I was just about to reserve a table for the brunch buffet to celebrate my birthday at Casa Carlotta. My request was for a table in a slightly quieter location so I wouldn't be sitting in the middle of the hustle and bustle with my small group. For a birthday brunch with friends in a small group, that's not a completely unusual request in my opinion. I was interrupted mid-sentence by the fact that such promises can't be made and that no specific seat can be reserved. I'll have to take whatever's left. It's her restaurant, and she decides. Truly outrageous and a far cry from hospitality and customer service! If even such a small request is denied to potential guests, I don't want to know what the service is like there. This place is out of the question for me!

I didn't try the food, so unfortunately I can't rate it. However, it was enough for me that the delivery driver almost ran over me and my dog ​​ON THE SIDEWALK!!!!! That alone puts the place at a disadvantage in my book. Of course, not all employees can be blamed for this, but it really can't be right that delivery drivers are speeding down the sidewalk at almost 30 km/h!!!!

Not particularly fancy, that's for sure. But the food was okay, good value for money.

Seems to be closed. We were there on a Sunday afternoon, the door was closed, and the lights were off. From the inside, it looked run-down, with no sign of anything. Save yourself the trip.
