡 As soon as you enter you are greeted by an unpleasant, greasy smell. The tables and benches were dirty/greasy. The food (if you can call it that) was obviously not fresh. The plates were all dirty and had leftovers from other food on them. The cover caps were covered with a layer of grease. First impression: Unhygienic. 🫥 We still dared to do it. The selection is very limited and once you found something, it neither looked nor tasted fresh. After 3-4 plates we paid (far too expensive!) and left. The toilets were anything but clean. The floor was sticky and there was urine everywhere. I won't go into the smell here... All in all, I lost a lot of money and got nothing out of it. You have to know.

There is a lot of great food to choose from and the staff are very friendly. The prices are reasonable. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning.

The food is not bad, the preparation is fresh and the selection is larger in the evening. Always worth a visit.

Unfortunately I have to deduct 2 stars because half of the rocket (as a buffer) was used in our seaweed salad and in the kimchi salad to save on food. It's a shame... Otherwise the sushi is super tasty and one of the best I've ever eaten.

November 28, 2015 Wanted to end my birthday with my wife today. It's never been this bad before. I could choose between cold spring rolls or salmon slices. Apparently the salmon had to go today. That's why the salmon plates were lined up next to each other. When I asked if there was any other sushi available today, soup and ice cream came shortly afterwards. Great!!! In addition, the conveyor belt was damaged, the plates were not washed properly and the sushi was starting to get dirty. The sauces were also already dried on the plate. I'll never come here again. Zero stars

Had lunch there with colleagues today. I actually remembered the restaurant well. But that doesn't seem to be a real Japanese anymore. Mainly just fried food on the upper conveyor belt and the sushi wasn't appealing and the selection was pretty narrow. It's a shame, it used to be a good shop.

I can only score 3 points. The service attitude is not bad. There are so many types of dishes that I don't know what to eat after half an hour. Of all the dishes, my favorite is dry fried beans, but this is a restaurant that focuses primarily on sushi. Garlic vermicelli, shrimp and scallops are very dry and not tasty at all. Salmon is pretty fresh. It's not worth paying me the price of 30 euros. The price of the drink is calculated separately. When I was about to leave, I also found flies in one of the plates. Please ask the dealer to consider the sanitary conditions. There are so many sashimi in the dishes. If the sanitation environment is not good, it is very irresponsible to the customer.

Traveled so clearly popular, but it's no wonder. Best sushi we have experienced. It is varied and something for everyone. Since you paid a fixed sum, it gave our children the opportunity to taste a lot of things they hadn't tasted before. The first time they were involved in the experience of having food served on a belt, so that in itself was a big plus. Sweet and pleasant waiters who kept clearing away the mountain of plates we managed to build 😅 dessert also comes on the tape to our surprise and delight. Recommended 👍🏻

You don’t expect much when you go to running sushi, but somehow this place still disappoints . Running sushi was horrible to say the least, two day old sushi, triple deep fried stuff and HAIR in the food. Service is terrible, we ordered Apfel Schorle and got flat soda instead that tasted like the can was opened last week. The waitress of course did not replace our drinks after we very nicely addressed the issue. So yeah, not worth paying 40€ for poor hygiene, bad food and bad service.

I was eating here and wanted a proper bill after the meal. Instead I just got an interim receipt. Despite asking, there was no correct invoice. This is not only unprofessional, but also illegal. Very disappointing. Wouldn't go here again. I still have the interim receipt and will submit it to the tax office as proof.

Fun all you can eat sushi place in Munich. I went here with my friends for their son's birthday dinner. The sushi track was running at a fairly high speed. The selection was decent as was the quality. For this visit for dinner it was €29.90/person and drinks were not included.

My absolute favorite restaurant in Munich! The All You Can Eat deal for lunch is just great and I've never had a bad bite here. Large selection of sushi, curries, soups, small bites, desserts and more! I love the fried seaweed sushi and sesame balls for dessert so much. The service is always very courteous and reads your every wish. Was here again yesterday and praised one of the dishes. 10 minutes later she just brought some of those to all of us at the table, no extra charge or anything! Just super cute and I'm a fan of the decor too! It's probably narrow but for me that's part of the charm of this restaurant. Top!

Extremely rude staff, too expensive for the really not fresh and tasty food…

The food is monotonous, the interior is not attractive, worn out, we could only sit for 10 minutes, we paid 40 € for 2 people, I do not recommend it!

So now I have to spruce up the reviews here. Due to the poor reviews regarding the service, we had low expectations and were very positively surprised. The food was great and our service was extremely accommodating! Gladly again!

