Super delicious ice cream, great concept, the only drawback: a relatively small selection of vegan options, apart from the sorbets.

Very good ice cream. Unfortunately, the vending machine was destroyed by vandals and is currently no longer operational...

The ice cream is delicious, and we regularly used one of the vending machines, but unfortunately, the portion sizes have shrunk significantly. While Maison de la Glace ice cream initially served 180ml, it then increased to 150ml, 125ml, and now some flavors are only 100ml, all for about €3.50. That's a bit more than a scoop of ice cream at an ice cream parlor around here, which doesn't cost more than €1.80. It's a shame. We really liked the concept and the ice cream, but the pricing for small cups is getting too much for us. If you don't want to eat the ice cream spontaneously and everyone can agree on one flavor, the large 450ml/500ml cups are still an option; the pricing here is significantly better so far.

Unfortunately, I have to adjust my original 5-star rating. The ice cream is still very delicious. However, with the departure of Maison De La Glace and the takeover of the recipes by Eiszeit, the pricing policy at the Frohnibär ice cream machines has also deteriorated considerably. While Maison De La Glace used to offer 180ml per cup at a price roughly equivalent to that at a regular ice cream parlor, the portion size was quickly reduced to 150ml. Annoying, but okay. Then suddenly there were only 125ml. And now, for several flavors, suddenly only 100ml. While the price has remained practically the same. Compared to the ice cream prices at ice cream parlors, ice cream from the Frohnibär machines has suddenly become much more expensive. Even in Frankfurt, you don't pay €3.50-€3.70 for a measly 100ml of ice cream. The ice cream is great; I loved the convenience of being able to get ice cream here again and again, without any hassle and without any worries. But with the current pricing policy, I'm unfortunately out of the question as a customer. Unfortunately, someone got greedy here, which I find extremely unfortunate. If the price changes so that it reflects the cup size, or if the cups partially reverse their downward trend, I'll at least consider returning.

Totally delicious ice cream 🍨 Around the clock

Great idea for a spontaneous ice cream treat on the weekend. However, I find the price a bit too high for a frozen cup of ice cream. The taste can't compete with that of a good ice cream parlor.

An ice cream machine is definitely something new and an asset to the community. The machine has always worked well so far, offers many, even more unusual, types of milk ice cream and sorbet and otherwise makes a perfect impression. Only the prices give you a bit of a headache compared to the supermarket, but they can be justified a little by the excellent taste.

Inzwischen haben wir viele Sorten ausprobiert und sind begeistert. Super, dass man zu jeder Zeit so gutes Eis bekommen kann.

🍧 Super leckeres Eis. In den kleinen Packungen ist auch ein Löffel dabei. Ideal für zwischendurch oder wenn überraschend Besuch kommt 👍🏻

Zufällig beim Spaziergang darauf gestoßen. Eis war sehr lecker, und viele Sorten, da ist für jeden was dabei. Auch schön, das man mit dem Handy zahlen kann, weil wir kein Bargeld dabei hatten. Tolle Sache und wir werden wieder was holen.

Super leckeres Eis in unzähligen Sorten. Ein Löffel ist auch im Becher und bezahlt wird per Handy oder EC Karte. Perfekt wenn andere Eis Café geschlossen haben. :)

Komme hier regelmäßig vorbei und gönne mir ein Eis für unterwegs. Super Service und super lecker :)