We had lunch at Running Sushi. When you walk in you notice the beautiful decoration, which gives you a slight Asian flair. You immediately feel comfortable. The "all you can eat" sushi was very tasty. The waitress had a lot to do at our table 😄 Unfortunately it was very warm in the restaurant that day. Maybe next time turning on the air conditioning on such hot days would have been a little more pleasant. The waitresses were nice and prompt. I'd love to come back and eat as much as I can 👌🤭😁

I have rarely experienced such bad service. Extremely long waiting times. Waiter forgot the order several times. The taste of the food was just bad, bland and just slapped on the belt. No air conditioning or broken. Tight little tables, extremely loud. The price was absolutely astronomical. Prices and quality are absolutely underground. I can't recommend this place at all and anyone considering going here should be aware of the poor service they get here. Absolutely no recommendation!

Boring assortments. Rice costs extra!

We have had the pleasure of visiting the All-You-Can-Eat Sushi Restaurant twice: once for the dinner buffet and once for the lunch buffet. Evening buffet: The evening buffet was overall acceptable, but nothing special. Half of the food on offer consisted of fried frozen foods, while the other half consisted of various types of sushi. The quality of the food was okay, but don't expect exceptional dining experiences. The selection was sufficient, but lacked sophistication and originality. Lunch buffet: The lunch buffet was unfortunately disappointing. Although the price was much cheaper than in the evening, this was clearly reflected in the quality and selection. About 80% of the food on offer was fried, which significantly limited the variety. For the reduced price, the quality of the food and selection offered was simply not justified. Hygiene: A particularly negative point was the dirty plastic hoods that were supposed to cover the food. This was a clear lack of hygiene, which severely affected the overall impression. Service: The service should be highlighted positively. The staff was very friendly and nice, which made the visit more pleasant. In summary: the restaurant is an option when you have no other choice. The quality and selection of the food, especially at the lunch buffet, does not justify the price. Unfortunately, the friendly staff cannot make up for the deficiencies in the food selection and hygiene.

Shockingly unprofessional behavior - I'm appalled! I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant for years and have always praised the excellent cuisine and excellent service. But my visit today, July 2nd, 2024, was an absolute disaster and completely destroyed my image of this establishment. The incident started when our waiter - a man with an arrogant attitude - was serving our table. From the start he was rude and obviously irritable. Instead of greeting us warmly, he practically threw the menus on the table as if we were a burden to him. His temper clearly showed when we politely asked him a question about the daily specials. With an annoyed sigh and rolling his eyes, he answered our question as if we were bothering him beyond belief. That was bad enough, but things got even worse. When he brought the food, he did it with such haste and carelessness that it was almost dangerous. He put the plates down so roughly that the glasses wobbled on the table. He also gave us dirty looks throughout the entire service - it was abundantly clear that he had absolutely no respect for us. I was shocked and horrified by his behavior. It is absolutely incomprehensible to me how someone with such an attitude can work in an otherwise well-respected restaurant. This waiter not only ruined our evening but also severely damaged the trust I had in this restaurant. I expect management to seriously investigate this incident. Such a rude and temperamental waiter has no place in a restaurant of this class. It would be a shame if such an employee continued to affect the atmosphere and reputation of this otherwise excellent restaurant. I hope that the usual high standard of service will prevail again on my next visit. If not, I will be forced to find a new favorite place after all these years.

Very nice atmosphere, some of the employees were nice, but others were very cheeky and “shooed us away” even though we had just arrived 20 minutes ago and wanted to make room for others. However, some of the food is fresh and tasty.

The sushi is okay. The store is almost always packed, so the seating on the conveyor belt is quite tight; sometimes you are seated at the tables away from the conveyor belt. The furniture has already seen its best days. Like almost all running sushi these days, it has become mass-produced.

There are better sushi restaurants in Munich. But for my taste it was good. The service was quick in clearing the plates and the drink order was also quickly on the table. The selection of sushi and other dishes was also varied. The sweets were also delicious.

Of course it's running sushi in the end...but of all the running sushis it's probably the best in Munich. Great selection, friendly staff and still quite good taste! Definitely a recommendation for anyone who likes this type of sushi👍🏻

We used to go there often, we've been back for a long time. Unfortunately we were disappointed, it wasn't worth the money. The plates on the running band are dirty, there is sushi on them but there is dried sauce on them. Sushi is warm, the conveyor belt is warm and the store is too warm inside. We had soy flies inside, the waiter brought new ones but unfortunately they were there too. Sushi selection ridiculous, 4 types, three with cucumber or avocado and one with salmon. Overall nothing for us and just disappointing

We've just come from the restaurant. Unfortunately a bitter disappointment. The waitress even wanted to charge 29.90 for the children, even though we called ahead and was assured that children only pay 20 euros. Questions were simply ignored. Unfortunately, it's not service-oriented in any way, which affects the ambience and ultimately makes the food inedible.

Food is really too expensive. The quality and the ambience was really very poor. It felt like it was 60 degrees at the table because of the exhaust air. The meat and everything else was mostly fried. Not recommended.

When we arrived our reserved table was full and we had to wait longer. Then we got a table right next to the exhaust air where it felt like 50 degrees. The food selection wasn't that great... The fried food was incredibly greasy. The service was nice. But the price for everything was far too expensive at €29 for adults and €20 for children. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it any further.

This restaurant doesn't deserve the good location. A Total Rip off. But Congrats guys. U guys did your best to make the food quality as cheapest as u can to reduce all the cost! 👏 I can see that. There were some salmon sushi and mostly thai curry, easy frozen dumpling and chicken nuggets. If you wanna feed urself only with rice and thai curry, it's a good place as "all u can eat".

Horrible food, the sushi is old and bad quality. There is no variations in sushi, nothing contains shrimps. Most of the sushi is vegetarian. There is no fried sushi nor dumplings.

I was at a restaurant at Munich Freiheit. The waiter tried to decline my payment with American Express. She insisted that they couldn't accept it for my bill. However, several days ago, I successfully paid with American Express here. After a short discussion, my card was also accepted today. This is a total violation of American Express rules. I live near the restaurant and visit it often, but now you've lost me as a customer.

Food made from Lidl ingredients. Cheapest of the cheapest. The hot food was lukewarm. Some of the sushi had fallen apart. And all of this for €30 per person.

Kellnwrin was very cheeky. Kindness is an unknown concept here. It's a shame because it wasn't like that before. The quality of the food has also deteriorated significantly. Very overpriced. Conclusion...very bad for a while. Go somewhere else, your money will be better off there.

Centrally located, very tasty running sushi!

Food was not too fancy but ok. The service is bad, not allowed to go to other tables but just the small corner one even if nobody showed up for those tables in the next 2 hrs. The tall waitress was very rude and impolite, showing an impatient attitude when served customers. We didn’t give a tip in the end and the waitress even didn’t give us the receipt and just left without saying anything. Won’t come here again

We wanted a place without a reservation. The whole store was empty and we had to squeeze into a small corner table. 😢We asked for another table (because everything was free), no, okay. There are also other restaurants in Schwabing

Food very good (except for 1 piece of pineapple, which was strange). Service OK, the chairs a bit battered.

The service was definitely nice, but the food wasn't the best. I was there today with a colleague of mine and we actually wanted the “all you can eat” which was supposed to cost €19.90, but when we went to the checkout at the end they said we had dinner so I didn't want to go into it too much I waited for the amount, I didn't think anything of it and thought "It won't be that expensive", that was probably a mistake because we had to pay €35-40 per person. I've definitely been to better and cheaper restaurants. We paid €39.90 + water for less than an hour of eating.

The running sushi is good but expensive. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and the staff is terribly unfriendly.

They’re one of the best place to all you can eat concept sushi place. Workers were polite, place was clean. Options were great also.

So the food is okay, but I've had better sushi. When we were here, there was almost no fish in the sushi, only surimi. But often just a slice of cucumber or a piece of avocado. Or to put it in a nutshell: little fish, lots of rice. So you can eat there, but there are certainly also addresses where someone who likes sushi would prefer to go again.

Had reserved a special table on the conveyor belt. When we showed up there on time, there wasn't actually a reservation. The waitress came with a chair and tried to squeeze us in between other guests. They were also very rude. You don't want something like that if you make a special reservation. Other guests noticed this and offered us their place. The waitress said we weren't allowed to sit there because there was already a reservation. Very bad customer service. Then left the restaurant.

Dirty. Dishes dirty. Hair in food. Bad service. When we showed the hair in the food, the waitress wasn't even surprised or anything, she just told us "okay, but you have to pay for the drinks". We only got drinks and didn't even touch them. We were there for about 5 minutes. But okay, we paid, the waitress just kept the rest of the money without asking me if I wanted to leave the tip. At first I thought she wanted to get some leftover money (maybe she didn't have anything suitable). But then I saw that she was already serving other guests. Then I would have to run after it to get my money back. She then handed it back to me, annoyed. No apology, nothing. Just bad. I had never had anything like that before.

Staff can't even greet each other properly. Instead of “Hello” we were told “what? What’s up?” addressed. Of course we just left! Not worth your time!!!

Classic all you can eat sushi shop. Wide selection of different sushis, all of which are very tasty. Reservations are almost mandatory because it is usually very busy due to the optimal location with the Münchener Freiheit stop on the doorstep. Nevertheless, you get the feeling that it's a mass production, so eat quickly so that the next paying customer comes. All in all a good All You Can store, but no outstanding features

Once we went to a restaurant without looking at maps first and immediately regretted it... Very bad running sushi overall and the whole presentation is unfortunately semi and seems somehow shabby. Every 20 minutes 2-3 small lemurs are sent through, otherwise you just wait. 70% of the food consists not of sushi but of old chicken wings and the like, which have been doing the rounds for 8 hours because, logically, no one has grabbed them. The taste is also very poor. In the end I paid €30 without drinks - never again.

For us the best running sushi in Munich! The lunch selection isn't very diverse but the food is still very tasty. In the evening the selection is great, but the price isn't exactly cheap. We still enjoy coming back again and again! Update: Unfortunately we didn't have a nice visit today. The service was very rude and told us after 20 minutes that we could only eat for 40 minutes. We just accepted it because there was a lot going on. When we still had 10 minutes left, we were already rushed because the next customers were already waiting and they needed the table. She didn't thank me for the tip and left without saying goodbye. We were very disappointed with the service.

We were here for dinner at 3 p.m. today. The lunch offer for €19.90 is valid until 4:30 p.m. However, the conveyor belts were sparsely filled right from the start and, to our disappointment, they weren't restocked much over the course of our stay - no spring rolls or other fried dishes, no rice (when asked, they said it costs extra), no sushi with salmon, hardly fried noodles.. The plates were sparsely cleared from the tables. When we paid, two new guests came and wanted a table. The waitress told them to come at a different time because everything was empty. We would have liked this information too. But does that make sense for a restaurant that is open all day? A pity!

Unfortunately, I'm disappointed to say that the "all you can eat" conveyor belt doesn't live up to the hype... 40 euros for conveyor belt food + 2 glasses of mineral water is far too expensive in my opinion. For the price I could have gotten 4 boxes of sushi from Rewe which tasted better. The portions of Yakisoba noodles were dried out, the squid was tough as leather, the soy sauce was watery. I also can't say good things about the cleanliness. The floor is slippery and the tables are greasy. I also had to wash all my clothes the next morning because of the smell we brought back from the restaurant. Impersonal service and loud background noise finished me off.

Never again. You're not allowed to sit down wherever you want, even though there's space, and the service is extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. The food is partly okay, but completely overpriced.

I literally saw one of the boys dressed in black drop food on the slippery floor near the bar and put it back on the tray. Disgusting.

It was laughably bad. I wasn't expecting much, but somehow, was still surprised. The quality of the food is the lowest I've ever had at a running sushi restaurant. This is in comparison to places in the U.S. and Japan. I'm also half Japanese and have worked in such a restaurant as a sushi chef. 20 euros for all you can eat ends up feeling like a punishment to yourself just to get your "money's worth".

Ich verstehe nicht wieso man bei 2 good 2 go Bestellungen immer total unfreundlich behandelt wird. Ein "Hallo" und "ciao" bzw normale soziale Umgangsformen sollten doch selbstverständlich sein, wenn man im Service arbeitet. Als ganz normaler Gast wurde ich jedesmal nett behandelt .. Ärgert mich jedes Mal wieder.

Another all you can eat sushi food in munich. Price worthy here. The atmosphere really nice. However, we hope that the sushi variety (especially those with salmon one) would be increased. Also, it would be better if the rice size on the sushi would get smaller for more bite-sized sushi.

Sushi sah nicht gut aus und ist schnell Auseinander gefallen… bei den anderen speisen gab es fast nur Fleisch, und so gut wie kein Fisch oder anderes

The place was crowded but the problem was that we didn't have much space to sit comfortably or really enjoy the food. We were placed in a corridor area where people should pass, it was not a pleasant experience.

Eat AS much you can bei mässiger Qualität

Zur Mittagszeit sehr voll am Ende vom Band kommt oft nur sehr ausgesuchtes an obwohl die Belegschaft permanent nachlegt.

Das ist war sehr gut. Alles war gut zubereitet. Frischer Fisch, Sushi und Gemüse. Die Bedienung war nett, könnte aber noch etwas aufmerksamer sein. Die Preise waren nicht ganz billig, aber es hat sich jedes Mal gelohnt dort zu essen. Klare Empfehlung.
